Pros: The beds were great
Cons: Our toilet leaked
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice pool and outdoor area for sitting and visiting.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I would highly recommend this hotel to people of all ages. We had a family suite that was roomy and clean and comfortable--a great value. The location of this hotel is superb. The staff is great. Nothing but good to say about this place!
5.5 Okay
Pros: Bed was very comfortable
Cons: The noise from the pool for the inside rooms was unacceptable. I had to have the TV on all night to drown out the noise so my daughter and I could rest for her softball tournament in the morning. The carpet in the room seemed to be filthy. Needs a professional cleaning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice pool, comfortable, very clean room
9.3 Excellent
Pros: 3rd time we have stayed there. Love it.
Cons: The location is nice but this time we stayed in the front section and I did not care for the traffic noise in the a.m., but I do know that I am sensitive to that since we live in the country. I would really appreciate a night light in the bathroom.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The view of Lake Michigan.
Cons: No continental breakfast offered. Wished the pool area opened earlier. Outdoor stairs had leaves and debris on them.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Nothing!!
Cons: Our room was in the back corner of the building....not even a window.....only a window with wooden bllinds that wouldn't open. Room was dark and had black spot on rug....not appealing!! Was not informed of this type of room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The place was great, clean, friendly staff, and the pool open until midnight was a great bonus. We booked at the last minute so we got a pool room, which was ok (less natural air though), but ask for a room with a view of the lake if they are available. Those looked pretty!

5.8 Okay
Pros: The hotel was right on the water and within walking distance of some restaurants which was nice. There’s a cute little area out back with lights and tables.
Cons: Despite being on the water, many rooms didn’t even have a view of the water. Our room didn’t even have a window. It had a glass sliding door that opened to the hallway! It was so weird and very loud/humid because it’s near the pool. The bar/restaurant isn’t open most days during the week, so don’t go thinking you can eat at the hotel. The breakfast didn’t have much to offer. The AC didn’t work very well either, which is awful if you’re in a room that has the sliding doors by the pool. The staff was not polite while checking us in either. Overall it was very disappointing.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: No shower curtain in bath room
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was beautiful
Cons: We requested a water view , because we were celebrating a year of health crisis, and they got back to us...so we got an end room with no view. Felt claustrophobic. We booked early in the week, and the lot seemed empty, so not sure why they couldn’t accommodate. Bathroom was very small.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Check in was great, we got in early and our room was ready.
Cons: After check in things went downhill. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. Didn’t have a shower curtain, asked for one, which was brought but we had to put it up. Flies were coming from the overflow drain of the sink, had to stuff Kleenex in to stop them. Kleenex box cover was rusty, bathroom door frame was rusty, grout was coming off from bathroom floor, carpets were dirty and the hallway had a smell. Pool side, there were never any towels.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Door would not lock- was told it was a fire regulation- really?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Storage for our bikes inside on a rainy night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, Excellent location and facility.
Cons: breakfast
6.3 Good
Pros: Location and free parking
Cons: Old and tired Bathroom size of a shoe box Aircon and fridge noisy Can’t open the window

Pros: Location
Cons: No microwave in room. Closed pool.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nothing I liked. Stayed here before and it was ALOT better. I had booked two rooms online, get there and have only 1 room. Ended up putting the otherroom nowhere near the first one. One on first floor and one on third. Was not Happy. The breakfast sucks. Consisted of make your own waffles, muffins from Sam's and bagels and cream cheese. Cold cereal or oatmeal.
Cons: Breakfast was awful. Bring back the hot food. Messed up my booking of two rooms.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location. Facilities. Submarine
Cons: Room smelled smoked in
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable & so was the chair

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Basic breakfast and met our needs.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean and comfortable room
Cons: No complaints a few loud bangs from doors opening and closing in the morning but that’s inconsiderate guests but hotel’s fault.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly service
Cons: The weather
5.8 Okay
Pros: The bed was semi comfortable. Located next to plenty of close restaurants.
Cons: The tv channels kept going out with no signal and the WI-FI is hit or miss. When I asked about the tv channels going out I was told they thought it was the weather but it was sunny outside and they are checking into their provider contract. Then I asked about the WI-FI not connecting and again I was told that other guests had to come up and walk around the lobby to connect to the WI-FI. This place would be alright for a quick nights sleep but that’s it. The room smelled musty, but that could have just been from the air conditioner running.

6.8 Good
Pros: Coffee and water any time you want it.
Cons: Staff leaves front desk often and you have to fend for yourself. Smelt like dog pee in the lobby.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Overall the hotel was a good value for the money. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, but also yoghurt and cereals.
Cons: The building and our room was clean, but it looked like it could use some maintenance. Paint on our doors was scuffed, the windows were hard to open, the main entry door was slightly off the hinges and did not really close all the way.
7.0 Good
Pros: You can't beat the location. Close proximity to Fork and Knife restaurant - Go there for breakfast. It was great! The hotel was clean and quiet.
Cons: I wish the t.v was a little bigger. An opportunity for extended check-out would be great.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable, and plenty of pillows.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The outside of the hotel was unassuming. Once we entered our rooms, we were pleasantly surprised at the size and condition of the rooms. Everything was clean and comfy. I was in town to help my sister move to Minneapolis and being able to return to a comfortable room after a day of packing and loading a truck made it much easier to relax and recover. Breakfast was great and unlike other hotels, it was fresh and plentiful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I've stayed at other hotels in the Manitowoc area and I have to say this was the best room at the best price.
Cons: The only thing I did notice was the hall ways were a bit musty, but it did not carry over into the room. And I could hear the foot-steps of the people above me. But you generally can in any hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed
Cons: Bath tub floor looked dirty from ground in dirt. Breakfast was terrible.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and presentable. Easy route to the hospital
Cons: Nothing I didn't like. Would definitely stay there again
1.0 Poor
Pros: I really liked the location. Was close to a lot of restaurants, a movie theater and a Walmart. Can't complain about the location at all.
Cons: My hotel room was extremely moist as if there was mold in the room. It caused everything to be extremely damp. Left for 2 hours and came back to my clothes being damp. Didn't sleep well at all, and itched like no other. Talked to the owner and nothing.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helped us with directions to the walking path out to the lighthouse and places to eat.
Cons: The breakfast was just so-so. It needed staffed better and out of several items on the breakfast table. The hotel is old and needs updates. It smelled liked they overused deodorizers like they were hiding some bad smells. The outside looked worn down.
