Pros: The hotel had wonderful staff. My parents and I arrived in the evening after a long bus ride and we were ready to crash. The receptionist immediately attended to us. Check-in took all of 3 minutes and 3 minutes after that he made us tea with fresh herbs.
Cons: Shower was very cold the 1st night. There was a sign explaining to let the hot water run for 2 min. We followed instructions & waited for 10 min with no luck. Next day we informed the front desk. Turns out the water heater battery was out. They fixed it.
