Pros:Staff was great
Cons:Rental car was filthy inside and out.
Pros:Friendly and honest service
Cons:Weekend hours are short
Pros:the employee was super nice and efficient.
Cons:cost could've been lower
Pros:The car was comfortable and fit our needs.
Cons:It was a hassle to pick up the car outside the Reno airport. Had to spend money on a cab to get the car.
Pros:The overall rate was good.
Cons:I was surprised with a $1.25 daily fee and an additional 11.11% tax for picking the car up from a separate location away from the airport.

Pros:Staff was very efficient & personable. Car was ready when promised. I was in/out in about 5 mins. Enjoyed the car I rented; clean vacuumed. No issues.
Cons:Truckee Enterprise MAnager was awesome. I think his name was Phil. He was friendly, available, and simply awesome. Hertz next door has serious competition.
Pros:Very nice staff.
8.0 Very good
Pros:They instructed us to proceed to any Firestone Tire Center to address a leaking tire. Discovered the tire had a nail and was not repairable. A new tire was put on and we were back on the road. Firestone Tire Center took care of everything with no hassle or charges.
Cons:They would not pick up at the airport even though they state free pickup. Enterprise office that handled the booking was close to the airport but we had to walk to a hotel across a dangerous four lane highway (with luggage in tow) to meet up with the pickup driver. We are in our 70's....It was not an easy task.
Pros:Extremely efficient, professional, and friendly group of sharply dressed young men running the show at this office. A+ on all levels. Vehicle rental was handled very competently, free upgrade made when regular size pickup was not available, etc.
Pros:I was greeted by a very friendly customer service representative who took the time to explain the insurance policies, while also getting me prepped and ready to go for my road trip in no time. I was given a VW Beetle and it was in great shape and drove very smoothly.
Pros:I loved the car and renting the actual car was great.
Cons:The cost of the car at checkout was actually TWICE as much as Kayak stated. It went from $250 up to $450 and that's a huge junk that I was not expecting and couldn't afford. Nevertheless I was in a foreign city set to drive to another foreign city so I had I choice. This just makes me very hesitant to rent from a third party in the future. I check very closely to see if the companies provided shuttle service to the airport upon returning the car, Kayak stated it did, yet when I got there tjeu told me to get an Uber. Another unexpected cost & took extra time that I didn't have before catching a flight.
8.4 Very good
Cons:It was too far out-of-the-way from the Reno airport or any downtown facilities. Cost me $20 to get back to The city which basically negated any savings I may have had
Pros:The staff was friendly and helpful and the price of the car rental was 50% of what it would have been if I had rented it at the airport location.
Cons:I didn't like that the only way to get the 5 miles to the Reno rental car location from the airport was to take a taxi which cost $16 each direction. I wish that had been made clear to me when I rented the vehicle. Also, the wash bay was broken so the car exterior was very dirty which was unfortunate but understandable. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful and the vehicle was fine.
Cons:An employee in the Budget/Avis rental office at the Sears at Meadowood Mall in Reno called me less than 2 days before my trip to tell me that my reservation was canceled because they didn't have enough cars. She told me I was the 11th person she was calling and there were more on the list. I had reserved the SUV three weeks in advance at a rate of $391 for five days. I had to scramble last minute to get a new reservation (this was for Christmas weekend), and the best rate I could get (off site from the airport) was $548, an increase of $157. The manager at the off-site Enterprise where I ended up renting said that the Budget/Avis place at the mall canceled people on a regular basis. BUYER BEWARE - don't rent from the Budget/Avis office at Sears at Meadowod Mall in Reno!
Cons:The attendant down graded my car. She said there would be snow in California and tried to upsell me to an SUV. I told her I didn't need it. She fought with me then down graded me from a full size to a standard because it had front wheel drive. At one point she had the nerve to say, "Have you ever even been here before?" I'm pissed. I will be calling when I return from Brazil. Do I call you or Budget? I forgot to mention the car I was given was garbage. The engine would turn off when I stopped.

Cons:Pick up at Ritz Carlton is a long trek to business center, no way to really check out car with agent. Valet hands over keys for dirty car you didn't order and short on gas. Would have to go back to long distance agent to deal with concerns. Not recommended. Best to pick up at Truckee airport where you can talk to agent .and not have to tip valet for his help.
