Pros. We stayed at a hotel in Fira for 2 nights and then in Fenari in Oia for 2 nights (the Fira hotel was actually more expensive). Fenari was definitely the better of the two, and it was really special. This is the best hotel staff I have ever had. They were so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were so cute and charming, with a lot of extras. We had 2 balconies overlooking the Caldera, and one outdoor dip tub thing. The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub is also excellent. And the location was great, too. Great views from the room. Probably my single best hotel stay ever.
Cons. Don't expect the same kind of hotel as a high-end 4star in a big city. This is a little different. I bumped my head going into the bathroom a couple times.
