Cons (-) Had a room cleaned and the cleaners dumped out multiple ash trays or dirty water in out bathroom sinkand left it like that, not such a clean place to brush your teeth after that.

Pros (+) I like to cleanliness and comfort level of the bed. I also used the gym and it was relatively clean in there as well and that's about where it ends.
Cons (-) The first thing when we walked in the room you could tell it hadn't been vacuumed entirely and there was a white towel slightly stuck to the floor in the corner next to the couch. Next was the tiny pool in the middle of the entire hotel. It only received sun light for a few hours in the day so it was chilly to get in even on a warm 80+ summer day.
