Pros. Amazing location, great service, facilities were extremely well maintained.
Cons. The boot section of the ski valet was the only place where we had bad service. The guy there seemed to not care about his job, gave us other people’s boots (more than once), told us our boots weren’t there until we explained that we had seen them arrive 5 minutes earlier, then he bothered to look. Otherwise the service and staff went above and beyond, were really friendly, and made our stay great.
