Stuff was so nice bed was comfortable. Location is so convenient. Close to train station. restaurant is everywhere, 24 hours store is everywhere around hotel. But it was little bit busy area for my family with Little kids for night time :) Still, hight recommend hotel in Tokyo (center area)
Hard to find a place. If your not familiar to area.
I stayed in the Japanese premium room, and it is suitable for 7 of us. Because it has 8bed configuration. And also there is a massage chair waiting us in the room. It is so relaxing after have a tiring day .
There is only 1 bathroom in the Japanese premiumroom. So it takes quite long to take a bath turn for 7 people .
Great coffee in the room.
Restock water bottles daily. Provide after check-out luggages storage on the day service. Friendly staff.
It would be nice if spa and sauna were free.
The washer/dryer combo in the room along with free detergent packs at the front desk were a nice bonus feature that you won’t find in most hotel rooms in Tokyo. Traveling as a family of 5 for 9 days, it made the atmosphere feel more like home. We also appreciated that the daily maid services would do a complete cleaning of your room upon request. This included changing sheets, vacuuming and cleaning the bathroom. Also, great location with lots of restaurants/shops just outside the hotel.
