Cons. Quality of hotel is atrocious.
Pros. Beds were comfortable
Cons. Parking was $28 per night. Outrageous! Confusing booking thru Kayak. Tried to cancel one of the nights and it would have cost more to cancel one night than I paid for both. Lesson learned--never book a hotel thru kayak!
Pros. Location !! and Parking !!
Cons. The smell in the hallway carpet was horrible !!
Pros. Booked online through getaroom.com and when we got there the reservation was not there. Had to spend 40 minutes on the phone to get our reservation relocated! Staff was nice but the situation was overall horrible because it was New Year's Eve and they had no rooms available.
Cons. Variouse other tenants in ajacent rooms where quite loud during our stay.
Pros. The price seems to be near the best in the area
Cons. This hotel is fairly old, part of the bathrooms have been redone and the bed had clean new fresh linens, but other than that the hotel felt a little musty and the carpet was extremely dated.
Cons. Our room smelt a little musty....but we didn't spend too much of our time in the room. We did a lot of site seeing.
Pros. I like about studio room
Cons. Cost me for parking too much
Pros. Great location, nice big clean room, staff was amazingly helpful and kids and I enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room! It's nice you can swim until midnight!!
Cons. Couldn't get through to room service from 9:40 pm on and it room service stops at 10 so we preferred pizza out of the hotel!!!
Pros. My favorite part was the steam room.
Cons. The elevator was broken at the time but they were trying to fix it asap
