Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel’s excellent location near the airport, making it very convenient for travelers. The service and staff friendliness were frequently highlighted as positives, as were the comfortable beds and overall cleanliness. Many appreciated the modern, efficient room design and amenities, though some found the high-tech controls less intuitive. Breakfast and on-site dining options were well received. A few guests noted small room sizes and beds positioned against the wall as minor drawbacks, but overall, the experience was positive.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The location was excellent, just a short walk to the CDG shuttle / Terminal 3. Great use of space in the small room, with really cool mood lighting and room controls. The bar/restaurant had a great selection of food/snacks/drinks. Also enjoyed the added benefit of desktop computers with printers available for free use.
Cons (-) Only 1 elevator out of 3 was working and with COVID limitations on the number of passengers per elevator, this was annoying. The bed only had a comforter and no top sheet so we had to keep the room much cooler than necessary to not be sweating.
Pros (+) Great experience in a very modern facility... something different than other hotels. Too bad I spend only one night!
Cons (-) Nothing!
Pros (+) I liked the location and the staff were very nice, breakfast was very expensive but good.
Cons (-) The room was not clean - there was splatter from the previous guests in the room, the shower had not been thoroughly cleaned, there was no hand soap in the room. The electronic drapes did not work either - this was a bit let down and I am expecting a partial refund for these issues.
Pros (+) Comfortable bed, easybpmcheck in and out
Cons (-) One person has to climb over the other to get in and out of bed. No bathmat, had to use one of our hand towels.
Pros (+) Close to the RER stop at CDG terminal 1, and easy access to all three CDG terminals. Rapid and easy automated check-in and check-out. Room was clean and well-appointed. The desk had three outlets in different voltages, as well as USB ports making charging devices and working easy. Bed was very comfortable, the blackout curtains shut out light effectively, and the room was quiet. Would have no hesi...
Cons (-) Meals were good, but expensive for the quality. Beaming media to the TV from the handheld pad is a nice touch, but it is difficult to figure out how to beam media to the TV while getting audio to headphones.

Pros (+) Clean room with comfortable beds. The tech gadgets in the room and the entertainment system were excellent
Cons (-) Service was just ok. There were a bunch of very young staff with variable level of service mentality. They market a 24/7 canteen which is nothing more than a refrigerator full of pre made food. There was a warm meal offered at dinner for 23 Euro which was essentially self serve cafeteria food. We tried to get a cocktsil nightcap and we're told there was no alcohol service after midnight despite th...

Pros (+) I was a honor member but did not have my members number on me at the time of check in but they gave me free WIFI on my word and came down with the information later that evening. I appreciate the honor service
Cons (-) Since I prepaid and I was not planning to use any other services, I did not appreciate not knowing at check-in that there was a city tax that was not in the prepaid payment. Even though the amount was only 5Euro, I should have been told this at check-in and better yet it should have been part of the prepaid amount which state that is was room charge and taxes. I had limited funds since I was comin...

Pros (+) Rooms setup good for the space and the iPad.
Cons (-) No snacks and limited food on the buffet along with price being too high for the food you received.
Pros (+) Very comfortable living room with easy access to outdoor patio. Perfect for our relaxing drinks
