More tourist information is available at St. Augustine and St. Johns County Visitor Information Center – just steps away from the hotel.

The hotel has complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the building's common areas, business center and guestrooms. Guests can also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool and spa. And visit the cafe and bar that has premium breakfast dishes and light food options for dinner. A complimentary breakfast is served every morning between 7 AM and 10 AM. The front desk is always open and ready to serve guests, there's a vending machine for quick snacks, and laundry facilities are on-site to use. Parking costs $10/day.

Pros (+) The staff was great and Allowed us to check in early! Hotel Was great walking distance to shops, food and th fort, perfect for our family to sightsee without taking the car around.
Cons (-) The sheets on the bed were dirty, the carpet felt wet and the hallways were musty and had no Ac . Rooms could have been maintained a bit better.

Cons (-) The pool was filthy. They charge for parking, we were put up on 4th floor and we got up there and it felt like a sauna. Beds uncomfortable. Please let staff know that the filters have to run on the pool and fix the hot tub.

Cons (-) Wasn't a fan of paying $150 a night and having to pay for parking as well.

Pros (+) The beds were very comfortable breakfast was okay.
Cons (-) I liked the location but parking was limited spaces were tight and with that being said I don't think a parking fee was justified. Signs for vending machines but they were non existent. Only one waffle maker so line was long taking too much time.

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly. Housekeeper very accommodating and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Room was great size (we brought an inflatable toddler bed with us and we had plenty of room for it-which is hard to find in the historic district. Breakfast was yummy and there we alot of choices.
