Fantastic location to Heavenly, clean and well appointed, great place to stay, friendly staff, love the adults only time in the pool and hot tub, huge hot tub, close to where I needed to be, quaintness of the Stardust, great location, had everything you needed, upgrades cleanliness, front pool was nice, staff is fantastic, steps from Heavenly Gondola, self-contained with kitchen facilities, very clean and very relaxing, very close to downtown, reachable places, excellent, friendly staff, excellent pillows, location, clean place, staff were excellent, bang across Heavenly, everything was clean, everything worked, staff was friendly, location was perfect, free coffee and donuts were actually not too bad.

Murphy bed was very uncomfortable, no air conditioning in the room, air mattress was not working, trash strewn about outside the room, didn't clean room for 3 days, vending machines didn't work, overcooked hamburger, no heat, overpriced cracker box, street noise, no air movement in the room, hard, squeaky Murphy bed, insufficient parking, sofa bed with air mattress, no support for the back, uncomfortable, outdated bathroom, limited choice of healthy items, more healthy options for breakfast, stairs that were slippery with winter weather, light fixtures over the pull-out bed not functional, heater unit below the desk was damaged, walls of mirrors, shower/tub was dangerous, no AC, too small room, uncomfortable Murphy bed, traffic noise, rooms felt claustrophobic and lacked ventilation, sofa bed mattress was old, thin, and springy, terrible sofa bed.

The low season is in November, and the high season is in June. Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 11:00 AM. Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by room type and provider.

Breakfast included, vending machines for drinks and snacks, simple breakfast, doughnuts, juice, coffee, fruit, and some additional options, ice machine available, limited choice of healthy items, more healthy options for breakfast, hot dog, hamburger night for $12, breakfast was doughnuts, juice, coffee, fruit, and some additional options, popcorn for guests, breakfast was very simple, breakfast was ok, breakfast was arkward, not much to choose from, breakfast was ok, breakfast I was expecting different kind of bread, like bagels.

Some guests reported street noise, so consider requesting a room away from the street to ensure a quieter stay.

Verify the room amenities, especially the bed type, as some guests found the sofa bed or Murphy bed uncomfortable.

If you prefer a room with air conditioning, ensure to confirm its availability as some guests noted the lack of air conditioning in their rooms.
