Bed was the comfiest I stayed in in Japan. Very nice bed and pillows. Room size was small, but expected that with Tokyo. Massage chairs are surprisingly good. The hotel menu looked nice but expensive. Atmosphere and decor was nice. Staff were helpful and helped me send postcards.
The room was expensive and at the price I didn't feel like eating in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is close to train stations, but it's a few trains away from several attractions.
The staff is extremely supportive and warm. They try to fulfill all your expectations
The rooms were good, but a little too simple, and it is impossible to open the windows
Quiet and clean surroundings at the hotel. Nice service and lovely Japanese style room.
Unstable WiFi and wired Internet. It made me inconvenient to deal with the business on time.
The breakfast at this location was excellent, there was so much variety and it was all quite good. Omelettes were made to order and there were American and Japanese options available. Fruit section too, highly recommend.
I wish that there was an ATM in the hotel but there is a foreign currency exchange machine so that is convenient.
Everything was excellent, booked the hotel last minute and was well accomodated, breakfast was wonderful and diverse, staff was so polite and friendly and in general the area around the hotel is quite safe and close to Suidobashi station so it's very convenient for travelling around the area.
