Pros:
The 'physical' aspects of the rental (car, cleanliness, price etc) were perfect.Cons:
Beware if you're a woman, especially a foreigner. I booked a 5-door car and they tried to give me a 3-door: in the Copenhagen location the office is on the ground floor, and they send you to the basement parking alone to get your car. Once I realized they had given me a 3-door I went back up to ask for a change. The person serving me, Mr Ryan said 'no, you booked that category' 'we don't have any', when I pushed he said 'ok but you have to wait 30 minutes for us to clean a car' and then finally when I insisted and showed my booking on a my phone (of a 5-door car) they 'miraculously' had a 5-door car ready for me... When I returned the car 3 days later, they were doing the SAME to another foreign woman! Maybe they do this to everyone; either way, it left a sour taste in my mouth.4.4 Mediocre

Pros:
The staff was extremely helpful, and very friendly. It seems like they did everything they could to help us get into an available car that they had.Cons:
I had rented a large seven person van through the kayak website, unfortunately they did not have a large seven passenger van. We had to cram every piece of luggage that we had into a five person station wagon. It was a bit tight. I don’t know if I blame kayak, or the Hertz rental place.8.0 Very good

Cons:
Never received my e-mail receipt for the rental as promised. They couldn't issue one at the counter when the car was returned. I did have them go to the car, review check it out for any issues which they did and and got a clean bill on the returned car. I had them sign the agreement stating so....but still no e-mail of final bill.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
I booked my rental for the correct day, wrong month. Pre-paid through Kayak. They laughed with us and said not to worry about it - they had a car and it was fine. Didn't charge us a thing, gave us great driving advice (red always means stop, for example) and gave us a discounted way to cross bridges. And the car was new, clean, and fun to drive.Cons:

Cons:
We signed up for a deal through KAYAK that specified a certain price and that there is unlimited milage included. After the booking confirmation we got a call from Avis saying the deal is not possible and brought up different terms and conditions that we agreed on.8.0 Very good

The Audi A4 nav system was a bit too complex and the engine shut off feature is annoying in traffic. The one problem was we were not provided proper paperwork such as insurance, so it was fortunate that the car did not impounded as Belgium is very strict on this.4.0 Mediocre
