Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near shopping, dining, and entertainment, as well as the friendly and accommodating staff. However, many were disappointed with the extra charges for parking and breakfast, the frequent closure or limited hours of the pool, and inconsistent cleanliness or maintenance issues in some rooms. While some found the rooms comfortable and appreciated pet-friendly policies, others noted noise, uncomfortable beds, and a lack of amenities. Overall, positives centered around location and staff, but value for price and amenities were common concerns.AI-Generated from customer reviews
