Pros. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good.
Cons. Not enough parking, had to park at another hotel and walk to our hotel... it was late when we got in, so it was unsafe and inconvenient to not be able to park at the hotel we paid for.
Pros. The location was super easy on and off the interstate. The lobby was bright and welcoming.
Cons. Front desk staff was curt and unconcerned that our reservation could not be satisfied per our booking. "It's the last room, that's all that's left" despite the reservation having been made four days in advance. Facilities were tired- water spots, loud room great/AC system, small holes in wall. Bfast was too limited in scope. Dried out eggs and sausage patties.
Cons. Room was clean but bathroom was a handicapped bathroom with two drains and it smelled like sewer gas. I asked front desk to send a maintenance guy with some bleach and 2 hours later he showed up. I had to cover drain with plastic then put a towel on it as it was a sickening smell

Cons. I mistakenly booked this hotel and immediately tried to cancel it, only to find out “ its non-refundable”....are you kinding me!?! I just mistakenly booked the wrong hotel for three days and you wont refund me? I never stayed at this hotel and im still fighting to get my miney back.

Cons. went i went to check in they said they had no rooms available as people came in from a storm, which I did not see any of. I said I had a reservation from weeks before and paid for it. I said you have given all the rooms away? She said I would have to come back and I said when and she could not give me a time. I asked to see manager and she said he left for the day, it was 3 pm. No one could help me, so I checked in and was told my keys would be waiting for me when I returned, which was an hour later. They still said there were no rooms and I said I need my money back and would go somewhere else. They got my a room and the toilet was turned off, so I knew no one had stayed in that room. Also there was a problem with the toilet, you have to take the top off so it could refill.
Pros. It's close to Springfield mall good location!!
Cons. The housekeeping lady was super rude and a terrible person, she had a bad attitude !!! Disrespectful lady
