Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Many reviews highlighted the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms, with several guests appreciating the historic charm and comfortable beds. While some guests found the service professional and friendly, others experienced less welcoming or inattentive staff, particularly at the front desk. A recurring negative was the lack of in-room amenities such as coffee machines, kettles, and irons, which some felt did not match the hotel's otherwise high standards. Despite minor issues with amenities and occasional noise, most guests enjoyed their stay and would recommend the hotel for its prime location and comfortable accommodations.AI-Generated from customer reviews
