9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our room was absolutely amazing, so clean and modern. The shower definitely a winner :) The buffet breakfast was really good, a great variety of foods, all fresh and delicious. We will definitely return and stay again!
Cons: When we returned Saturday evening from our night out there were lots of police with multiple people on the ground in handcuffs next door. It made me a little concerned for if we had our children with us, I would not have liked them seeing that. Sounds like it may be a regular thing that the police need to attend Friday and Saturday evenings.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was nice great choice of food
10.0 Excellent
Pros: On arrival, tired & just wanting a shower & to relax, we found out that I had booked the wrong date. Queenie, the manager and her 2 staff at the desk were very helpful. Queenie rang our booking agent, held on hold for 20 mins, finally got through and spoke to the agent on our behalf. She asked the agent to change the date to that night as she had an available room and was happy to do it for the same price as previously booked. We didn't have to do a thing. It was the best customer service we have ever had during our travels. The room service food was fast & delicious. We would definitely stay again.
Cons: The breakfast. Our daughter and partner met us next door for Fathers Day buffet breakfast at St Marys Leagues Club. It wasn't overly busy as we thought it would so you would think the food would be available. Every time we needed milk, for cereal or coffee/tea, there was none. There was a line up for bread to toast as the basket was always empty. My husband asked for eggs twice and I gave up asking for the baked beans to be refilled. We sat at our table with bowls of cereal with no milk in them, an empty bowl waiting for baked beans and a plate with no eggs. The only buffet that was full or had no lining up was the fruit. There were many unhappy people. We definitely will not return for breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the pillows. You get a choice of firm or soft pillows. I had the best sleep. The gym facilities were clean and what I needed. I choose this hotel because I wanted a gym and paid extra for breakfast. The make your own pancake machine was awesome! Was worth the extra money I paid. Happy with my stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Would stay here again.
Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good arrangements for Breakfast
Cons: Some snacks for the day (other than breakfast) would be awesome- Can be handed in the morning per room
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Arriving at midnight, there was two trucks in the driveway and made entry difficult. No parking available for anyone else. Shared bathroom with two others, (men) who constantly left the toilet seat up and a mess. Shower, tiny with a plastic curtain and no hot water pressure. Beds were double not queen and room so small too cramped. Very cold room since air conditioning wasn't working properly. Air conditioning vent over the bed blew cold air all night with no cover on vent. Kitchen right outside our room which meant being woken at 6.30am with tradies talking loudly to the cook. One power point in entire room. Curtains were old, dusty and not hung properly as they were hanging off when trying to close them for privacy. My partner and I left immediately after breakfast. Left message for owner to call me re a refund as I had paid for 3 nights, but heard nothing back at all. Not good enough.

Cons: Cutmore cottage was extremely unprofessional! We had booked in Highclaire house and requested for an early check in since we'd landed after a long flight and with 2 small kids! They sent us a last minute message changing our place of stay. The staff present were so unwelcoming and unhelpful. Charged us so much extra for our 2 year old kid without even giving his breakfast. Very rude staff! Would not recommend Cutmore Cottage at all!

Although there were no shops within walking distance an effort had been made to make arrangements to be able to order in takeaways and groceries that would be delivered (at a cost of course) and a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off locally.
Cons: The mattress was a bit tired, but not to the uncomfortable stage.
5.8 Okay
Pros: THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, THE LOCATION FOR THE EVENT I WAS ATTENDING WAS OUTSTANDING, THE STUDIO GREAT WITH THE LARGE BED AND WARM ENVIRONMENT...
Cons: THE ROOM NEXT DOOR (303A), ON SATURDAY NIGHT TOOK A BONG INTO THEIR ROOM AND PROCEEDED TO MAKE A LOT OF NOISE, BANGING AROUND THE ROOM...FOR AGES - IT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING...AS I WAS TRYING TO SLEEP AS I HAD A DAY OF LONG TRAVEL AHEAD OF ME ON SUNDAY
