Pros (+) The maintenance man, while accommodating, complained a lot to me and other guests about how much work there was to be done.
Cons (-) Pretty much everything. The rooms were filthy complete with dead bugs, crumbs on the carpet, and dust bunnies the size of my fist (not an exaggeration). The breakfast was underwhelming with packaged pastries and watered down coffee. Lastly, they micro-charged for everything (ex. extended parking and renting chairs).
