Cons. For the price changed, I fetl this was more like an expenseve motel. Not what I expected.
Pros. It was what I expected for Hampton Inns.
Cons. Some of the staff were not at all friendly, especially at check in. Did not like the location.
Pros. We were having a rough Christmas and needed to get out of the house. So we stayed here and the wonderful front desk associate actually upgraded us to a suite at no charge! I don't think she realizes how much brighter she made our holidays!

Pros. Straight forward service, plenty of outlets in the room, the business center was perfect as I traveled light and didn't bring a computer with me. The staff was helpful. All in all it's a good home base for adventuring the city.
Cons. I was surprised by the fact the building cut my cellphone coverage down to one bar, once outside I had full coverage again. Another oddity, it seemed the hot and cold water on both the faucet and shower were opposite of what was shown. Other than that I have no other complaints.
