Pros. After changing to 3 rooms everything went well, except that the carpet was dirty but not as the other 2 rooms
Cons. Carpet, shower, give me the king size that I requested
Pros. I liked the breakfast restaurant.
Cons. The 3am fire alarm was very aggravating. And both my keycards not working when returning to room and having to go back to the office was extra aggravating.
Pros. The breakfast was better than the usual continental buffet. The waitstaff were pleasant and efficient. Clean room. The air conditioning was remarkably quiet and worked well. Pool was nice.
Cons. The auto sensing light switch in the bathroom was a nuisance. Glaring light if you got up to use the bathroom in the night. Turned off while you took a shower.
Pros. Great breakfast, grounds are beautiful and well kept, helpful staff, nice pool area
Cons. The location and price of the hotel brought noisy and "shady" guests
Pros. This hotel is not only conveniently located, it is clean and com the rooms have been renovated smartly. And they offer free breakfast to order. We would certainly go back.
Pros. Although the bathroom is very small, we liked the walk-in shower with bars to hold on to. A handicapped room was not available, and this did fine for us.
Cons. The pillows are too small and uncomfortable. The bed was not as pillowy as in other BW's, but we had a good night's sleep. We could not figure out how to work the A/C, and there were no printed instructions anywhere in the room, so the room was warmer and stuffier than we like.
Pros. The room was okay. I had a room that did not have a forward facing window, so I felt much safer than I think I would have if my window faced the sidewalk. I liked that the shampoo, conditioner and soap was not in small bottles but in a dispenser on the wall. The breakfast was very nice.
Cons. Construction blocked entrance, no detour signs to get access, had to figure out how to get in the parking lot. There is no elevator, this is inconvenient for those traveling with large luggage or if someone has a hard time with stairs.
Pros. That it was near downtown.
Cons. First off we had no use of the pool which is an important part. The breakfast offered would be worth going and spending the extra money anywhere else. Server was just going through the motions not the nicest. The bed seemed like it was going to break. The carpet was wet. We had someone try to come in our room. The bar left a lot to be desired. It is just not when the hotel is portrayed to be.
Pros. Very nice place. Very good stay. Great staff. Will definitely return.
Pros. The staff was both pleasant and professional. When we did have an issue with our room air conditioner not cooling, we were moved a few rooms down to a new room. We had a noise complaint on the room next to ours, we notified the front desk...handled -- done.
Cons. While the facilities were nice, they were outdated. I think the Best Western Company should spend some of corporate's money on making the updates. I know the company would make its money back tenfold.
