Cons: Check-in person (yes only 1 person) was clueless. She would ask the questions but would not hear what you were saying nor did she listen to herself. There was no acknowledging that I was a Gold member. I had requested a room on the top floor. She called housekeeping (at 3:30pm) and they had nothing available. No offer if I would like to wait but gave me a 4th floor room. I asked for an upgrade (Gold member), "Nope, not available". Took 2 phone calls during my check-in and dealt with them totally before finishing with me. I ended up in a dark room with a 1/2 a window for 2 nights. 1 hour later I get a phone call, "How is everything?" I said "Eh, its OK". She says "OK great! Have a nice day!" I could have said "I have a cabbage on my head." and I'm sure her response would be exactly the same. She called again 10 minutes later and asked the same thing. I said "It is still just OK and you already called me." She said, "Oh, OK, Have a nice day." Again, asking the right questions, doing what the manual says to do, but totally oblivious to what is going on around her and could not care less. The room was old and smelled like feet. I saw quite a few people walk in the office to work but I don't think any of them realize that they are in the hospitality business. The cafe was typical and decent but are you kidding with the drink prices? $15 for a glass Franciscan Cab or Clos du Bois Merlot? The bottle doesn't cost that much. Too bad not a lot of choices in this area. May just have to drive further next time.
Pros: I liked that the staff was very nice and professionally as my fiance and I walked in and took the time to show us to our entrance after we parked
Cons: I have no negative comments it was a great place
Pros: The rooms were really clean the bed was comfortable
Cons: I was traveling with a service animal and the woman at the desk asked what type of disability I had which isn't something they are supposed to be able to ask
Pros: The Bistro
Cons: We had problems with the plumbing. The bathroom sink gurgled all night long and made a gross mess in the sink the next day. The hotel staff didn't seem to care too much.

Also minutes away from the well renowned Jelly Belly Factory and Anheuser Busch Tours.
Pros: Close location to amusement park. We didn't go, but if you were planning to, this would be convenient,
Cons: Yep, there was a roach in the room. I only saw one, but that's kind of enough, right?
Pros: This place was so convenient and was beyond my expectations
Cons: Wish we could have stayed more nights. Now I know for the future
Pros: The location to sixflags
Cons: The beds and pillows are vary uncomfortable so I could not get a good night's sleep. The breakfast Hall was way too small but the eggs were excellent.
Pros: Close to six flags
Cons: No refrigerator, no microwave, but booked with it, even Called 5 days before to make sure there is refrigerator, staff confirmed there's refrigerator & microwave. No comforter on top of bed, got cold at the middle of the night. Bed not comfortable.
Pros: Most everything. Only had breakfast one day, but it was more than continental--scrambled eggs, waffles... nice.
Cons: The room was clean, but the couch cushions were rather stained, as was the carpet in the hallways.
Coffee was very weak.
Cons: I had a reservation for a 2 bed room that was previously paid for and then the costumer service rep charged me more than I what I had previously paid for. The carpets in the lobby and hallway where disgustingly gross. The room was good and clean but there was a used condom on the side of the toilet Wichita one of my kids pointed out. The pool and hot tub where extremely dirty as well but we where provided with really fresh towels. The continental breakfast was one of the worse i have ever experienced because the eggs made my kid sick, and all the cookware being used was dirty. The eating area was a mess and nobody was cleaning it. It was noisy, which is expected but I rate that best Western a generous 1 out of 5 stars. Usually when I travel for work I would rate the chain of best Western a 4 out of 5. Maybe the management in charge needs to be changed.
Pros: Great value! Nice hot tub and pool! Very clean. Nice breakfast and good coffee!
Cons: Everything was fine!
Located in the entertainment district, Best Western Inn & Suites At Discovery Kingdom is a great choice for a stay in Vallejo. Guests can get a morning swim in at the outdoor pool, and the spa tub makes for a relaxing end to the day. Rooms offer up nice touches like iPod docks and comfy beds with premium linens.
Pros: Cheap cost, nice staff, and close to BottleRock
Cons: Not clean, carpets were filthy! Beds were uncomfortable. You could hear the cars on the freeway all night, things shook in the room whenever a big truck passed by. The area is a little shady...but it was the cheapest room we found at last minute that was close to Napa for BottleRock.
Express Inn is a great choice for a stay in Vallejo. Guests will have free perks like WiFi, self parking, and wired Internet. Rooms feature bonuses like refrigerators and microwaves.
Cons: There was a lot of construction being done on the property. It was not noted when we booked the room.
Pros: Staff was friendly.
Cons: Hotel smelled! Especially the lobby and hallways. B. O. While the room was clean, the hallways and carpeting very worn. Rooms need soundproofing. Able to hear neighbors conversations quite clearly. Outside needed freshening too. Especially landscape. Would not return.

Pros: I guess it's been updated since a few of these other reviews as it looked like the brightly painted walls were recent, the flat screen TV still had the plastic on it, and there were tile floors so no nasty old carpet to be grossed out about. Also there was fridge, freezer, AND microwave albeit no coffee but I brought some since there was forewarning.
All in all I was actually pleasantly surprised, I'd go so far as to say I'd stay again if I was back in Vallejo for whatever reason and would recommend it to others.
Cons: It was slightly hard to find bcs we drove in at night and not only are they tucked back off an odd intersection the sign isn't very brightly lit but once we knew where it was it was fine. The location actually ended up being nice bcs there was no noise from the freeway or road traffic.
The walls are very thin, could hear the neighbors conversations and TV but then lots of motels I've stayed in are like that. Was more annoyed that the neighbors had people over at 3am than at the motel for having thin walls.

Pros: Receptionist was attentive to noise complaint.
Cons: No coffee in rooms, free coffee and pastries are in office, which is locked unless receptionist answers doorbell. I tried at 7, 7:30 and 7:45 to get coffee but no one answered.

Pros: The rooms were clean, very convenient location right next to stores and the freeway. Will love to stay here again whenever I am in the Vallejo area.
Pros: everything was absalutly perfect!
Pros: Room was okay, breakfast was decent. Easy access to freeway because it is literally located at the end of an offramp.
Cons: Biggest complaint is the road noise in the room due to the fact that the hotel is sandwiched between a highway & very busy street, which kept me up all of one night. Tried another room on the opposite side but it wasn't any better. It is located in a not-so-desirable part of town and other tenants were loud, fighting and the constant aroma of Marijuana lingered in the stairway and hall. Not a place to take the kids. The one elevator was broken so we had to haul our luggage up the stairs.
Pros: it was friendly and clean
The newly renovated Super 8 Vallejo/Napa Valley is located directly off Interstate 80 and Highway 37. Located minutes away from Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, Solano County Fairgrounds, Kaiser Permanente, California Maritime Academy, Touro University, Infineon raceway, Mare Island and gateway to the world renowned Napa Valley Wine Country and its beautiful wineries, Sonoma, and a scenic ferry ride across the Bay to San Francisco, Pier 39/Fisherman Wharf. There are a number of shops and a variety of restaurants located in the surrounding area of Napa Valley CA hotel.
Pros: Despite the official no refund policy, the manager did give us back almost all of our money, when we decided not to stay.
Cons: Everything was filthy: the door, walls, carpet with many many stains, nightstand. The tub surface was peeling away. The room smelled terrible.
The cover, sheets, blanket and pillowcases were all stained.
The image on the TV looked very grainy.
Pros: The rate was low and they claimed to be a 3 star hotel
Cons: The main complaint I have about our stay is that the shower only had luke warm water with a shower head that was at a height for a child. I am 5'3 and it was barely tall enough for me to fit under. The water never got warmer than tepid and there was no pressure. The TV cable was run through the wall like it had been spliced several times to go to each of the rooms and the signal was grainy because of it. This hotel should be a 1 1/2 to 2 star rating at best.
Cons: Location is right next to the free way we got the worst rooms of the place. Roach infested, dirty, smelly , the side closer to the free way. I hated it. We stayed for two nights. When we arrived, at about midnight, there were 3 cops just hanging out patrolling the place, and bolted security was a female. This place looked to ghetto for me. We all woke up got ready went to sixflags all day and when we got back one of my 4 rooms wreaked like weed. Not a single one of us smoke. Then the guy at the FD tried to accuse us of smoking in the room when we were gone all day, this place is horrible every room had a roach. DO NOT STAY HERE!
Pros: It was better than sleeping in my car because I could shower and us a toilette.
Cons: The front desk staff. When we checked in the robotic like staff at the front desk said the computer was down and didn't have our reservation information. Even after I showed him the email confirmation for $52 he insisted that since he didn't have his system up and it was the weekend the rate was $70. This place wasn't even worth $50! We said no thanks and were about to leave when he said he'd honor the price we reserved it at. How frustrating when I went to the trouble to book this in advance and I have to argue how reservations work to someone who's in the lodging industry. The room is an old run down room recently painted and maybe recarpeted. Same old furniture and smell. We literally just needed a place to sleep for 8 hrs and a shower but I won't be doing this again.
When visiting Vallejo, Motel 7 is a great choice to consider. Guests will have free perks like WiFi and self parking. Rooms offer flat-screen TVs and microwaves.
Cons: Impossible to connect to wifi from room
Could hear the highway all night
Elevator smelled like cigarette smoke
Breakfast was minimal
Pros: The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean and well decorated. The continental breakfast was pretty good.
Cons: Not enough towels
Pros: It'd an old building with a new face. My daughter and I stayed here before a cheerleading competition and it was great. Our beds were very comfortable and the room was nice. We would definitely stay here again.
Pros: Cheap little place with a nifty architectural style.
Cons: The WiFi blows. Really slow and always disconnecting. No other hotels are this bad. Luckily I wasn't there often.
Cons: the proximity to the highway.
Pros: The staff is always helpful and very accommodating whenever there's a problem
Cons: Everything was good with my stay I will be returning
Pros: The rooms were OK, especially for the price, compared to places closer to San Francisco. All in all, I would stay here again, the accommodations are acceptable
Cons: A little skimpy on the staffing. It's cold and raining but they want me to come down to the front office for extra bath towels?? The tv is small for a room with 2 Queen beds, and the manager screwed up my check in. He accidently placed a hold on my credit card for the full amount of the stay when it was already prepaid. Granted it was 3am when we checked in ...

Pros: How close it was to the park. How friendly the staff and manager was.
Cons: That when we checked in to the room, there was only 3 towels and no soap or shampoo in the room.
Motel 6 Vallejo - Six Flags West is located within walking distance to area restaurants. Shopping and Amusement Parks are nearby. Californias wineries and vineyards are within 8 miles. Wi-Fi is available in all of our modern guest rooms for a fee.
Cons: Go over charged once I checked in. The room was very hideous hideous. The shower towels were the size of hand towels.
Pros: Good value, friendly staff, comfortable
Cons: made a reservation but they didn't have a room with 2 beds when i arrived
Pros: Short walk to Six Flags
Cons: Dirty sheets, cochroaches in room.
Cons: Asked for s non smoking room at 10:30 am came back at 8, had to move multiple people around to get us non smoking . My husband and 2 year old have chronic asthma this is why it is a necessity. When I got to room it was clearly a smoking room. Immediately went to check out and employee says "well we try to keep it non smoking, but doesn't always happen" they gave me refund however had to travel 30 minutes away for another hotel! Not a safe area either.
Pros: Nothing!!!!! to be so close to Six Flaggs Vallejo, it sucks rooms are smelly and dirty. My room was ready had to wait over 30minutes, overall don't want to stay again!!!
Cons: 1st my room was not ready, after I stopped at 10:30am and told the lady on the front office I was heading to six flaggs, I would be back at 3pm. "She said yes at 3pm" it was not ready.
2nd room was disgusting and smelled really bad.
3rd no toilet paper and when I ask at 5pm she said room not ready???
Really suck, I regret booking this hotel I felt bad for my son because it was his birthday.
Cons: Really didn't feel too safe here.. Make friends with the night security guard to have a second set of eyes on your car. Sketchy neighborhood!
Motel 6 Vallejo - Six Flags East/Fairgrounds is within walking distance to dining and shops. Play golf or go to the fairgrounds only 0.5 mile. California's vineyards and wineries are within 8 miles. Wi-Fi is available in all modern rooms for a fee.
Cons: The room was very small and lacked basic amenities like an iron and blow dryer. We booked the hotel because it had a pool but we're shocked to find it was filed with dirt. Hotel staff said they filled in the pool last month.
Cons: Description said there was an outdoor pool, there was not. Not a great place to take your family, felt unsafe.
Pros: Clean and comfy
Pros: When we first got to our room, the very first thing was the light/fan in the bathroom screamed! at us. We called the front desk. After the light warmed up it stopped. Then the toilet was backed up they had to give us a plunger! I don't think the floor
Cons: has ever been moped! The fan vent was thick with dust and cobwebs. Our friends that stayed in another room had to go to the front desk because their shower head broke in their hands when they went to use it. The staff was very nice.
Pros: The price was good for our budget.
Cons: I'm bummed that they decided to close the pool forever, we've always enjoyed being able to use it on previous trips. We also found 4 cockroaches and the words on the ac were rubbed off so it was kinda hard to know how to get it to work. Plus it leaked
Pros: Close to my location of traveled purpose
Cons: Car was damaged
Pros: Easy to find.
Cons: Nothing like photos. Grass is dead, pool is dirty, no lounge chairs. Room smelled like cat pee. Dog barking all night.
Pros: Clean, big, nicely decorated
Cons: only serve coffee in morning
Pros: I really liked the location, it was easy on/off the freeway. The motel had great customer service!! ;)
Cons: The mattress was too firm which made the bed very uncomfortable.
Pros: The water pressure of the shower
Cons: Didn't like the lumpy bed old blanket and quilt, the room smelled smoky even though it said it was non smoking; when I got home my clothes smelt like smoke. The room was out dated and in need of a great remodel.
Pros: I noticed the middle of remodeling and so far it looks good ¿¿
Cons: I visit quite often and this was not a very good stay because first the air conditioner wasn't working then the toilet didn't work and there was continuous noise out side our room yelling and doors slamming all nite long.
Motel 6 Vallejo - Maritime North CA is located near area restaurants and shopping. Joe Mortara Golf Course is within 4 miles and Six Flags Discovery Kingdom is 6 miles. Free Wi-Fi is available in all modern rooms.
Cons: My reservations were not honored due to the site not having a contract with the new owners. Place is run down, and service was rude and useless.
Cons: When we got there they told us they don't honor online reservations. The place is incredibly run down and from my initial assessment seems dangerous. For your safety please avoid staying here and book alternate accommodations.
A great choice for a stay in Vallejo, Travel Inn Vallejo features an airport shuttle. Free perks include WiFi and self parking. Rooms feature kitchenettes and patios.
Cons: My room was dirty, beyond filthy! The blankets and sheets were dirty, lights didn't work in room, bathtub was nasty I've stay here before but only stayed in the suites and now I know to never get a. standard room here again there outdated and they need to fire all there maids and hire new ones immediately!
Pros: The website
Cons: The staff was rude but that's only the beginning!
The room's are absolutely disgusting & out of date. The carpet smelled like a wet dog park & the bathroom ceiling had cob web's on it.
My Husband & I immediately complained to the extra rude front desk clerk then checked out.. Needless to say we stayed at Motel 6 which was less expensive & 100% nicer.
Pros: For them to take that stupid 200 dollar deposit policy or say it in advance
Cons: I found a tampon in the floor
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons: Bring your own pillow! They need to update the pillows
Pros: Location is good. Shower worked. Sheets looked clean.
Cons: Room furnishings were old and tattered. Stains all over the floor. Outside grounds were run down. Grassy areas were just dirt.
Pros: The location was nice close to everything...
Cons: Rooms were dirty, nothing is updated... I will never stay there again...
Pros: The floor plan was nice. The staff were real friendly.
Cons: The shower counld not hold a temperature. It was scaulding hot one second and ice cold another. It changed temperature throughout the whole shower. Making it difficult to enjoy.
Cons: Kayak suck, I got a better deal at the hotel rather than this website, real disappointed.

Cons: This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Saying it is dirty and run down is an understatement. For starters, upon check in we were told the lock on our room was broken and could not be opened from the outside, meaning someone had to remain in the room at all times or else we would have to call maintenance to open it. When asking for a different room we were told it was the only one (we had a reservation, not a walk in!). Upon entering the room (that was propped open) it reaked of smoke although it was supposed to be a non smoking room. Nothing was clean. Dirty towels under bed, sticky bathroom floor, very stained carpet, blood on curtains, long black hair in bed, smoke detector hanging by wires from ceiling, dirty toilet, black mold in shower, lamps would turn on and off, ac/heater broken and unusable, spiderwebs, holes in wall. All bad. Only reason we stayed is my daughter was there for a dance competition and everything in the area was booked. Please do not stay here. It was dirty and in an unsafe area.
Cons: This hotel was disgusting. Stained bedding, dirty, nonsmoking room very much smoked in. I've never checked into a hotel only to turn around 5 minutes later and check out... But we did here.
Pros: Pool was nice along with woman at front desk.
Cons: Room looked nothing like it did in photos. Very old television with no remote. Room smelled like an old apartment. Beds were somewhat uncomfortable. Carpet was stained and dirty. Furniture including tv stand and desks were dirty and had old food and candy wrappers on it. Bathroom was very out of date with a loose toilet seat. Location of the room was on the outer side facing a grocery mart in a "ghetto" area. Overall was very disappointed by room compared to photos on website.
Cons: Never been so frightened. Ghetto. Sent us to 3 rooms, 1 under construction, 1 pot den, 1 even filthier than the others. Absolutely disgusting.
Cons: My bed sank in the middle so that we rolled into each other all night. There was mold in the shower, wallpaper was falling off the walls and the refrigerator was broken and made a whining noise all night.
Cons: The security guard and maintanance guy beat up a homeless child. When confronted and forced to stop i was told they were going to burn me alive in my room and damage my vehicle. These empoyees still work here because they bully management and are too afraid to do anything about it!
Pros: Nothing it was horrible!!!
Cons: This place is so run down and dirty!! Our sheets had drops of blood and were dirty. When we called for new sheets, a security guard brought them. The floor wasn't even vaccumed. It was so disgusting. Had to spray the room down with disinfectant because every other nice hotel was booked that night and we had no choice but to stay!! NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!
Pros: It was close to six flags discovery kingdom.
Cons: The toilet wouldn't flush unless you took the top off and manually pulled the cord to flush it.. the bathroom sink wouldn't drain, there were stains all over on the counter tops, there were carvings of someone's initials in the table. And the room smelled. We left for the day to come back to our bed made and our stuff scattered. We left early for another hotel and wouldn't come back.
Cons: The room was infested by roaches
Pros: 100% times more than expect. Staff was great friendly and helpful. Room was perfect very nice and clean. House size bathroom which is was gorgeous.Pool needed some good cleaning and a new clean ice machine. Overval worth the price and more. Will definitely come back and stay here next time
Cons: The hotel was so dirty. mold all over the shower and the tub was black. The sheets seemed like they hadn't been washed in days. we found hair in the sheets from like 3 different people. It was so disgusting that we had to move to another hotel for the rest of the trip.
