Pros: Good value, nice clean comfortable room, and very nice pool.
Cons: The location did not have a view of the lake and the breakfast was pretty sparse.
Pros: Over the past few weeks I've stayed at several places on this side of the lake to help out at a fellow franchise. This is by far the cleanest place I've stayed- maybe the cleanest ever. I wish I would have found this place weeks ago.
Cons: Not much to not like. This place is awesome.

Pros: The place is huge and has lots to offer for everyone
Cons: We paid $80 for a meal for two at the bear restaurant. The service was like a turtle in molasses and the food/wine tasted downright terrible.
Pros: Shower was hot.
Cons: Other guests tromping in and out of building all hours of the night talking loudly both nights. 2:000 - 4:00 AM. Guests in adjacent building excessive drinking and loud when asked to be consderate of others I was just yelled at. Did not call security as thought the property would be patrolled but apparently not! It was apparently a group of men on a "boys" trip from Sedgwick and Butler Countues in Kansas. Too bad they didn't go to a mountain cabin to act like animals.
Room was satisfactory but musty smelling. AC ran inconsistently hot then cold poor control.
Staff in lobby unconcerned about helping find room. They drew on a map and said good luck. A manager was helping a guest next yo me and going above and beyond to sell them "best room in the house", his word, but distracted the person checking me in because she was more interested in the other people getting the best deal and room.
Cons: Blood on shower wall... everything is crazy expensive. So big if u don't rent a cart u spend half ur time walking

Pros: Everything, from check in to check out everything was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choices and it was all fresh and yummy. It was very clean, and the indoor pool was the perfect temperature. We use to stay at a hotel down the street, and now we will always stay here. Thank you!
Cons: The parking lot was difficult to enter and exit, but only because its right off the highway. Not exactly bad but it was just difficult. Dont let that ruin your stay though, its worth the complications!!
Pros: There was a indoor pool on site and both a fridge and microwave in our room.
Cons: My husband and I stayed here for one night and obviously booked online ahead of time. Checking in, we found out they charged us twice, then checking out we asked got a receipt given that we had payment issues and the reception clerk told us they could find a record of payment so they asked if they could charge us again. Now we have three charges for one night stay, and after a call to have them remedy this it was supposedly passed on to the general manager, but we have not heard back or seen the extra charges drop off. Good Grief.
Pros: I liked the paid option of not having housekeeping visit every day.

Pros: Is a good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep. Great location. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
Cons: Smoke detector was missing In our room, toilet was noisey when flushed. Breakfast is just pastries, no protein.
Pros: We have stayed here many times in the past, when the amenities were better. We had been pleased with the location and price.
Cons: There was a weird, dirty smell in the lobby (very unpleasant, since this where you eat breakfast) and the room also had a very musty odor. There was a sewer odor every time we left our room. The towels were threadbare and ripped and barely large enough to be used for hand towels!! Don't expect more than 1 tiny tube of shampoo (no conditioner) and 1 bar of soap for the sink or tub, even when staying more than 1 night!! The rooms were very noisy-we had people (kids) above us running back and forth nonstop until 1am. There were a group of drunk adults that 'set up shop' right outside our door while they played a noisy game of cornhole until 11pm--wonderful!!!
We've stayed at other places where continental breakfast included ham/sausage, eggs, toast and potatoes!!
There are too many other choices in the area-we won't be back..
Pros: I like the size of the king rooms and the updated TV. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. Location next to the outlet mall is ideal.
Cons: I had to wait over 15 minutes for the desk clerk to show up. But in all fairness, it was 8pm on a subs a night, not a real busy time for the desk clerk. The bananas and orange juice at breakfast were good, so we're the cinnamon rolls. Don't expect much more.
Pros: The themed room was very nice. Comfortable bed.

Pros: I got a great night's sleep--exactly what I expected from a two star hotel--but I paid more for it than I wanted to.
Cons: There was a bug in the shower--silverfish. Other than that all was good.
Pros: The pool and hot tub
Pros: The pool and hot tub
Pros: Breakfast was good and the water hot.
Cons: It's old -with rust and chipping paint.
Cons: ICE MACHINE NOT WORKING

Pros: Pool hours were great and staff very friendly and informative! The beds were comfortable but the hotel lights make sleep impossible, way too bright right outside the rooms. If you want a cheap place to stay with nice staff stay here.
Cons: Rooms and hotel were not the cleanest, pool bathroom was not cleaned the 3 days I was there and the hotel in general is run down. Breakfast was awful, frozen bagels that were unedible, and 2% milk and no orange juice and not much choice, coffee cheap.
Cons: Carpeting and flooring were very much in need of being replaced. The carpet in the hallways was quite smelly.
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Location as convient to all our activities planned
Pros: the staff were very nice
Cons: The sheets on the beds were clean, but torn in a few places, the hot tub was cold and dirty, and the pool was ice cold. I had to walk outside in the cold, to get to and from the cold pool.
Pros: The hotel was clean and met our needs. $--- inc tax, so reasonable. They have an indoor pool and hot tub open until midnight. Next door to Outlet Mall. Mexican restaurant on right side of road about 1/2 mile was awesome (cant remember the name)
Cons: Continental breakfast was very sparse; bagels, oatmeal, toast/jelly, orange juice, coffee, and milk, few doughnuts. I do think they could add bananas and maybe a waffle iron and waffle mix, blueberry muffins.
Pros: Conveniently located.
Pros: The price was reasonable. The pools were clean. The rooms were very clean as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was nice. There is a ramp (and steps) to the second level. It's a cheap place to sleep.
Cons: The hotel is very outdated, but so are many hotels in that area. There was only one small soap and one squeeze packet of shampoo and conditioner, so you'll have to ask for extra.
Definitely a good price for the quality of the hotel.
Pros: Staff very nice, friendly and had an indoor pool.
Pros: Great Location!
Cons: Could use a little more updating, especially the bathrooms.
The breakfast was only doughnuts. The shampoo was in a squeeze packet like condiments in a fast food restaurant, and they only gave you one squeeze packet for us both. I can't believe the run down condition and the fear of my daughter drowning there with no reaction and still paying a nights stay .
Cons: Old,dirty, bad beds, musty smelling rooms and my parking, and my daughter's hair got stuck in the drain and almost drowned in their pool. I checked out a day early and lost my money in this dump!
not a modern motel but clean and had all we needed. if you are looking for luxury it may not be the place for you. we only needed a place to sleep so it worked for us.
Pros: friendly staff

Pros: The bed was so comfortable...staff was helpful. Very pleasant experience.
Pros: The swimming pool
Cons: The smoked in smell of the room. It is an older place and it's understandable. The TV was small and didn't work on the top half of the screen. Nice workers. Very friendly.
Cons: Room smelled like cigarette smoke. But did not ask to change rooms. It needs to be updated. No restaurants close by to walk to.
Cons: Light over the sink did not always work. Had to touch light to get it to come on.

Cons: Reviews for this hotel are awful. I wouldn't be sending ppl here. While we had a OK stay most have not. The continental breakfast was a joke. Hardly anything.
Pros: Staff was excellent
Cons: Mattresses were old and uncomfortable.
Pros: The location, price and cleanliness.
Cons: The beds were god awful - hard as a rock. Poor wifi.
Pros: The location was great. The hotel and room were nice for the price. The staff was excellent.
Cons: The pool was closed for deck work.
Pros: The room was clean
Cons: They blocked 800$ on my credit card for 1 day. They did it in 6 different transaction. Ruined the getaway all together. Hotel Employees need to learn about customer service. Don't stay here
Pros: PEOPLE WERE HELPFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY.
Cons: WE HAVE STAYED THERE A FEW TIMES BEFORE. IT IS GETTING PRETTY RUN DOWN. POOL WAS CLOSED. THE WHOLE PLACE NEEDS CLEANED AND PAINTED. WE WERE TOLD THE HELP HAD QUIT.
Pros: it was close to the state park
Cons: the pool was closed and looked like it has not been open for along time.I was very upset about this
Pros: Clean linens, pleasant smelling room, ample parking, good ice machines!
Cons: Manager condescending in manner both in person & phone. Because they didn't have the size room we requested, upgraded us to a suite, but charged us for linens for the pull out couch. Manager took phone reservation in the middle of checking me in.
We will not book a stay at Econolodge again.
Pros: The staff were very friendly.
Cons: The television in the room did not work, there was a static in the sound that made it impossible to watch. The air in the room would not stay on and it become uncomfortably hot during the night. My husband and I both were unable to get a good night's sl

Pros: Myself and two other adults stayed over Labor Day weekend. Staff was excellent, especially Chris. Location right on the lake, able to walk to the marina, rented a pontoon for a day, and was conveniently accommodated when we wanted to grill out. So pet friendly!!!!
Cons: Is an older resort, needing updates, but renovation was being done.
Cons: This hotel was absolutely filthy, the rooms haven't been updated in over 25 years, it is very sad that for $130.00 per night the owners can't spend a little money to fix it up. I was sickened by this place. I felt like I was staying in a dirty little fishing cabin.
Pros: Nothing not to like about this place
Cons: Nothing not to like about this place
Pros: Location was nice
Cons: Picked this hotel for its secluded pool area. It was not mentioned that outside guests could pay $3 to get in. I had three children 10 and younger while drunk adults took over the pool and pool area. This was around 3:30pm I might add. Our room had a moisture issue which made my wife and I sick.

After having fun at the seasonal outdoor pool, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. Pros: Comfortable bed. Hot showers. Easy check-in and polite staff. Good heating unit. TV had lots of channels. Inexpensive for a quick overnight stay. Good location.
Cons: TV a little outdated and had a whiny sound.
Pros: Price was good. The staff was friendly. There is a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot in the room. Lobby is nice. Close location to shopping at outlet mall.
Cons: I never saw the continental breakfast. Tried to go into lobby 2 days in a row but doors were still locked around 7am. When I checked in the front desk wanted me to pay. I had to explain I already paid online. It took a few minutes to figure out but she had the wrong persons information with my reservation. Bring a printed receipt that you paid. Room had a musty smell and is outdated.
