Pros: The staff was really approachable and lovely, the room was big and clean, the location was really convenient and easy to find. The parking place is right at the corner of the building.
Cons: There was no wifi during our one night stay. It was a problem in the whole neighborhood with the network. Not at all the Hotels issue but it was a bit inconvenient for us. Alex was really apologetic and did his best to help us

Pros: The hotel is cute and in walking distance to the town center. The main lady is lovely and helpful. She was happy to answer all our questions and even walked with us to the laundry (which was super expensive, so don’t go there).

Cons: The shower is a bit hit and miss: either hot with terrible pressure or too cold with good pressure. Re Tunja: no need to stop here. The best part were the crepes at Mama Creppa.

Pros: The woman who owns the place is an angel. My wife was ill and the lady got my wife medicine, prepared special beverage and assisted in every way she could. She did our laundry for a small fee.

Pros: The staff, espcially Paola, are wonderful, super helpful and so sweet, kind and generous, as many Colombians are. The location across from the park, and just a ten minute walk from the plaza, was great. The attached café is sweet. My room was very quiet and adequate in size, while the bathroom was huge! This is a great place for 1-3 nights.

Cons: Since you don't have a key from the front door you need to ring but this seemed to be broken. We had to knock a few times and wait a little. Also they cleaned the room around 6 pm just when we got back from town, in the morning would be better.
