Brilliant helpful staff. Clean and well cared for. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.
Poor swimming pool. Also even though there was information on reception desk about shuttle service it did not stand out enough so we realised days after spending 8 euros each way on a taxi that the hotel provided this service! This may be down to us but I also feel that reception staff could have pointed us in the direction of the shuttle service especially as we were booking taxi through them!

Location just a little out of town. Without the shuttle bus it’s a good 20/25 minute walk albeit a parkland walk. Swimming pool very small but used the Hilton across the road .

The staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel location is good, around 30-35 minutes walk from Vilamoura Marina. The bed was huge and the hotel was quite for a good night sleep. We loved the balcony.
The breakfast needs to change. They are serving something similar to an english breakfast for all duration we stayed there (5 nights) with no other options. The bathroom's sink was smelling really really bad like sewage.

Lacked a little atmosphere. Maybe some background music around pool would help.

Great breakfast and no problem getting you anything that wasn't there...toiletries lovely all u need so no need to bring any with you...
Beautiful clean hotel with lovely friendly helpfull staff...only small issue I have is pool area is too sheltered with trees so not getting enough sun at times.. but we just went to beach for our tanning..
