I liked the cleanness and the staff but did not like the location. It is very much isolated.
Pros. Mostly clean
Cons. The management is not responsible. The phone wasn’t working, the net wasn’t working, the fire alarm went off 4 times between 2-5 am and no one didn’t even bother to explain or apologize! The staff were not trained for sure situation either
Pros. Breakfast was nice. Also enjoyed the quietness.
Cons. The gym is a joke.
Pros. Very clean and comfortable room about 5 minutes from the airport. The decor was attractive and tasteful, and the free cookies were pretty good. Please note that that you should call the hotel when you land to request the airport shuttle van. The shuttle arrived very quickly, to and from the airport, however the driver was not sure about which airline was at which terminal, so be sure you know that information beforehand.
Cons. I was told they charge a $20 fee for checking in early (before 3PM), which seems a bit harsh for an airport hotel with a 24 hr front desk. Also, I booked this room to rest during a layover after a long international flight and requested a wakeup call. The wakeup call didn't happen and I missed my next flight. (I also set an alarm on my phone that didn't go off, so it's my bad also.)
Pros. Nice new facilities and comfy bed. Breakfast was better than most.
Cons. i asked for a view and had room 214, which has a "view" of a wall
