Location, facilities, staff, atmosphere Nothing
Very nice clean hotel. Lovely rooms. Relaxing pool and gym. Everything anyone would want! Bar & Restaurant very expensive
a nice htel but rather expensive. no bath.
Swimming pool and views from pool area
Very good personnel Too high pices for the drinks
We had a beautiful suite, which we were upgraded to as I am handicapped and use a wheelchair. It was a wonderful suprise and very thoughtful of the staff. We had a beautiful view out of our oceanfront suite and a large balcony to sit out at. The bathroom was amazing. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable - they even had a "pillow menu" to pick the type of pillow you like best. While in the bar it was very difficult to get someone to take our order, and then come back to see if we needed another drink.
The hotel's rooftop restaurant provided me with my most memorable meal from the trip. All around the facilities, outside of the room, are top-notch. The rooms could use a bit of an update, especially the bathroom.
Location Small room
the warm staff and the good environment.
Service in the restaurant was pleasant but very slow.
A fine example of a grand hotel. Great position. Great architecture.Professional staff Lift very slow.
SPA facilities are poor. Personnel speak Italian only
Pool minibar prices
The location was perfect and our room was amazing. Loved this hotel and would go back. Not really everything was fine.
Large comfortable room. Helpful staff.
I liked that the room had a nice view of the sea. The room I had with two single beds was not decorated in the modern style advertised on the website.
Great location, big clean room, very friendly staff. I recommend to have dinner in the hotel restaurant instead of going to one of the restaurants on the street. The menu is changing daily and the food is really good. I would appreciate having free internet acceess as far as the room is not cheap.
Single rooms a bit too small. Beatuful wiew from hotel terrace. Price a bit high considering low season. Garage far too expensive.
Location was excellent, the room was very pleasant. room as advertised stated the was a balcony & sea view, there was no balcony and only a side sea view. breakfast could have been a bit more varied. Building work going on outside the hotel from 0800hrs. repairs ongoing adjacent to our room causing noise disturbance.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, great proximity to train station and airport! 0
The wellcome of the personnel & the parking facilities. The location. The cold water as hot water was not hot ..!!!
I stayed for business so the location was great that it was in front of the train station. Mini-bar was really expensive and you need to pay for internet. The hotel would be even better if these prices can be cheaper.
the room is very clean& the staff are very good welling to help all the time the reataurant doesn't offer much varity of food, but the hotel is good
nice rooms, clean, friendly and professional staff no
I liked the fact that it is value for money, breakfast was excellent and it was right infront of the train station. the water was sometimes a little bit cold
The room was very clean and had good air conditioning, and the room was very quiet and comfortable.
Location (for the station), very good breakfast - especially the pastries! Slow desk service
central location, breakfast ok, service ok aircondition at the room was out of order
The housekeeping was very good with rooms made up quickly and efficiently.Housekeeping and restaurant staff were very helpful I felt reception could have been more friendly
Very Good location to see the local sites
The hotel is of a very high standard in terms of design, comfort and guest services. It is very conveniently located very close to both the airport, main train station and city center. The breakfast is extensive with many items of gourmet quality. The staff are friendly and professional and I highly recommend this hotel in Pisa.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff - we asked about places to eat and were directed to a superb pizzeria around the corner No.
Attractive decor - reception/help
Good location. Good value for the money. Don't bother with the breakfast if it is not included in your reservation. It is not worth the price.
The location of the hotel was very good, we were near the main train station and the restaurants and bars. The room was functional for our needs. The hotel advertised a shuttle bus to the airport however none exists, this was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. The receptionist was quite rude on check when we asked about the shuttle service.
Convenient to the railway station, shopping centre and main attractions.
The location was good. Walking distance from everything important. Nothing, was pleased with service.
This is a good hotel if you want something in a great location with no frills. Very simple, clean and nothing special. The breakfast was a lot better than I thought it would be. Rooms were simple, small and clean. The bathroom was nice and good sized.
From the greeting at the front desk to the cleanliness of our room everything was excellent
Not too far away from all the sights, pleasant and helpful staff and extremely clean rooms, very good breakfast buffet. No evening dining room.
central location, good room rate no view - room 305 looked onto an enclosed air well/vent but the rate was a good one so not too bothered
I liked the friendliness of the staff as well as the central location and value for money. Nothing!
Good staffs and a clean room. Slippers are helpful.
The staff were excellent: helpful and friendly. The room was fabulous.
Staff, cleaning, nice rooms breakfeast buffet was poorly and not good, food in roomservice not high standard...
Not much... The staff were helpful, the air-conditioning worked, and the bike hire was reasonable. The breakfast was dreadful, even the coffee was mediocre - in Italy! The hotel tried to charge us for this breakfast even though it was included in the tariff. The furniture was lumpy, old and uncomfortable, the bed in the bedroom was ridiculously hard - so both my husband and I had sore necks & backs, and the whole atmosphere was very daggy.
the location was very good for a beach holiday I was disappointed with the lack of internet access, the lack of a swimming pool (for a 4* hotel and the somewhat dated design and layout of the room we were allocated with poor view and light in the seating area.
Pleasant Reception Staff and Restaurant No heating when temperature had dropped, No computer station, No pay per view on offer. Hotel situated where no sun all day. Balcony useless.
The staff were very pleasent, and the location good we found the beds very hard, and the air-condition did not work in our room
Versatility of accommodation
Viareggio is a beautiful spot. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean and comfortable, the breakfasts were good and the location was central. We loved it!
the staff were excellent. very friendly and helpful. the rooms were comfortable and clean. All in all a great experience! Can't fault it at all
Location is excellent and room facing sea with balcony is definitely recommended. Staff very helpful. Good choice of continental breakfasts. Pool shut in October. Room service not avalaible on some nights.
Nice hotel, nice loaction No cuisine
The location was great and the reception area and lounges very good The beds were very uncomfortable
Only checked in at ten pm but breakfast was good
The location and general atmosphere of the Hotel and Viareggio
Nice swimming pool, close to the sea, next to the best ice cream in town, good breakfast
A very pleasant hotel overlooking the beach and within easy reach of the Airport,Pisa,Lucca and Florence. nothing
The staff were very helpful at all times. The location was perfect. The hotel itself was very atmospheric, well laid out. Swimming pool was excellent.
Poor breakfast, staff not too user friendly ... did not seem to consider that we were the customer, with their lack of flexibilty on certain issues.
Great location right on the main beach road. The roof top terrace was great for sunset and night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Palace Hotel is past its prime and could use a good renovation, but what they do have is clean and spacious. The rooms in the front are noisy until well past midnight and have little noise insulation. Even a set of heavy curtains would have been a help.
As always the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable. The roof terrace is a real bonus. Good choice at breakfast.
Location (just in front of the sea). Staff. Early 1900's style. N/A
The front desk staff were extremely helpful and nice, and my room (a junior suite) was gorgeous.
Great location. Bel epoque hotel, ie. old fashioned but good location right opposite beach, market, shops & restaurants. Clean & friendly staff.
Great location. Very polite and helpful staff. Attractive old fashioned decor. Terrace overlooking sea & promenade an added bonus. Very limited dinner Menu. Unexciting food. Restaurant seating arrangement uncomfortable. Breakfast could be better.
close to beach ;sun roof with bar; attentive, obliging staff speaking v. good english, high charges for baby cot and beach facilities; parking near hotel impossible for a saturday or sunday arrival with no alternatives provided by hotel.
We had a room overlooking the sea and it had an excellent outlook. The bed was also large and very comfortable. The roofgarden is also excellent both for lounging during the day and a late drink. The bathroom was very tight with a shower holder over the bath and no shower curtain. The only english channel on the TV that I could find was CNN.
view from the roof terrace and ability to sit there during the day hotel has very few facilities for guests. charges to use thier beach club and swimming pool.
Location to the beach front
Staff Dust in the room, sticky spots on the floor on the balcony, cheap furniture. The restaurant we were advised was awful. It name was Da Stefano.
The location was good right on the promenade. The hotel rooms were very tired and small. The bathroom was also small and in need of updating. The cleaning of the rooms was not up to standard with debris from day one remaining on the floor for our whole stay.
location, comfort of hotel and helpful staff
Pleasant, very helpful staff. Good breakfast served from 7:30 to 1130 Difficuly to get servce (tea, coffee, beer) before 5pm
Staff were particularly friendly, great views
The location was excellent, just across the road from the beach and lovely promenade. I recommend that people take advantage of booking their sun bed/shade through the staff on reception as there is a big saving of 9 euros per day! The room was was lovely and clean. The breakfast was fantastic and offered everything from bacon, eggs and smoke salmon to cereals, fruit, pastries, cheese and ham etc.
Excellent reception staff, buffet breakfast was superb- huge choice. very clean and friendly, great location to beach and restaurants no
Very good & qualificated staff, especually Marchello. Not the all towels were changed every day
The staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. Very well positioned
It's a comfortable hotel with good location and hospitable staff for family holiday.
Staff very helpful and convenient to Tower and railway station via a short can ride.
Air conditioning was nice. Good location. Friendly staff. The WiFi was terrible. Bad coffee for breakfast.
The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was ideally located for sightseeing, with just a short walk to the Leaning Tower.
Nice staff and they were very helpful. The Breakfast was good compared to most Italian hotel breakfasts, actually my wife stated that the croissants were the best she had ever had. Sky channels were a plus and a 10 minute walk to the leaning tower. The shuttle for 10 Euro is actually a good bargain versus a taxi to/from the airport. Easy to take a bus for 1 Euro to the train station to Florence and the train is 12 Euro from Pisa to Florence round trip. We had a nice trip. The beds were very hard. We were not impressed with their dinner menu and would recommend eating dinner outside of the hotel compared to other places we have visited. Not much around the hotel and the little market shop around the corner closes fairly early, so buy what you need early.
Very relaxed, friendly staff, will recomed to our friends in the UK.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean and offered modern facilities Service in dining room was rather slow with a rather surly head waiter
The staff where excellent the food and service fatastic The gps took me to a concrete wall and underpass that was late at night and raining may be better to give more directions but stakk provided support and help
Location (quiet), hotel staff, cleanliness of our room, private parking area. No free internet.
Efficient service, very clean, adequate comfort, very good choice at breakfast in nice airy dining room. Good location if you don;t mind walking a bit , quiet at night. Hotel seemed to attract considerate guests. Definately good value for money just don't use the mini bar.
Great Breakfast, free parking at the hotel and close enough to walk to Pisa Tower Bed was *very* hard compared to the other dozen or so hotels we stayed in while in Italy
Most staff were friendly and spoke good English
The location is quiet, close to the leaning tower of Pisa. If you want to stay in the hotel and relax for a extended vacation, this is the hotel you should choose. There is no iron in the room which is quite unexpected for a 4 star hotel. They have iron in a common place but the location is not convenient. If you want to extend your stay , you should inform them earlier. The staff don't seem to be interested to extend 1 night after 10 nights stay.
The staff was professional and friendly. It was my friend's birthday and they put a cake in her room - unexpected and a very nice gesture. We also asked for restaurant recommendations and were given 2 great choices. We had rooms facing the front of the hotel and the noise level was a bit inconvenient during the evenings. Room is a little sparse, however very clean.
Fine location and near beach. Good restaurants near by. On the prominade No pool and to go to the beach across the street, there was a charge. Beach towels were also an extra charge.
Hotel is so close to "everything". Lunch in the terrace restaurant was wonderful.
Just in the middle of the town excellent! Nice staff Thank you
The quality of the lunches and dinners in the hotel was of a very high standard.
Very friendly and helpful staff Evening dinner in the Hotel was too contrived and the actual food served lacked imagination
The river location and view One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was the outdoor swimming pool, however the pool was closed!
The view from the hotel restaurant is wonderful and bthe breakfast is very pleasant. Comfort rooms are expensive and in need of some decoration there was a very old TV in the room which stopped working.
Conveniently located. Two things - the air conditioning was shut down. We were told this was an air conditioned hotel, which is one of the reasons we selected it. They shut the air off for the season, but it was still needed - mostly because our room overlooked the main street, which was very noisy in the evenings. It was also warm enough to require air conditioning.
Chose hotel as close to Torre del lago Puccinni festival. Perfect. Two nights of Opera, swimming in the sea. Beautiful restaurant on top floor. A/C and good beds if rooms a bit small but very good for Italian hotels. Loads of new clean linen and super reception desk staff. Parking biggest Prb. Parking a bit difficult on summer weekends even at 1 am!
It is a modern desing hotel (probably too modern for my taste). it is not an outstanding hotel but for the purpose to stay 1 night in Pisa was ok. The floor seemed dirty however it is part of the design(?). There is not much to do around the hotel.
cleanliness of our room!
Fantastic Hotel, Staff great, very helpful and friendly. Although new all were striving to deliver a first class service and this was achieved Nothing
The room and the breakfast. The location, better for who is by car.
location ,breakfast, room ,staff all were decent and friendly bar & mini bar prices were extortionate. the evening meals were very fancy. would have prefered plain and simple food choice.would stay again but for no more than a couple of nights.
Excellent top quality luxury modern hotel minutes from the airport and easy access to pisa central by bus is only 10 minutes.
Excellent breakfast buffet. Outdoor patio area. Groovy neon lighting at night. A unique well excecuted design. Great service from the staff.
Everything excellent! The only slight problem was the lack of instructions to use all the technology!
Stile, little rooms, parkingplace We had to wait rediculous long for being served in the restaurant.A better breakfast-box when you have to leave the hotel early in the morning.NB.The given emailadress firstname.lastname@example.org doesn't work!!!
it is a new built hotel and quite funky with super modern decoration not many choices for vegeterian food, lack of english channels on t.v. there was only one channel:CNN. no coffee/tea/kettle available in the rooms
Very friendly and helpful staff. Very efficiently run.
Cheap Breakfast not served until 7.45 a.m. and coffee was not available in the lobby from 6.30 a.m. as indicated in the welcome pack
The owners of this establishment were extremely helpful and would go out of their way to make sure our needs were met. In addition, the breakfast buffet was spectacular. The shower units was not adequately partitioned from the rest of the bathroom leading to flooding after each shower.
Very helpful, friendly staff, clean room. No
Grea location for the money No parking for guests
Liked everything about the hotel, would definitely stay there agai
location,breakfast,friendly owners,free internet small room,no balcony,
Family run, helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere. Room very clean, comfortable & in good location for beach. Pleasant breakfast buffet. Quite alot of noise unfortunately from noisy guests in hotel opposite but not Hotel Tirrenia's fault
Very clean and superb breakfast. Good location - short walk to beach and 1km from railway station. Friendly staff - nothing too much trouble. Room a bit small but we did book a budget room.
The hotel owners were a major benefit of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome, gave lots of uselful advise about the area and travelling around, even lent us a map when we went to Florence for the day.You would not get that with a Holiday Inn! Great location near to beach but tucked down a side street so not to noisy. Also handy for bus station, trains etc.Clean and well cared for .We'd love to go back again in the summer but if anyone fancies a differnt winter break the carnival of Viareggio will really take some beating and is highly recommended. I'd read about floats 3 or 4 storeys high but seeing it for myself was amazing. Also note I have only just turned 50 so 'mature couple' is a bit deceptive. I still like a bit of fun and Viareggio had plenty of great bars, Pizzeria and Trattoria for good nights out nothing
AC, price was decent, the proximity to the beach the fact that the safety deposit box is not in the room, and you have to have a key for it. Its better if its in the room and you can just push buttons to program a code into it so you do not have to worry about losing the key.
everything was perfect nothing
Good breakfast People could easily enter room when i opened windows
It is convenient for the beach and transport links and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. They dont have an iron and ironing board for guestsdto use and as we travel with linen clothes we had to go out extremely creased in the evening.
Perfect location right beside the beach, rooms were clean and spacious. Staff helpful & good choice for breakfast
pleasant and efficiently run hotel, good breakfast, close to the beach We asked for a room with a view of the sea. Unfortunately the front of the hotel is on a very busy dual carriageway and there is only single-glazing, so not good. Also the room was hot but apparently as it was low season, the air-con gets switched off.
convient location clean friendly staff being near the road very noisy at night would request an inner room
Cleanliness and comfort at the hotel were highly commendable and the friendly staff were very accommodating and extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast offered a wide choice of quality produce. An additional attraction is the garden roof terrace with comfortable sunloungers.
Very nice hotel. There is clean and comfortable, good located. Thank you very much to staff!
Very good!!! All was perfect!
Location, breakfast and friendliness of the staff, also very clean. Rooms were a bit dated.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, close to sea.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. It had a very good breakfast. Overall, it was a top-end 3-star hotel. Its location is very close to the main bus station from where there are busses to Forte dei Marmi, Pisa, Lucca and Florence (be aware that you cannot buy tickets on the bus but from the ticket counters at the bus stations or newspaper stands, tobacco stores, etc.). For cheap and good to-go pizza you can go to Pizzeria Ruccanella at the entrance of Bagno Italia (hotel residents get cheaper rates there) right across the hotel where they sell pizza by the kilo. There is a popular street market in Forte dei Marmi on Wednesdays. The park on the west-side offers plenty of entertainment for kids, bike rentals; shaded, good for walking. This was nothing bad about the hotel but Viareggio seems to have a mosquito problem.
The hotel is opposite the beach. The staff were really helpful.
Nice hotel , perfect location, very helpful stuff.
The location. The room was too small.
Friendly, well kept, staff attentive but not overly so None
I needed the hotel for a business trip. The location was good for me for this purpose. Wireless internet is free and very good. No everthing was fine for my purpose.
Good location. That is all. There is no parking place at a weekend, even if you are ready to pay.No matter I made a reservation 3 months before, finally I got 2 rooms in different floors for my family.
The desk staff were efficient, helpful, and had good English. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a good range of foods. The Marchionni has a relationship with Guido's bagno/beach club so that the hire of chairs, umbrellas is at a reduced price. Our room was at the back of the hotel and was very, very quiet. Thankfully, the room had air-conditioning and a safety deposit box, both included in the room price. The bed was comfortable. We loved the old, period feature of a cage-style lift that we had only seen in films before our visit! Unfortunately, the bathroom was small and badly designed. Getting to the toilet necessitated a squeeze and a shimmy past the too-large sink!It was impossible to regulate the temperature of the water in the shower. The furniture was of very poor quality. There was some sort of ugly, back porch which was really just a place to dry towels and swimsuits. (The barbed wire on the hand rail was there to deter pigeons rather than cat burglars!) Really the saving grace of the room was the high ceiling. Furthermore, this hotel is at the far end of the promenade from the centre of things. It's a 20/25 minute walk to the market, port and bus station; 35 minutes to the train station. Taxis are ridiculously expensive - 10 euro for a short journey.
For my opinion, for this hotel is no place in hotels list of bookingcom I traveld with bookingcom so much, but there are no worst hotel than this one
This Hotel makes Motel 6 look like the Ritz.
Nothing! - Prebooked and paid for superior room but it had been taken by another more recent booking. Staff gave a take it or leave it attitude and only after complaint did they give a paltry 15 euro discount.
The position of the hotel is very convenient and is towards the quieter part of the town. The parking is good and right outsibe the hotel. The breakfast is above average with a good selection. The reception staff were very helpful. And some rooms have balconies
Very good location - near the beach and shops.
The area Not having bar for 3 nights the night porter was at fault we think the dinning room had a cold aphmesphere some music ?? maybe. And the plastic cups were a bit cheap looking in bathroom.it would also benifit from carpet on hallways
Location Rooms were Old, did not have double rooms which were ordered, air con did not work. Night porter could not produce reciept for the bill
Cleanliness, situation of hotel & friendly staff Only that being out of season restaurant not open
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The outside breakfast area is welcomed. Not having a safe in your own room was concerning. The system of having valuables at the desk in a communal safe is not secure enough.
Friendly and helpful staff. No everything was fine
Owner very happy and helpful , she extended breakfast time every day for us , with a smile
Good location for the resorts beaches and restaurants. The sneaky feeling that Brits are a bit of a rarity here. I've no desire to be surrounded by my fellow country men whilst abroad but when I spoke English - when my Italian was not up to scatch - it definitely raised eyebrows!
convenience for beach and town No view from room. Room rather small
The staff were very helpfull and No security facilities for your passports etc. Money and valuables have to be handed over to the managers and they look after them, This we believe is not acceptable as money and valuables could go missing from your wallets whilst in there hands,as there is no way of proving anything .
Rooms are small but correct. We had a room on the backsinde which was very calm. Breakfast was correct. Maybe a little bit too expensive for the comfort offered. Excellent location.
Clean room with fantastic air conditioner. Great shower and water pressure. Would've liked some direction in order to find a place to sit on the beach that wasn't 'private' or that allowed us to pay to sit. All places refused entry.
The staff did everything they could to assist us and the breakfast was excellent. no
Supportive staff. The price was too high for a room too small.
Hotel absolutely fine - and suited our needs and expectations. Two points would be: the top cover on the bed clearly wasn't changed with each new guest which I found very off putting. Secondly, the 'breakfast' was extremely poor - hardly worth getting out of bed for.
central location, sundeck on roof breakfast was a bit limited, particularly after 10 am
the location, excellent breakfasts, rooftop terrace facilities we would have welcomed an introduction to the facilities upon our arrival
This was a basic, no frills, no amenities hotel. It was clean and functional, but no more. I thought it was not deserving of its three star rating.
Hotel was in a prime position, we all had rooms over looking the sea, and all had air con which was a god send as weather was so hot.we would use this hotel again.
Very friendly staff. One of them provided a great recommendation for nearby shops, which worked well for me.
The staff were excellent in helping us with information to make other aspects (not relating to the accommodation) easy and full. They also accommodated 3 single ladies in one room comfortably which is not always possible or convenient and looked after us well with towels etc. I would have liked a wider range of cereal with breakfast. That is minor but all I can think of.
Convenient location near to beach. Informal atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice roof terrace. Rooms recently refurbished reasonably sized and in good order. Breakfast was pretty basic.
continental breakfasts were excellant, good choice, good quality. Hotel very clean. Staff very helpful particularly when checking in and having to leave at very early in the morning Roof top sun terrace description a little misleading. Not very big.
All the staff were excellent, even though the rooms were tiny, they were extremely clean. Teh restaurant was excellent and they served one of the best continental breakfasts in Italy... The rooms were a bit stark - adding a few pitures and-or paintings in the rooms would make it more desirable. They could also promote some of the activities in the surrounding areas a bit more.
The staff was very helpful and hospitable. THe breakfast was always delicious, it was laid on the terrace on the roof with a perfect view of the mountains, the town and the sea. The hotel is very neat. The room service is excellent.
Everything was great, had a lovely meal in the restaurant with a great waiter called Lorenzo, very nice, extremely helpful young man. Extremely close to the shops. We stayed in the 3 bedroom with a trundle bed and all the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel. Lift was a little slow at times
The buffet breakfast was good. The water was not hot in the bathroom, making it difficult to have a shower or bath. The shower area is very small.
Excellent location and buffet breakfast. Helpful staff. Good value with off-season rates. Very clean. Basic room with no frills.
Outstanding personalized service from the family run hotel. The location was perfect near the beach and Promenade.
The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Quiet family run hotel The single room I stayed in was very small.
Close location to the beach, good discount at the beach site, fantastic breakfast with great rooftop view. Room a little small.
The staff were very helpful and the location is excellent as its around the corner from the Tower and Duomo etc. The lack of a working air conditioner! This was a major inconveience in the torrid heat of a July night. We arrived late (around 1a.m.) and by the time it was apparent that the all the airconditioner could do was make lots of noise it was too late to get the matter resolved. As we were only staying for one night I cannot say if they fixed it in time for the next occupants.
The hotel is in perfect location very close to the leaning tower of Pisa. Lorenzo the front desk receptionist was very helpful & has excellent rapport. The rooftop restaurant has a excellent view of the dome & leaning tower & sunset but was not impressed with the waiters & has a limited selection of dishes.
The room was elegant, excellent Restaurant services in evenings could be improved to the same level as the rest of the hotel.
Location very close to the leaning tower of Pisa, the barman was an absolute star, like a favourite grandad, you want to take him home!!! We were given a fairly poor room off a corridor behind the bar.....We didnt really pay very much so cant complain,I think there was a conference going on so maybe they got the best rooms....Anyway it was quiet(for Italy)!!!Shower was extremely poor and small(more water on the floor than anywhere else)..
the hotel was perfectly located for the square, it is a lovely hotel, yes it maybe old fashioned but thats what gives it its character, we were very happy with it.
Very high standard of accommodation in a most convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent.
Excellent location- 2 minute walk to the Tower of Pisa and easy reach to shops. Staff are extremely helpful. Highly recommended.
The location is unbeatable. From the rooftop you have an outstanding view of the Tower. The hotel is on the older side. Many of the rooms just need to updated and renovated.
location and service
I especially liked the location and got a great view of The Leaning Tower of Pisa from our room which is within a three minute walk.
Fantastic location if you want to be close to the main monuments in Pisa. Bed's were very hard.
Its location and the proximity to major sights in Pisa. The hotel offered reasonable facilities for the price charged Poor information on how to access the hotel by car. For a first time visitor to Pisa the need for authorization to access the city center is no obvious and the hotel could have given advanced assistance by providing suitable information. The breakfast room staff seemed to consider serving was a favour provided to guests rather than a paid for service!
