Very good location in the Eastern part of Toronto aka Chinatown. Street car / tram stations close by, paid parking also available on the same street. Quiet neighborhood so we had a very good sleep and nice instructions from the landlord since we did not have mobile data respectively did not see the email before arrival. Accommodation, kitchen and bath room was very clean. The Dream Catcher is located next door and in my opinion also operated by the same landlord - different colour theme and we received a free upgrade. Will totally try to stay there again when visiting Toronto. Thanks for having us ;-)
Mattress was too soft according my personal preference but soft beds seems to be the norm in North America as well as carpet in the room. As a European customer I am more used to hardwood or tiles in hotel / apartment / BnB rooms but again more my own opinion.
Thank you for everything and for the communication.
Everything well explained. Nice neighbourhood.
The room was to warm and couldn't be regulated except by opening the window.
The property was spotless. Management was very friendly and responsive. The location is great. We booked this properly last-minute and found it perfect as a simple place to sleep for a night. Kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook. Be aware that the bathrooms are shared, but we never had a problem waiting for the facilities. Overall great experience and would return / recommend.
The price was right.
I truly was unhappy that my room was 'cleaned' for a two-night stay; even the clothing in the closet was removed (and then loosely piled in a bit of a heap) for cleaning!! All of my things were moved. I felt I had no privacy. I felt I was strongly reminded that although I paid for the privacy of a room, I was an obtrusive guest in someone's home. The many rules are disinviting, evidently to help owners, but as a guest I did not feel entirely welcomed. The first time someone spoke to me was to ask me at what time I would be leaving (on a holiday morning)
