Pros: Beautiful hotel, beautiful room in a fabulous location on the river. I loved this hotel and can't wait to visit again when it's warmer outside!
Pros: Loved the style and layout of the room, it was modern but cozy. The fireplace was very nice as well as the large shower with 'rainshower' feature.
Cons: The only negative I can think of is there is only one elevator that is fairly slow.
Pros: The hotel was amazing. It was very old world meets contemporary and the staff was very helpful.
Cons: We ate at the steak house and the service their was less than acceptable but the food and drinks were amazing. It was not the weekend so perhaps we got the second string staff.

Cons: Difficult to find parking due to sharing lot with restaurant
Pros: The staff, the lobby

Cons: Liked everything about my stay.
The hotel restaurant for dinner was outstanding!
Pros: This unique boutique hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff is outstanding and the decor is unlike any other. It is very cool yet welcoming. It's full of interesting bits of history yet very modern. Cant wait to visit again!
Cons: No pool. Would like more breakfast options. Only a buffet was available.
Pros: Delightful, really unique decor. Staff was wonderful!
Cons: Would have enjoyed a pool - no pool.
Pros: Very cool decor. Ironworks indeed! Very unique!
Cons: Nothing. It was a very pleasant surprise.
Pros: This hotel was much nicer than anticipated. It is clean and comfortable and a much higher end accomodation than we expected from the city of Beloit. Anyone traveling there and looking for a NICE hotel should try the Ironworks.
Cons: The food was good but not great. Though breakfast didn't come with the room it was available at a very fair price for a healthy meal. The buffet has fresh omelets and fruits plus other freshly cooked food for under $12. Really have no complaints.
Pros: The decor is fantastic. The hotel is only 2 years old so the rooms look brand new. The staff was very friendly.
Luxury Boutique Hotel, inspired by Americas Industrial heritage, located downtown Beloit, Wisconsin. Home to one of the areas best restaurants, Merrill & Houstons Steak Joint, walking distance to many attractions and night life. Traditional Guest rooms and Suites featuring complimentary parking, access to golf and dining at the Exclusive Beloit Club, room service, dry cleaning, event space, audio visual and on-site catering, fitness room and wireless internet. River views available.
Pros: I enjoyed access to the workout room and the pool.
Cons: I did not like the fact that it would have been cheaper for us to walk in or call the hotel directly and get a room as opposed to reserving the room through Kayak and Priceline. It cost $329.76 through Priceline and it would have cost $287.17 if I would have dealt with the hotel directly. I have learned my lesson.

Cons: the breakfast while decent, was out of a box, not a lot of fresh items.

Pros: Everything. The room was clean and the bedding was luxurious! The hot tub and pool made for a relaxing evening. They had "snacks" from 5-7 pm. Chicken noodle soup, a cheese and cracker plate, cookies, nachos and salsa and a glass of wine for me and a beer for my husband. We didn't have to leave the hotel! Breakfast was just as good. Upon check out they gave us 2 bottles of cold water for the road. Excellent service and really exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back!

Pros: The heated indoor swimming pool And free breakfast
Pros: Nice room decor. Placed us away from soccer team noise. Nice breakfast offering.
Cons: Need another computer or two in the lobby.
Pros: The breakfast was good.
Cons: The first two rooms were not ready. Also, the pool is small.
Pros: great hotel, clean hot breakfast, people are very nice.
Cons: Beds are horrible squeaks and lumpy
Pros: It was pleasant, clean convenient and reasonably priced.
Pros: The staff was excellent. We asked for directions to the farmer's market and was very pleased with the response from the person at the front desk. I bought flowers at the market and borrowed a vase from the desk to keep my flowers from wilting. Thanks.
I would stay again but a bit more expensive than I like
Pros: Comfortable and breakfast

Pros: The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The area is close to shopping and restaurants.
Pros: Location and staff very friendly
Pros: Front desk staff was very friendly.
Cons: Bed was gross. Random hairs not attributable to me or my partner on bed sheets. Dried blood on one of the pillow cases. Lots of outside noise, both from highway and hallway. Charged extra fee for pet.
Pros: Great location. Comfortable and clean a good value.
Cons: Coldest shower I've taken in years.
Pros: Location and Coffee
Cons: Sand in the bed and jelly on the bed spread. Strong odor of cleaner. but better that smell than what it could have been.
Pros: The front desk girl was the best thing about the hotel. Excellent. The hotel is average at best but she made it good. Helped me in my time of need above and beyond.
Pros: The friendliness and efficiency of the staff. I didn't tell them I was handicapped upon booking . The staff made sure I got a first-floor room not too far from the lobby. The complementary breakfast was exceptional no waiting for anything
Pros: Comfy beds, excellent free breakfast
Cons: Difficult entryways
Pros: We stopped quite late so just needed a 'sleeping room'. It was a very good rate and the reviews were good. The room was rather small but very clean. Sparsely furnished. Nice people working there and a good breakfast.
Cons: Small Bathroom
Pros: Clean comfortable room. Friendly staff
Cons: Would like a little more for breakfast, but what is offered is right for the money...just me being greedy! ðŸ˜
Pros: Staff was friendly and accomadating. Clean room and lobby.
Cons: There was a lot of noise outside the motel both nights. Quite a bit of noise inside the motel 2nd night. Due to noise issues probably will not book this motel again.

Pros: The hotel was just remodeled on the 2nd floor new carpet, new furniture good hot breakfast in a quiet area near the interstate and
close to suburbs. Even the beds were very comfortable We would stay there again if I knew the old grumpy kid haters would not kill our stay!!! Which would be very unlikely.
Cons: We weren't even there 15 mins in the mid afternoon (aprx 4ish) we took our grandsons to the water park in Rockford and then to quality inn. while I was looking for a place to eat I had the 9 yr old twin boys go down to the ice maker for a bowl of ice and as kids do ran down made a little and i mean a little noise and someone turned them in for making to much noise. This is 4 in the afternoon and too much noise???? By the attendant on duty he called us over to the office and told us we have to quiet down. I was appalled at such a remark , if it was night time time to go to sleep i would have agreed. at this rate only the people who can't stand kids need to not go to hotels but maybe stay in a retirement home more suitable for them. let kids enjoy a hotel with a pool. They are kids not amimals!!! Not happy with the way this was handled at all!!!!

Pros: Perfect hotel. Exactly what you need. Not bells or whistles. But a decent breakfast.
Cons: pillows were horrible, and no light switches available from the bed,
Pros: Had 2 restaurant choices within walking distance. Secure building and if you needed a washer and dryer it was there for public use.
Cons: Our room smelled awful. So bad we slept with the window open and checked out earlier than we originally planned. Smelled like someone or something peed in it. We won't be back. Which is too bad as it was close enough to our final destination that we would have re-booked there at least 2 to 3 times a year. Looking for somewhere else now.
Pros: Clean and friendly
Pros: Friendly staff, great location for travelers. Fuddruckers right next door was great! Real good water pressure in the shower
Cons: Solo rooms are small and so are the tv's.
Cons: Room was not very clean. Bathroom was not clean.

Cons: This place was a dump. Everything was outdated and in disrepair. The place was filthy as well. They were still doing housekeeping on many of the rooms on our floor at 6 pm at night. We had 3 different rooms for our one night stay. The only reason we stayed is because we had already been in the car 12 hours that day and didn't want to drive into the night to make it the rest of the way home. The first room the plug on the sink was jammed and so the sink didn't drain after you washed your hands. They couldn't fix it until the next morning, so they moved us to another room. This room reeked of urine and the smell was even worse when the AC unit or fan was on. We complained and they moved us to a third room. The previous occupants must have had a cat in there with them because my wife's allergies flared up minutes after entering the room. Besides that, the towels had all these black stains on them and the bed sheets had multiple stains all over them. DIS-GUST-ING!!!!!
Pros: For the money, it was quiet, clean and reasonably updated. I've stayed in the Janesville -Beloit area 6 or more times over the past several years, and while there are several other good values out there I'd say none actually beats this place overall. Normally I'm staying alone or with the dog, but this last time my wife came with and the place easily met her more stringent standards.
Cons: The only ding was that the mattress was on the soft side for our tastes. For context, we're used to a firm mattress with a mattress topper. The hotel mattress was a notch softer than that.
Pros: The room was clean. The floor was quiet. The bed was unexpectedly comfortable. Shower was decent. The included breakfast was of course not great, but better than I expected. For the price, a good bargain.
Pros: Good people staffing. Clean despite all the people traffic. Room was in good order and fresh. What more does one need?
Cons: Had a horrible musty smell throughout the hotel, and most rooms. Some staff was friendly; night clerk was not.
Pros: Location near a highway but can't hear it, staff were all very nice but you shouldn't gave a limit on how many adults/children can stay, our friends couldn't stay with us luckily they don't live that far away. :( kids loved the pool us adults loved the jacuzzi but for one night on a Saturday shouldn't cost $90 its not a 5 star hotel just has the pool /jacuzzi mist oeile want rooms were decent beds comfortable fridge with mini freezer okay EXCEPT the freezer need to have the ice chipped off we could barely put anything in the freezer. Microwave worked!! I'd give it a 3 stars mainly because of pool & jacuzi towels should be in the pool area in a closet not behind desk its weird to go to the front desk in a bikini in front of people just checking in. I would have rather paid about $55 per night especially since I used hotels.com
Cons: Pool & jacuzzi, fridge and microwave in room
Pros: The staff was wonderful any questions we had or any extra items we needed or forgot at home they took care of it they even let us know about places to eat there or go out. The hot water in the shower omg let me tell you was.amazing the hoy water lasted so long gave 3 kifs and 4 adults showers and was still good
Cons: The pool.was ice cold and there was no warming up to it. The hot tub was cold and you kinda got used to it after a bit. BUT the staff did let us know what was going on before we even got there.
Pros: hot tub

Pros: The owner is extremely rude. The place smelled of weed and the breakfast made me very sick... While getting apple juice out of their dispenser it was full of mold... The cereal was old and bananas brown. Completely disappointed with $100 of my hard earned money wasted on.a horrible night and even worse people of tge establishment.

Cons: For a ramada by Wyndham I expected much better. The inside was dirty carpets and old. The internet wouldn't even stream. No continental breakfast or restaurant. Would not stay there again
Pros: All good no breakfezt
Cons: No breakfast,
Pros: The pool was as described. Otherwise, big disappointment. Should have stayed at one of several far superior 1 star hotel chains in area. Would have saved money, too.
Cons: Bad news! No hotel restaurant as advertised. So no room service either. Coffee in the lobby, but no continental brkfst items. No fridge or microwaves. Not remotely competitive.
Cons: Door lock on back of building broken. This was where we entered. Felt unsafe.
Pros: Right by the hiway
Cons: Empty room next to us alarm clock went off at midnight. It took them 40 minutes to get it taken care of, sink drained very slow, had 2 conditioners in stead of one shampoo one cond., coffee maker and blow dryer didn't work.
Pros: The location was okay.
Cons: This hotel was filthy (rooms and hallways) and there was unpleasant odors everywhere. The room walls are paper-thin and you can hear everything in the halls and adjoining rooms.
Pros: Excellent front desk attendant. The bed was comfortable. 5$3 bathroom was more updated than the rest of the room.
Cons: The side security door was broken and anyone could get in without a key. Our room had broken lamps, old furniture, and a broken outlet, with an exposed wire. The carpet was old and stained.
Pros: Restaurant close by and big room with comfortable beds.
Pros: Hotel is dated
Cons: The hotel is dated, the walls are thin, and it is in desperate need of updating. Ceiling tiles were no longer fitting well and the heater/ air conditioner looked like it was ready for the scrap pile. The staff were friendly and the pool area was nice.
Cons: Older, not updated, no breakfast offered
Pros: Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and updated.
Cons: Mildew on the ceiling tiles. Old carpet that was dirty. Very few outlets. Did not have complimentary breakfast.
Pros: Nice, clean, ample parking, convenient location. Nicer than other hotels I have stayed at in town.

Pros: The room (single king bed) was HUGE. It was clean, and the hallway was quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The parking lot was plenty adequate. The included continental breakfast was, of course, not great, but was surprisingly good. Included whipped eggs shaped into ovals and kept in a heating pan, sausages, waffles you make from a mix, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea or hot cocoa, juices, and such. Not the most updated hotel out there, but not so bad as to make you feel you're time traveling. Overall, for the price it was all I could reasonably ask for.
Cons: The only minor ding was that there was no traveling shampoo bottle anywhere in the room, requiring a trip to the front desk.
Pros: Staff, cleanliness, obviously, the facility has been recently given a facelift. Fresh paint, new carpeting, and new HVAC in each room. Continental breakfast was, well, there. Hot coffee, cocoa, and tea, with fruits and cereal options as well as waffles.
Cons: BEDS ARE REALLY HARD. Great if you like that sort of thing, but they were very firm. A pillow-topper would be a huge plus.
