Pleasant Reception Staff and Restaurant No heating when temperature had dropped, No computer station, No pay per view on offer. Hotel situated where no sun all day. Balcony useless.

Not much... The staff were helpful, the air-conditioning worked, and the bike hire was reasonable. The breakfast was dreadful, even the coffee was mediocre - in Italy! The hotel tried to charge us for this breakfast even though it was included in the tariff. The furniture was lumpy, old and uncomfortable, the bed in the bedroom was ridiculously hard - so both my husband and I had sore necks & backs, and the whole atmosphere was very daggy.

Good staffs and a clean room. Slippers are helpful.

The staff where excellent the food and service fatastic The gps took me to a concrete wall and underpass that was late at night and raining may be better to give more directions but stakk provided support and help

Location (quiet), hotel staff, cleanliness of our room, private parking area. No free internet.

Efficient service, very clean, adequate comfort, very good choice at breakfast in nice airy dining room. Good location if you don;t mind walking a bit , quiet at night. Hotel seemed to attract considerate guests. Definately good value for money just don't use the mini bar.

Nice staff and they were very helpful. The Breakfast was good compared to most Italian hotel breakfasts,actually my wife stated that the croissants were the best she had ever had. Sky channels were a plus and a 10 minute walk to the leaning tower. The shuttle for 10 Euro is actually a good bargain versus a taxi to/from the airport. Easy to take a bus for 1 Euro to the train station to Florence and the train is 12 Euro from Pisa to Florence round trip. We had a nice trip. The beds were very hard. We were not impressed with their dinner menu and would recommend eating dinner outside of the hotel compared to other places we have visited. Not much around the hotel and the little market shop around the corner closes fairly early, so buy what you need early.

Great location. Bel epoque hotel, ie. old fashioned but good location right opposite beach, market, shops & restaurants. Clean & friendly staff.

It's a comfortable hotel with good location and hospitable staff for family holiday.

The location was good right on the promenade. The hotel rooms were very tired and small. The bathroom was also small and in need of updating. The cleaning of the rooms was not up to standard with debris from day one remaining on the floor for our whole stay.

Location was excellent, the room was very pleasant. room as advertised stated the was a balcony & sea view, there was no balcony and only a side sea view. breakfast could have been a bit more varied. Building work going on outside the hotel from 0800hrs. repairs ongoing adjacent to our room causing noise disturbance.

I liked that the room had a nice view of the sea. The room I had with two single beds was not decorated in the modern style advertised on the website.
