Nothing If you pay extra, you get a "free" breakfast. Yeah. Unless you're there for a convention or room service really means everything to you, it doesn't have anything more to offer than any other hotel. And especially if you're a smoker, crazy long walk to get to the smoking area!
We were auditioning for colleges in the area and it was nice not to have to drive him. The room was comfortable. I liked that they let us in early. The in-door pool was being renovated. We chose the hotel because of the pool and its location.
The front desk service was very rude over the phone. She did not have good customer service at all, didn't have my reservation ready after all the confusion I had to pay to check in early which I think should have been free since I had to go through so much.

Hi my name is Matthew and i'd like to share a HORRIFIC experience i had at one of your hotels. So i specifically stayed in the Wyndham Hotel garden Philadelphia airport. Specifically myself and 4 others booked 2 rooms for the Rock Alliegence festival occuring in Chester PA. I arrived at the Hotel at about 10 30 to 11 am and attempted to check in. Was told that i cannot check in till 3pm due to rooms not being clean. I was understanding of course but mentioned that i would be at a concert and would not return till later that night. I was told my room would be waiting for me. So i hung around the hotel till the uber arrived to take me to the concert. I started talking with others and they had mentioned that there reservations were cancelled due to an overbooking. Upon hearing that i double checked my reservation to which the woman behind the counter stated that everything was confirmed and not to worry. Okay so fast foward to 11 30pm when i return to the hotel and attempt to check in and told that my reservation was cancelled. I received no phone call no email nothing! Was made to feel as though it was my fault when i had no idea. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "wait a minute" waited about 15 mins and was told to go to the other computer. I was handed a piece of paper to call expidea and work it out with them as they cancelled it. I attempted to state that i was told earlier in the morning that my reservation was confirmed. Was brushed off and was told "There are no rooms and there is nothing i can do, here is the number to call." The customer service was appaling and i will never go back.

Felt clean. Price was reasonable. Convenient. Food at restaurant in house was terrible. Limited counter space in bathroom. Strong electrical smell in elevator.
Staff so rude. Since arrived to the airport I called for shuttle, waited for 30 minutes, the driver (Kyle) was so rude, no manners, no polite, no even good morning, was the more rude person I never meet. When I tried to check in I knew I was early, bu the FD agent Renee was also the most rude person, she never let me talk and directly told me that i have to pay 50 dollar to check in early, I asked her for the name of the manger and she gave the name on a piece of news paper and she told me that she can write the manager last name because was to long. Her attitude was complete out of the standard. Being HR Director for more than 8 years of Hilton;s hotel brands these employees need a training and understand what is customer service skills. They don't have at all. I called later to ask for a menu to buy a food, I can't believe she never mentioned to me that was a restaurant at the hotel, don't even mentioned (sell) her own restaurant, I bought the more horrible food because Renee didn't have the skill to treat and/or inform a guest properly. I expected reasonable treatment nothing else, but was the most horrible experience I had. Was no representation from the Brands either for the management company what is one of the most respectful company. So sad But I would never go back to that property, and either recommend, I have a group of people going soon for a wedding to Philly but will be so embarrass to recommend that hotel.
Checked in on-line. It was easy and convenient. The staff was helpful and efficient. We only stayed for one night, but would stay again in the future when we fly to Florida. The price was excellent; everything clean and ready. Can't think of anything. Our stay was very brief.
It's location to the airport. The dated and aging furniture and bathrooms. It would have been nice to know cost of extended parking before making my reservations. And having the airport shuttle run for 24 hours and not limiting it to only limited times.

Room was comfortable and well laid out. It took a very long time to check in. The line was long and they were experiencing computer problems. Staff seemed stressed. The view from our room was of trash. Looks like they maybe remodeling.
We get early check-in without any problem, Font desk staff well come with smile, We had AC problem in start and i call front desk and technition come in a few minutes and fixed it. My overall experience is great and i recommend this hotel. Location is close to airport and 15/20 minutes away from phildelphia downtown.
I had trouble checking in because i reserved online 1 hour before bu,t the staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean and smelled clean and the hotel was not noisy wich was good.we had a very good night of rest. breakfast not included, for the price we paid breakfast had to be a most and that alone is the reason i will never come back, there are similar options available with breakfast included it is unacceptable th e hotel is not cheap and it should act cheap.

Very impressed with The Westin. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great choice for a laid back weekend to just getaway from the city. Good location. We would definitely come back for another stay.
The beds were awesome and the room was very clean. A very good location at the waterfront. The staff was very accommodating. The elevator noise was irritating. We thought at first it was the heater but later found out it was the clang of the elevator. The breakfast was fair but the burger we had the night before was great. No other complaints.

Area was super convenient, fast pace to move through hotel , I hate waiting for ever for an elevator. The room was amazing for the price , love being a Starwood member most worthy membership . Well done Sheraton ! See yous soon Staff got a little attitude at front desk at one point but it was fine
it was good service, the people were nice, and the bed was comfortable. I will be staying again the water in the room took too long to get hot, and we had alittle trouble with the key card
The location was convenient for our purposes, but there wasn't much to do in the area. If you went out at night there really wasn't anything open. It's the sort of area that closes down after 5 p.m. The staff was friendly and the space was clean. Overall, it was a good value for the money. The bathroom drain was slow running, but that was the only problem with the room. The location is really better suited for business then for a leisure visit.
Staff were helpful from moment we arrived to departure. Beds were very comfortable and room (on the HHonors floor) was clean and well appointed. Buffet breakfast could be trimmed down (omelet bar was barely used) and then included in room rate. Parking is also $15 extra if you add it to your hotel bill. You still park your own car and then get ticket validated at front desk. OR, just hold on to your ticket, don't have it added to your bill, and pay just $11 for an overnight stay to the parking lot attendant!
Parking was not included and no breakfast. Most other hotels include these things for the price.

Staff was great.. Location convenient except for one of only 2 access roads was covered with 2' of water and closed.. This hotel sat unfinished for many years as a result of its owners trying to defy local ordinances. When the current owners took over its very apparent that the finishing construction was rushed, and there was little to No attention to detail, or even quality. Our room which was a deluxe suite was very nice and contemporary on first appearance. But stepping into the vast bathroom the lack of ATD, and current maintance was apparent. The ceiling covering the air duct was peeling paint from one side of the room to the other. 75% of the grout around the jacuzzi tub was either missing or falling out and the tiles around the base were falling out.. The toilet paper holder was so far from the toilet that you had to literally get up from the toilet to reach it and I'm 6' tall. We checked in 2 the 2 rooms we had reserved around 7:45pm and neither of our rooms were ready at almost 8 at night. My wife and I headed to the bar for a much needed drink and appetizer. Upon arriving at the lounge, I asked the bartender what she recommended. I was told that the shrimp, tomato,avocado with "garlic and olive oil" (as described on the menu) was " the best thing on the menu". When it arrived it was a bowl of shrimp tomatoe concasse, and diced avacado (way over ripe) drowned in a heavy cheese sauce. There was no.mention of cheese, cream or dairy on the menu, nor by the bartender who reccomended it. This is the Sheraton? Come on..this is simple stuff. I am a professionally trained chef, and have successfully opened and managed over 17 restaurants in my career. This is just basic common sense for a beginner to accurately describe your menu items. What if I or my guest were lactose intolerant? The menu implies something light and fresh, but what you get is the exact opposite. Big thumbs down here. Looking around there is indication, after indication once again that there is little to no care or pride put into maintaining this property. Crown molding all over is not even close to fitting together properly, carpet in common areas is pulling away from walls and stairs, almost every window we saw in the common areas was filthy and covered with hand prints. Just not what I would.consider as standard for a Sheraton, that is fairly new.. I want to be clear that every staff member I interacted with was incredibly polite and accomadating which shows that there is a manger in place with great pride for their staff. I'm guessing based on professional experience that there is non existent ownership in place that requires the staff to operate on a shoestring budget and that puts the margin before all else.

Stayed one night on a road trip. Can't beat the location right off the highway. Comfortable bed, great air conditioning, great night's sleep.
I liked the amenities in the room , the coffee served was good and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the jet bathtub in the bathroom. I didn't like that the room didn't have any Windows to the outside. It only showed Windows to the hallway of the hotel. It was weird because people walking in the hallway could see into our room. The room also had some random stains on the couch and on the wall. I think the room overall was clean but they missed a few spots during cleaning.

The breakfast area seemed clean, the food was good except the sausages, they were questionable. The waffles maker was excellent and clean. The pillows and bed are very comfortable! Our suite smelled horrible upon arrival. It had a strong armpit smell, horrible! We left the windows and came back hours later and the smell had not completely left. We asked for a room change and they said all the rooms were booked.
I did a late check in , traffic and bad weather from New York and the lady at front counter was so sweet and nice . With a big smile even at 3:30 am . I liked everything.
The staff here is amazing. I've stayed here several times and they know me by name. Everyone is very friendly and they make me feel like a friend more than just a guest. The beds for me are very comfortable. I assume it would depend on what you prefer. I like that there is a grocery store right down the street, a seven eleven attached to the property and it's a short drive into the city. Rooms are equipped with a microwave and frig, breakfast has a nice assortment for a free hotel breakfast. Parking is free. I don't dislike anything per say, I just wish there was a pool on the property.
Clean the bathroom and carpeting and wash the sheets.
The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. We stayed at this hotel due to a flight being cancelled. I called the hotel to have their shuttle pick us up at the airport. Cheryl from Best Western answered and was very quick to respond and send a driver. She even called me when they were close to arriving. the shuttle drivers are also super friendly. The next day our flight wasn't leaving till 9pm so we needed to spend the day in Philadelphia. We checked out at 11am however the woman working the front desk that morning offered to hold our bags for us and have the shuttle drive us to the train station to hang out the day in the city. They then picked us up to get our luggage and brought us to the airport that night. Excellent experience. Nicest staff i've ever dealt with at a hotel.
The staff and shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was very convenient and there was a Seven Eleven market right next door. It was also very quiet! Well equiped room with microwave and fridge. The room was dated and so didn't appear as clean as I would have liked.

The woman at the front desk when I checked in was PHENOMENAL! Smart, proffesional, accomodating, efficient. I liked tre business center so I could print my boarding passes. The room smelled a little musty, nothing the ac didnt fix. Beds were very comfortable and I slept great 24 hour airport shuttle, the driver was prompt and professional The neighborhood is a bit questionable, but since there is a Police subsation we trusted it was okay to park the car overnight.

The location is convenient Staff was friendly Breakfast was decent Bathroom of my room had dust everywhere. I had no towels to dry off from shower, only a face towel. Didn't realize until I was in shower and it was too late to call desk. There was a mop propping up the soap dish in the shower. When ever someone used the stairwell, which was actually down the hall, the floor shook and it was loud. Demonstrates that the structure was poorly built, my guess is a lot of wood and not enough concrete/masonry.
Antwone was the front desk clerk and he was more than hospitable. After a long day of having my travel plans interrupted by the Pope's visit and the lack of communication with US Airways, Antwone patiently answered the phone and provided any comforts needed at the hotel. Being offered bagels at midnight and getting a call asking if I wanted a wake up call was better than being at Grandma's house. Shuttle service took a long time

Room had hairs in the bed which were not from us and my husband and I were woken up multiple times by the people staying next to us. They made it very clear they were taking pain killers and partying in their room. The female got locked out of the room and for an hour and 45 minutes she banged on the door and the window which was totally disrupting to everyone around not to mention she was cursing up a storm. My husband and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and were completely disgusted being there!
We were there when a load of kids were staying. Not sure if they were spring breakers or what. The place was a giant loud party spot all night and day! Staff did Nothing to handle this! Nothing! They were running up and down the walk ways drinking and yelling. Beating on the wall in their room etc... Worst motel stay in my life. Mentioned this at check out. Everyone in the lobby agreed and the management didn't apologize at all. Let alone offer any type of compensation to get us back. She acted as if if was they norm there.
I found a bed bug in the bed, which we were laying in. Brought it to the front desk attention and received nothing back from them. No apology, phone call, Nothing! I've been trying to get my money back since and no help with that either.

A bit upscale for me, I was in the are visiting a friend. Really not a lot hotel options in the area and the rest looked like they were dives, so it was an easy choice. College hotel and I was there for freshman arrivals, it was kind of a zoo. Very small pool, but it was well maintained
I love the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the entire hotel and the pool. With spending this much money on a hotel that nice you should include some kind of breakfast with it. Also once all the shops are completed right within walking distance it will be great but right now there is nothing to do within walking distance.
The bed was very comfortable. The heating unit was loud, making it difficult to sleep.

Overall, I liked my stay. Everything was clean and fresh and comfortable. The sink is too high for the average person and shaped poorly so that it pushes you away from the sink. These two design flaws make using the bathroom sink awkward for anyone shorter than 5'10". The towels were very thin, probably old towels. I expected better from the Hampton.

The best part of the hotel were the cookies and free wifi. I hated the way the room was arranged and the cable channels they offered.

The staff are amazing! They go out of their way to help,are super friendly, and love their jobs! Breakfast is 'ok'. but there is always plenty, and it's fresh. They encourage you to use dining room for family events! Rooms are quiet and spacious! Rooms are a bit dated, but they are CLEAN! I love this hotel- it is our go to place every time we're there- visiting, family events, etc. The only negative I can think of is I would pick a better coffee to have in the lobby...:-)
