Pros (+) We had a great time, the staff was very friendly, the room was clean and well appointed.
Cons (-) The only issue was with the elevators, there were only 2 for the whole building and there were too many people to handle the traffic load. We routinely waited for an elevator for extended periods of time.

Cons (-) approx. 9:30 pm pool & Jacuzzi were both filthy, dirt buildup on bottom, hair/debris floating on top. Staff quickly sent someone to clean but when I looked next morning conditions were still same. WiFi was worthless, tried numerous web sites on mine & wife's phone, none would load.
