Pros (+) The grounds were great and well kept. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. The room was clean and the patio was nice. Room service was great and the food was good. The pool area was good but not totally clean and kept up

Pros (+) The facilities were obviously old and had not been up to date and repaired. There was no refrigerator and microwave. The TV was a fairly small tube type. The lavatory sinks were cracked. The room and surroundingsee needed cleaning, and the pavement was in desperate need of repair.

Cons (-) Getting to my room was a little difficult, considering 2 rolling pieces of luggage and a laptop bag. As was getting it to my car when I checked out. But I could have asked for help. The bedside light needed to be fixed and the minifridge shelves were damaged. Not a major gripe; but enough so that perfect was not applicable.
