Hotel L'Escaut Terneuzen

The hotel is located in a nice quiet street with views to the Scheldt. It is easy to access by car and you can park either on the public parking spot across the street, or in the parking garage in front of the hotel. There are many nice restaurants and bars around for dinner and drinks. Also, a Polish supermarket, a Kruidvat drugstore and other stores are reachable within minutes.

The breakfast was good, with a selection of breads, cheese, ham, yogurt, jelly and butter. The coffee machine was nice.

Most of all the staff - so friendly and helpful!!! The staff at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Almost every morning at breakfast was different staff but every single one of them was so friendly and smiley. The room cleaner also so smiley, happy and friendly. You have the best staff!!!

The hotel is easily accessible. The parking garage that is right next to the hotel is also very reasonably priced.

The room we had was spacious and clean. Though cold at first, we could turn the heating on to heat up the room. The bed was comfortable and clean. The hotel has been refurbished to an excellent standard. The room was big, spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable. My husband even checked the brand of the mattress because he loved it. The room was extremely clean and tidy, with plenty of towels and welfare facilities, cleaned daily.
