Nothing. It was great.
Pros:Close to lodging and vehicle was just the right size.
Cons:It was a little uncomfortable at pickup and no instructions were given on operation of the vehicle.
Cons:The customer service and the amount of back and forth I received when I went to rent a car and was told I had to wait 2 hours because they had no cars available! I reserved on the website! The websites should of not said they had cars available if they didn’t
Cons:We asked for a mini-van and got a 12 passenger van, cost more to fill, etc. Felt like it was a bait and switch.
Pros:Staff was very helpful, not pushy.
