10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very nice, free breakfast, WiFi, and the pool was nice. I loved the size of the rooms. I liked that there was a fridge and microwave in the room. It was very nice and I was so happy with my stay.
Cons: I know there's a place to buy drinks and snacks but I just wish there were vending machines also
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautiful and very clean. I liked that brand of shampoo, soap etc that you have for guests. The room was designed very well, love the seperate areas! First hotel we ever stayed in that had absolutely no smell at all and by far the cleanest too!
Cons: More coffee could've been provided especially if 2 people are staying in the room. Only 1 regular and 1 decaf ( which we don't drink was provided) also should've had more creamer and sugar. That's about it. The continental breakfast was great. Not sure what kind of o.j. you provide but it was really tasty!just one more thing, the door to the other room in our room could be a little more sound proof, we could hear the people on the other side very well. Maybe need a thicker door. That's all.
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff
Cons: Price
8.0 Excellent
Cons: When we arrived for check in we had to wait for an hour to get some one to front desk to give us a room key. We had traveled far and were tired and had to call several numbers get transferred twice to have some one call and find the desk clerk to help us! It was a bit ridiculous. Other than that everything was great
7.0 Good
Pros: Muffins were good and I was very grateful for the hot chocolate. The juice was also good, and so was the oatmeal selection.
Cons: This is a very noisy hotel and when I requested earplugs they didn't have any available. They also didn't have any pillows that weren't feather which I find very uncomfortable to sleep on. Eggs could have been real, even a place to make your own eggs is always nice. I also like greek yogurt for breakfast and there wasn't any of that.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Locked out of room. Forgot iPhone charger. Both times front desk couldn’t have been better.
Cons: In town for a funeral. Hardly the fault of your hotel.

Cons: Breakfast is only served until 9:30, so it doesn’t allow you to really sleep in.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: Surprise parking fee of $7. Also, no complimentary water or water in the lobby, at least on the wekend.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: easy convienient nice facilities

Pros: We got in on Thanksgiving, but the employees were incredibly welcome and cheerful, despite having to work on the holiday. Which was great!
Cons: The breakfast was mediocre, but it's pretty comparable to other "continental" breakfast options at other similar hotels.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nearly empty due to Coronavirus
Cons: NO BREAKFAST!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was great. Breakfast was very well run. Clean room. Great rate!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room and bathroom were nice
Cons: Easy access to parking lot
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were attending an event early in the afternoon and the front desk clerk was able to get us an early check in which allowed us plenary of time to get ready to go!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The King with couch was nice and spacious and the bed rested me very well
Cons: I was expecting a breakfast meat but otherwise no other concerns that were negative. They have a lot of communication available about renovations and attempts to provide gym and pool with nearby LA Fitness.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Difficult to get to
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bathroom was exceptional! I took a picture to show my daughter!
Cons: I wish I could have booked a little more in advance. I paid a lot more than my last visit.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, convenient location
Cons: NOT pet-friendly! I booked specifically because it states "pet friendly" (even printed out the confirmation for proof)...got to the hotel only to be informed that it is NOT pet friendly.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Not really
7.0 Good
Pros: Off the turnpike. Convenient location
Cons: They use to have newspapers for the guests
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk guy, Jaquan, when I checked in was very helpful and so nice!! Wish all staff at places where like him!! The lady's that did the breakfast were very nice and made sure there was plenty off food and drinks. I didn't get the name of the one who help myself and my son, she was so helpful and nice! The front desk lady when I checked out was very nice and helpful also. Even the construction men where nice with our walking around and going in and out to leave!
Cons: The only complaint, was that there was nothing on the site about construction and the pool being closed! I choose this hotel because of the price, what we were doing that weekend and the pool! Having 3 children, my son having special needs and loving to swim, is his way of relaxing and calming down with not liking going out of town expcially staying somewhere other then home, that was a way to calm him down. So when we found out it was closed I had 3 very disappointed kids and had a little ruffer nite with my son. And there was only a shower in the room no tub! And that was not asked. So if there was a tub but no pool that would of helped a great deal! That was the only thing that any of us were disappointed in. Also, the Wi-Fi, it took awhile to find out which one and what to do. So if there could be something in the room or front desk gives you when you check in, that would of been helpful.

4.0 Okay
Pros: I expected to have dishes in the room as most extended stays provide it took two days after asking for a bike that we got dishes. I expected one room 2 beds when I arrived it was one room one bed. When I ask to change rooms to have two beds I was told it would additional $57 days a night that was ridiculous the clerk never attempted to try and commentate me at all. I was charged $15 plus tax for a roll away bed the had more springs than mattresses. I checked out today Ana now I see a $5.99 additional charge I am not sure for what so I will be disputing that charge I didn’t get a receipt I should if you are going to charges ppl additional money you should at least tell them first. The clerk that checked me out was as acommendating as he could be considering he had no athuriity to do anything . I needed to extend my stay a bit longer however not at this hotel I have made reservations at a different hotel since this one couldn’t or wouldn’t accommodate my needs sad

Cons: No
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk was friendly and was quick with your needs
Cons: Check out time could of been later also no free breakfast
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location is good. But access can be problematic. The entrance is often blocked by cars lined up to exit the Sheetz gas station and getting into the hotel parking lot was often a struggle.
Cons: We've stayed at this Marriott numerous times over the years because of its proximity to my wife's family in Penn Hills. This will be the last time. Here are the reasons why. Upon pulling back the sheets we discovered the TV remote and someone's Christmas shopping list under the covers. There could be only one explanation for this: the housekeeper did not change the sheets. We were expected to sleep in used bedding. My wife would have none of it. There was also a razor and shaving cream and long black hairs in the shower stall. There was also evidence that the floors had not been vacuumed. It was blindingly obvious to us that this room had not been cleaned from the previous night(s). This realization also raised the possibility that this may be a common situation at this particular Marriott. Without the evidence of the remote and shopping list we would have never known. One could blame this on a lazy housekeeper, but one has to wonder if this could be a management issue. Surely someone in management must be aware of how many sheets are being laundered on a daily basis. Perhaps this is even a conscious, cost-cutting stratagem. At any rate, we are done with this Marriott.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location was very close to the event I had to attend.
Cons: the hotel was nice but it could have had more stations on the television. I had previously stayed in a best western in Va for half the price and the best western was as nice if not better than the courtyard in Monroeville. The hotel though, was very close to the event I was attending. If I had to choose between a best western or this chain I would definitely choose a Best Western though.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Convenient surrounding with restaurants

Cons: The room was filthy. Trash still left in the room, dirty socks, things in the shower. Towels had a musky, mildewy smell to them. Brought this to the attention of the front desk and nothing was rectified or offered to me.

Pros: The hotel is updated inside and out. While the bathroom is small it is nicely done with new shower/granite counter. The room has a nice size fridge and coffeemaker. The breakfast was nice with eggs and sausage one day and cheese omelettes the next.
Cons: The water was only warm in the shower, could have been warmer. Had read this in reviews and mentioned it to the staff. They had heard it too, then why not address it? Comforter had a stain in one bed and room was not cleaned during two night stay.

Pros: Everything
7.4 Good
Pros: Good location for our needs. Room was big and clean. Staff was helpful. Good selection at breakfast bar
Cons: Breakfast area quite small. There was a little smell to the bed room. Possibly, due the window replacement process. The walks seem thin. Noice from the hallway was louder than in other hotels.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location for visiting Oakmont. Close to Turnpike and to rte 28. Also pet-friendly. Good breakfast with some healthy options.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I liked that I had hot and cold options. The fruit was fresh. There were yogurt options plus cold cereals. I chose the hot oatmeal. The coffee with varied creamers was a delight any time of day. My wife prefers hot green tea and so that was welcomed. Wish there had been hot cocoa though.
Cons: The reservation desk personnel wasn't welcoming. She almost made me pay for my room when it was already prepaid!! She didn't ask us why were in the area. She didn't even tell me about the wonderful amenities !! I looked around the corner to find that there was an indoor pool and I asked about breakfast! I actually told her she could've told me about all of this whenever we were registering. I got a blank look. Was she tired? The day time desk person was dressed in a T-shirt and jeans!? Seriously need a more professional appearance and a much more welcoming staff. The breakfast lady got a verbal compliment from me. The breakfast area and dining areas were kept up very nicely. She seemed personable too.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and nice room layout
Cons: I lowered the hotel's cleanliness level slightly due to construction. FYI The hotel room was very clean

Cons: Construction
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome breakfast room was clean staff very friendly
Cons: Small bathroom room could be updated more
5.0 Okay
Pros: staff was nice, room was clean, although cluttered- there are wires everywhere along the walls to reach plugs... it looks pretty amateur.
Cons: IT IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION- it should open in about 6 months, but instead you walk through construction debris and a thousand taped up signs cautioning you about things, breakfast looked completely unappetizing.
6.0 Good
Pros: The room was beautiful and very comfortable.
Cons: Dining room was very small and there was no place for us to sit. Exercise room was incredible hot. No air conditioning. Hotel was understaffed. I never did check out. Just left my keys as I waited and waited at the desk.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The room was recently renovated, and was clean. The bed was comfortable, and bed bug free, always a plus!
Cons: It is loud! Between the railroad tracks on one side, and the 24 hour a day run loading docks on the other, it is not a quiet environment. The walls are pretty thin too. I sneezed, and my neighbor said "God bless you!" The food is OK.

7.6 Good
Pros: All amenities were exactly as described (free wifi, fridge and microwave in room, good selection of tv channels, standard but perfectly adequate breakfast options). The beds and the fridge/microwave were very clean and appealing, and the staff were all very nice. Location was quiet, but near lots of food and shopping options (including within walking distance).
Cons: The floor of my room seemed like it had barely been cleaned in quite some time, and this was generally true throughout the motel. Walls are also quite thin, and a snoring neighbor kept me up all night (this may have been worse because I was in a room with an adjoining door). Overall still a very good stay for the money.
7.0 Good
Pros: Quiet And the guy at the front desk was very nice
Cons: The rooms were nice but the shower had soap and hair all over it
6.6 Good
Pros: Very clean! Location was OK. Breakfast was good and staff was helpful.
Cons: The mattress was terrible! The noise from the interstate kept my wife awake.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, reasonable price and wonderful staff.
Cons: Their breakfast was very lacking for a family and the bathroom needed a good sweep and scrub.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Didnt like that i was suprised by having to pay a $50 deposit ontop of what i paid for the room.
7.0 Good
Pros: Very easy to get to, good location to everything, very clean.
Cons: The only gripe i have is that the tv remotes didnt work...tried 4 different ones provided by the staff.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Close to where we needed to be, that’s it.
Cons: We were given a room across the hall from the laundry room, so it was very noisy in the morning. The room smelled and the lamp by the left bed was broken. My husband and I went to have the “continental breakfast” in the morning and the breakfast area was gross- the muffins and bagels looked like they had been sitting out for a month. The juice machine was dirty. While we are, the desk girl came into the breakfast room and was taking to one of the housekeepers about opioids and someone taking her aderrall medication- not conversation I feel is appropriate in front of guests. At night, we could hear everything going on outside our room- people slamming doors and yelling. When we went into the lobby other “guests” were standing all around talking about drugs and stuff- this hotel doesn’t seem like a hotel, it seems like a flop house for addicts. I would never stay there again. I should have paid the extra 20 bucks to stay at the comfort inn across the street.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Close to many restaurant and stores.
Cons: To loud, first floor room next to the lobby you hear everything.

Cons: The surprise charge for parking which was not mentioned
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The king studio room was very spacious

1.0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: Romm was ot cleaned at all. The hotel was kept dirty. Very bad expeience.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff
Cons: Breakfast is only served until 9:30, so it doesn’t allow you to really sleep in.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Free breakfast
Cons: Surprise parking fee of $7. Also, no complimentary water or water in the lobby, at least on the wekend.
10.0 Excellent
