Excellent staff. Great internet connection. Large, comfortable room. Free cookies, breakfast In-room fridge and micro. Busy neighborhood, but view of wooded lot was lovely. Room was quiet.

Hallway floors sounded hollow. Heavy walkers sounded like drummers.

The staff was very helpful. Only 2 floors so elevator service is quick. Nice size rooms. Very close to Eastview Mall and lots of resturants.

Lots of families (pretty much made breakfast difficult and noisey). Unfortunately, there isn't a traffic light to help getting out onto Rt 96.

The room was clean and updated. The staff was extremely attentive and pleasant which made for a comfortable stay.

Each time I left my room, the key card needed to be reprogrammed.

The room price was reasonable. One problem with booked room was resolved.

The rooms were not as reserved. Problem with getting the rooms that were booked. Price of the rooms pain for were not the ones that were booked. Room wi-fi was unreliable and/or not working.

The suite was very layed out and I was not expecting it to be as big as it was. I was beyond stoked when i opened the room door and saw how beautiful the room was. Definitely got my money's worth. Just wish I I would've booked it a few weeks earlier so I could've gotten it for cheaper.

Pool was having issues

We spent the day in Rochester and did not know the area well, we were on our way to the Finger Lakes. We liked Victor and Homewood Suites and would have booked for 2 nights if we had known there was so much to do in the area.

Close to everything. Highway, work site, restaurants, shopping, etc.

The room fit my needs perfectly, it was clean, neat and comfortable. The gentleman at the desk was extremely polite and very accommodating - I would absolutely return!

Great restaurant; very quiet

There was a clean room with a bed and a bathroom and a TV. That was all I needed. That's pretty much all you get. It was fine for just a night and very inexpensive. If I were using the room for more than sleeping while passing through town, it would be too small with too few facilities. But it was just fine for passing through. The staff was very friendly. There was free WIFI.

The room felt humid and smelled a bit musty. There was free breakfast, but as someone with food allergies, I couldn't eat any of it because it was only bagels and cereal. The walls are pretty thin. You can hear what everyone else is doing.

It was clean, in a good location for our needs, and the staff was very friendly.

Continental breakfast was extremely poor. Small, plastic wrapped stale danish and coffee was very disappointing.

We have stayed there before, knew what to expect, and expectations were met.

I'd love to see a fitness room added.

The beds were pretty comfortable and overall it was a nice room. Affordable and conveinent, would stay again.

Overall the room was pretty clean except my daughter found a used condom wrapper on the floor by her bed. Wasn't too impressed with this.

It was quiet for the most part

The floors ruined mine as well as my kids socks. They were black from the floors being so dirty,the location of the ice machine was inconvienent, no fridge or coffee pot. Pet hair on the small rug between beds. The blankets were uncomfortable. Had to find someone for more towels.

My only complaint is the primer smell in the renovation. I had to sleep,with window open and we had headaches. We should have been informed of this before booking as we are somewhat sensitive to chemicals, also I mentioned this at checkout. ?

We were visiting in the area and I wanted to do some bike riding on the Erie Canal Path. This hotel is right on the path, the parking lot in the back opens directly onto the trail. Everything else is as you would expect from a high-end hotel.

The room seemed a little chilly and it wasn't really that cold out. There was cold air leaking in through the power outlet on the outside wall which I think is the cause. I'm sure it could be fixed up with a little insulating.

I thougth it would be newer looking inside and it had a really small lobby and eating area.

The hot tub.

There was a bad odor, sort of like the carpets were shampooed but then weren't dried properly, so it was musty. Also the indoor pool wasn't operational and another guest claimed that they were there 3 months ago and it was also out of commission then.

We liked the helpfulness of the host. She was very familiar with the area and provided great information about restaurants in the area.

Staff was pretty good.

Pulled back sheets to find hairs and bed bugs. Completely unacceptable. Cancelled and went somewhere else.

It was close to where I needed to be.

Beds were terrible. Pillows were terrible. The only reason we get a hotel is just to sleep. I don't care that the bathroom was small, or that the TV was small; but the beds were absolutely horrible. One was rock hard and squeeked with every movement, the other was way bouncy, no support. I hardly ever post reviews, but this stay called for a Warning to others. Glad we only stayed a single night.

The odor or smell in the hallways and in the room. It's like a pot smell or musty smell. Hallway floors were dirty. Lights are very dim in the hallways not really bright. Some people were weird they stay there, fishy people so to speak.

Noise from the loud couple in the next room, talking loudly. Electrical outlets and hair dryer were loose and needed repair.

About 2 hours after making the reservation we received a call that the hotel had overbooked!! There was only one room available which was a handicap accessible. Went ahead with this but not happy with the change. The price stayed the same!!! This was a 50 anniversary getaway!!!

No amenities, terrible value for the price we paid. It is an old strip motel given the Budget Inn name. They are updating but everything is small.
