Comfortable bed, nice pillows, and and outlet that I can plug in to. Sink faucet hooked up backwards. Not enough hot water for morning shower.
Room was clean, staff was friendly and eager to make my stay as good as possible
Kind staff and price. None

It was easy to check in and out. The wifi was easy and strong. The break wasn't bad for being free. The rooms were really cleab.
Not the absolute cheapest option but well worth the few extra dollars compared to the bottom of the barrel. Beds, room, pool, furnishings, common area and breakfast were way above the other cheap hotels in the area for just $6 more per night. Not really. It's not the Ritz but it doesn't have to be. The only thing I would change would be slightly bigger tvs and as mentioned by other guests the water does take a bit to get hot in the shower. I'll be staying here again next business trip.
It was very clean. The shower was very nice for a cheap hotel. As a guy over 6' tall it is rare that older hotels have nice shower heads, which are set high enough in the wall for me to not have to shower on my knees. Super firm beds. Smells like smoke.
Staff very helpful. Swimming pool +
Good Breakfast, clean room
Basic room. A warm bed and bathroom and TV at a reasonable price and close to my destination. Had to run a lot of water before it got hot. Almost gave up on taking a shower!
The bed was comfortable, and the tiled bathroom shower/tub was luxurious - worthy of 3-star lodging. It looked like the caulking in the bathroom was DIY by amateurs. In fact, the decorating seemed to have been done "in a hurry" (labels were still on the lamp shades & the wood frame support for the bed was left unpainted). The floor plan was poorly used with a huge armoire which crowded the front of the room while a large vacant area was underutilized in the back around the old-style air conditioner. A luggage rack and clothes rack would have been handy back there. Worse, there were no easily accessible outlets around the room with the only marginal exception being a power strip which already had all of the outlets used but one. Finally, the Continental Breakfast was rather minimal.
Nice motel for the money Internet didn't work
The place screams "independent" in almost all the best ways. While minor maintenance issues were apparent, the place was well-cared for, and the staff was very attentive. The bed and coverings were fantastic, the furniture was solid and homelike. The exterior is significantly less inviting than the interior.
Updated rooms were quite a step up from the regular bargain priced motel. Great value for the money.
