Went for a convention in town. The closeness was wonderful, with a Walmart and shopping center less than 5 minutes away. The bed and pillows were amazing, the shower wonderful, the tub big enough for an adult to take a bath and a fridge and safe in the room. The channels available were limited but they picked the right channels to offer so it wasnt any kind of loss there. Only thing was that the breakfast could have been better...they had hot and cold options available though - eggs potatoes and sausage, 3 cereal options, yogurt, bagels, toast, juices... I went to the Hilton where a friend was staying, her room was much smaller, the TV was bigger and they had a heated pool but for an extra 200 a night, I feel I definitely came up on top as far as what we were looking for and the price we spent. Also, there is a Chinese restaurant attached to the motel if you are looking to dine on site. Overall, excellent!!

Cons. On the day after we arrived we got up late so the maid service past us by. Despite going to the front desk around 1 PM and letting them know we were out and about, our room was still skipped. Also the breakfast was blah.

Cons. there were big cockroaches that came in the room and no one seemed to care as I reported it several times - the door jam needs to be fixed (room 115) and it looks like other doors too. The air conditioner wouldn't keep the room cool - it would run loudly then stop and the room would get warm.

Cons. 6 cars got broken into the one night around 10PM when I was there. this happened right outside my room. Turns out they didnt have any security at that time. While inquiring at the front desk, I had a chance to meet the "security guy" who IMO had no skillset to be security. management spoke very poor english. Seemed to be run by mom and pop owners.
Pros. Good sized room. Firm mattress. Hot water without a wait. Good breakfast buffet.
Cons. The shower head was very low on the wall.
