Pros (+) The Hotel is fantastic. The staff are very friendly. Quick Check-in, and even checkout. Love receiving my receipt via email. Room was a good size, bed very comfortable, and room was quiet.
Cons (-) TV reception is poor, but not that important.
Pros (+) This hotel was comfortable and elegant. Staying over new years they gave us free champagne. However parking was overpriced for what we paid for the hotel.
Pros (+) There were loud noises in the morning from the room above and when I called the front desk on multiple occasions I couldn't get an answer, then received a rude explanation that it would be investigated but the noise contributed. After a $2,000 stay, I left a file and was charged to have it mailed to me. I wouldn't recommend the hotel for ease of stay, but it is clean.
