Pros (+) The location was super easy on and off the interstate. The lobby was bright and welcoming.
Cons (-) Front desk staff was curt and unconcerned that our reservation could not be satisfied per our booking. "It's the last room, that's all that's left" despite the reservation having been made four days in advance. Facilities were tired- water spots, loud room great/AC system, small holes in wall. Bfast was too limited in scope. Dried out eggs and sausage patties.
Cons (-) Room was clean but bathroom was a handicapped bathroom with two drains and it smelled like sewer gas. I asked front desk to send a maintenance guy with some bleach and 2 hours later he showed up. I had to cover drain with plastic then put a towel on it as it was a sickening smell
