Overview

At the gates of Dinan, a medieval city of art and history in Brittany, the Best Western Hotel Armor Park Dinan, Dinan, France, welcomes guests in a recently renovated, timeless decor with a Breton touch, well placed for the Rance valley and the Emerald Coast, with easy reach to Dinard, Saint-Malo, Cap Frehel, and Mont-Saint-Michel. The rooms run from standard to duplex suites for up to five, modern and newly renovated with an en suite walk-in shower and a television, with a generous regional breakfast, a Breton restaurant, an all-day lounge bar, and a meeting room. Pets are welcome. Dinan itself is a jewel of old Brittany, its ramparts and cobbled lanes of half-timbered houses climbing from the little port on the Rance to a 14th-century castle above the valley, with the greenway for walking and cycling, the seaside resorts and cliffs of the coast, and the kayaking and sailing of the estuary all close by. From the ramparts the view falls away over the river and its old stone viaduct.
