Pros: The location was in a real nice spot. It connected with roads we needed to be on for our destination.
Cons: The beds were as hard as a rock. Uncomfortable.
Pros: Cleanliness of rooms
Pros: staffs are very friendly!!!
Cons: swimming pool there small towels...need large towels
Cons: No fridge in double rooms
Pros: there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

I won't recommend this hotel. Very small pool, whirlpool was not working. breakfast place is small..average hot breakfast
Pros: The bed..Mattress was really comfortable
Cons: Very small pool, whirlpool was not working, booked two rooms but there were not together. Staff could not handle the request to give the room together..breakfast place is small..average hot breakfast
needed the knob for the hot tub jets, and the cleaning ladies couldn't speak English
Pros: mattresses and pillows were great and the breakfast lady was very attentive to details and sweet
Cons: the poor desk clerk seemed inexperienced and very busy, never did get an extra towel.
Great place to stay.
Pros: It was nice and easily accessible.
Cons: The fruit at the breakfast had preservatives.
This is my preferred place to stay in Jacksonville, although I have not tried the Holiday Inn Express or Baymont Inn. Both of those are right off the interstate, with the latter not having a pool. I like this one because it's a comfortable night's sleep and it has a small indoor pool that my grandkids like to use. The location is right on the main drag. Have stayed here many times since it opened, only one or two of the female front desk have been friendly. The others, even though not rude, seem to be misfits in the hospitality industry. But, this is a small town.
Pros: Slim pickings in this town, but, this is my preferred hotel in the town.
Other then the pool everything was excellent.
Pros: Everything above.
Cons: The pool was to cool for are 3 year old grandchild to get in.
When i come back to town I will stay their again.
Pros: Every thing with the room was great, but the pool was a little cool for the kids.
Cons: Did not have anything to warm up babys milk to drink or food to eat later on in the rooms.

Pros: Value for money. Great place to stay. Courtesy and cleanliness match any 5 star hotel.
Cons: Everything was good. Perhaps an in-house restaurant would be good as nearest restaurant is some distance away.
Pros: It is family owned and you really get the sense that the staff cares about your stay.
Pros: Truck parking near hotel and nice pool.
Cons: not much within walking distance
Pros: Hotel Employee was fantastic. Took care of all out needs.
Pros: Staff was very fruendly, loved the adult pool time. Very good breakfast.
Cons: Smoke detectors made strange noise.
Pros: Great room
Cons: No not at all
Pros: I was satisfied with this hotel.
Pros: Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons: No I was satisfied with the hotel
Pros: The room was very cleanStaff was pleasant
Cons: The pool was rented out for a bday party so was crowded with children running and screaming and throwing balls. The fitness equip was soaked as children went from pool to fitness room to climb and play on equipment. The hallways and elevator were soaked.
Pros: The beds were very comfy and the facility was very nice. We were able to get a rollaway in our room very promptly and the kids spent a lot of time in the pool/hot tub. They were very happy with the temp of the pool.
Cons: Our room was very cold when we checked in. The lights and appliances were not plugged in and the heat was not turned on. It was a cold day and we had to wear our coats in the room until it heated up.
Very nice hotel. Convenient to main road and where we were headed!
Pros: Friendly staff, breakfast was excellent! Staff member asked us about becoming IHG members and explained the program to us
Cons: There was a stain on the floor of the room we stayed in...also used to firmer bed so didn't sleep as well as normal

Pros: The queen room was quite big, which was nice.
Cons: The air was not on when we entered room. It took until about 4 in the morning for it to cool down. There was still a used coffee bag in the coffee maker. Hot tub was almost the same temp as the pool. Worker said she didn't have the key to turn it up.
Pros: Good location, friendly front desk help, room is fair sized
Cons: First room was absolutely covered in cat hair - floating in the air etc... - instant allergic reaction - was allowed to move, but towels in new room had hair on them
Pros: Good price for what you get.
Cons: Front desk staff could use more training.
Pros: The room was clean to the eye although a bit small. It suited our one night stay . The breakfast was a surprise. It went far beyond the donut and bagel selection with eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles and more. It was serve yourself. Staff good.
Cons: Lack of jacuzzi room availability, our preference was booked up. I couldn't get the remote to work the TV except for the channels, No volume, and no off. Seems to be a common problem with no fix.
Pros: Room was as expected. Liked the simple fact that there were outlets (and USBs) available for charging.
Cons: Would have liked a desk lamp that did not light up the entire room
Nice furniture, beautiful unusual carpet, liked having small refrig, microwave and coffee pot in room. Even other guests seemed friendly and willing to share local interest stories and newspapers. Four day stay was nice to have option to let maid know not to change the bed everyday...just needed fresh towels to save utilities. Wish it could have affected the price we paid.
Pros: The staff was welcoming and excellent! Beds VERY comfortable! Breakfast, very good. Internet service not difficult to connect but sometimes spotty due to weather.
Cons: Wish they had a bowl of fruit even canned fruit cocktail with sliced oranges etc. at breakfast as fresh apples and oranges are difficult to peel and eat without a sink to wash hands.
Pros: Our room had a full size refrigerator, which was nice.
Cons: The room smelled awful when we walked in. A combination of being musty, and smoke. It was suppose to be a non smoking room. We spoke to two different staff members during our stay, and neither were friendly or welcoming. For $130, I was not impressed. I normally would never pick to stay at a Super 8, but all the area hotels were sold out. After this, I'll never stay at a Super 8 again.
Pros: Clean, Close to restaurants
Cons: Thin walls, no elevator,
