10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked that the staff was very nice and professionally as my fiance and I walked in and took the time to show us to our entrance after we parked
Cons: I have no negative comments it was a great place
5.7 Okay
Pros: The Bistro
Cons: We had problems with the plumbing. The bathroom sink gurgled all night long and made a gross mess in the sink the next day. The hotel staff didn't seem to care too much.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Breakfast ham, egg, & cheese croissant.
Cons: Check-in person (yes only 1 person) was clueless. She would ask the questions but would not hear what you were saying nor did she listen to herself. There was no acknowledging that I was a Gold member. I had requested a room on the top floor. She called housekeeping (at 3:30pm) and they had nothing available. No offer if I would like to wait but gave me a 4th floor room. I asked for an upgrade (Gold member), "Nope, not available". Took 2 phone calls during my check-in and dealt with them totally before finishing with me. I ended up in a dark room with a 1/2 a window for 2 nights. 1 hour later I get a phone call, "How is everything?" I said "Eh, its OK". She says "OK great! Have a nice day!" I could have said "I have a cabbage on my head." and I'm sure her response would be exactly the same. She called again 10 minutes later and asked the same thing. I said "It is still just OK and you already called me." She said, "Oh, OK, Have a nice day." Again, asking the right questions, doing what the manual says to do, but totally oblivious to what is going on around her and could not care less. The room was old and smelled like feet. I saw quite a few people walk in the office to work but I don't think any of them realize that they are in the hospitality business. The cafe was typical and decent but are you kidding with the drink prices? $15 for a glass Franciscan Cab or Clos du Bois Merlot? The bottle doesn't cost that much. Too bad not a lot of choices in this area. May just have to drive further next time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were really clean the bed was comfortable
Cons: I was traveling with a service animal and the woman at the desk asked what type of disability I had which isn't something they are supposed to be able to ask

4.8 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: Hotel smelled! Especially the lobby and hallways. B. O. While the room was clean, the hallways and carpeting very worn. Rooms need soundproofing. Able to hear neighbors conversations quite clearly. Outside needed freshening too. Especially landscape. Would not return.
5.1 Okay
Pros: For the most part the room was clean
Cons: There was a lot of construction being done on the property. It was not noted when we booked the room.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place was so convenient and was beyond my expectations
Cons: Wish we could have stayed more nights. Now I know for the future
5.1 Okay
Pros: Close location to amusement park. We didn't go, but if you were planning to, this would be convenient,
Cons: Yep, there was a roach in the room. I only saw one, but that's kind of enough, right?
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: I had a reservation for a 2 bed room that was previously paid for and then the costumer service rep charged me more than I what I had previously paid for. The carpets in the lobby and hallway where disgustingly gross. The room was good and clean but there was a used condom on the side of the toilet Wichita one of my kids pointed out. The pool and hot tub where extremely dirty as well but we where provided with really fresh towels. The continental breakfast was one of the worse i have ever experienced because the eggs made my kid sick, and all the cookware being used was dirty. The eating area was a mess and nobody was cleaning it. It was noisy, which is expected but I rate that best Western a generous 1 out of 5 stars. Usually when I travel for work I would rate the chain of best Western a 4 out of 5. Maybe the management in charge needs to be changed.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Close to six flags
Cons: No refrigerator, no microwave, but booked with it, even Called 5 days before to make sure there is refrigerator, staff confirmed there's refrigerator & microwave. No comforter on top of bed, got cold at the middle of the night. Bed not comfortable.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The location to sixflags
Cons: The beds and pillows are vary uncomfortable so I could not get a good night's sleep. The breakfast Hall was way too small but the eggs were excellent.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great value! Nice hot tub and pool! Very clean. Nice breakfast and good coffee!
Cons: Everything was fine!
7.6 Good
Pros: Most everything. Only had breakfast one day, but it was more than continental--scrambled eggs, waffles... nice.
Cons: The room was clean, but the couch cushions were rather stained, as was the carpet in the hallways. Coffee was very weak.

4.8 Okay
Pros: The rate was low and they claimed to be a 3 star hotel
Cons: The main complaint I have about our stay is that the shower only had luke warm water with a shower head that was at a height for a child. I am 5'3 and it was barely tall enough for me to fit under. The water never got warmer than tepid and there was no pressure. The TV cable was run through the wall like it had been spliced several times to go to each of the rooms and the signal was grainy because of it. This hotel should be a 1 1/2 to 2 star rating at best.
2.6 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Location is right next to the free way we got the worst rooms of the place. Roach infested, dirty, smelly , the side closer to the free way. I hated it. We stayed for two nights. When we arrived, at about midnight, there were 3 cops just hanging out patrolling the place, and bolted security was a female. This place looked to ghetto for me. We all woke up got ready went to sixflags all day and when we got back one of my 4 rooms wreaked like weed. Not a single one of us smoke. Then the guy at the FD tried to accuse us of smoking in the room when we were gone all day, this place is horrible every room had a roach. DO NOT STAY HERE!
2.6 Mediocre
Pros: It was better than sleeping in my car because I could shower and us a toilette.
Cons: The front desk staff. When we checked in the robotic like staff at the front desk said the computer was down and didn't have our reservation information. Even after I showed him the email confirmation for $52 he insisted that since he didn't have his system up and it was the weekend the rate was $70. This place wasn't even worth $50! We said no thanks and were about to leave when he said he'd honor the price we reserved it at. How frustrating when I went to the trouble to book this in advance and I have to argue how reservations work to someone who's in the lodging industry. The room is an old run down room recently painted and maybe recarpeted. Same old furniture and smell. We literally just needed a place to sleep for 8 hrs and a shower but I won't be doing this again.
2.2 Mediocre
Pros: Despite the official no refund policy, the manager did give us back almost all of our money, when we decided not to stay.
Cons: Everything was filthy: the door, walls, carpet with many many stains, nightstand. The tub surface was peeling away. The room smelled terrible. The cover, sheets, blanket and pillowcases were all stained. The image on the TV looked very grainy.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: I guess it's been updated since a few of these other reviews as it looked like the brightly painted walls were recent, the flat screen TV still had the plastic on it, and there were tile floors so no nasty old carpet to be grossed out about. Also there was fridge, freezer, AND microwave albeit no coffee but I brought some since there was forewarning. All in all I was actually pleasantly surprised, I'd go so far as to say I'd stay again if I was back in Vallejo for whatever reason and would recommend it to others.
Cons: It was slightly hard to find bcs we drove in at night and not only are they tucked back off an odd intersection the sign isn't very brightly lit but once we knew where it was it was fine. The location actually ended up being nice bcs there was no noise from the freeway or road traffic. The walls are very thin, could hear the neighbors conversations and TV but then lots of motels I've stayed in are like that. Was more annoyed that the neighbors had people over at 3am than at the motel for having thin walls.

Pros: Cheap cost, nice staff, and close to BottleRock
Cons: Not clean, carpets were filthy! Beds were uncomfortable. You could hear the cars on the freeway all night, things shook in the room whenever a big truck passed by. The area is a little shady...but it was the cheapest room we found at last minute that was close to Napa for BottleRock.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: it was friendly and clean
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were clean, very convenient location right next to stores and the freeway. Will love to stay here again whenever I am in the Vallejo area.
5.1 Okay
Pros: Room was okay, breakfast was decent. Easy access to freeway because it is literally located at the end of an offramp.
Cons: Biggest complaint is the road noise in the room due to the fact that the hotel is sandwiched between a highway & very busy street, which kept me up all of one night. Tried another room on the opposite side but it wasn't any better. It is located in a not-so-desirable part of town and other tenants were loud, fighting and the constant aroma of Marijuana lingered in the stairway and hall. Not a place to take the kids. The one elevator was broken so we had to haul our luggage up the stairs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything was absalutly perfect!

Cons: Everything was good with my stay I will be returning
5.7 Okay
Pros: Cheap little place with a nifty architectural style.
Cons: The WiFi blows. Really slow and always disconnecting. No other hotels are this bad. Luckily I wasn't there often.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: It'd an old building with a new face. My daughter and I stayed here before a cheerleading competition and it was great. Our beds were very comfortable and the room was nice. We would definitely stay here again.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The rooms were OK, especially for the price, compared to places closer to San Francisco. All in all, I would stay here again, the accommodations are acceptable
Cons: A little skimpy on the staffing. It's cold and raining but they want me to come down to the front office for extra bath towels?? The tv is small for a room with 2 Queen beds, and the manager screwed up my check in. He accidently placed a hold on my credit card for the full amount of the stay when it was already prepaid. Granted it was 3am when we checked in ...
8.0 Excellent

Pros: There was nothing nice about this place!
Cons: My reservations were not honored due to the site not having a contract with the new owners. Place is run down, and service was rude and useless.

Cons: When we got there they told us they don't honor online reservations. The place is incredibly run down and from my initial assessment seems dangerous. For your safety please avoid staying here and book alternate accommodations.

Pros: The website
Cons: The staff was rude but that's only the beginning! The room's are absolutely disgusting & out of date. The carpet smelled like a wet dog park & the bathroom ceiling had cob web's on it. My Husband & I immediately complained to the extra rude front desk clerk then checked out.. Needless to say we stayed at Motel 6 which was less expensive & 100% nicer.
