Bathroom was excellent, location was great.
Room service was very expensive, there was a $10 delivery fee, then 18% gratity automatically added, and when they deliver, then there’s another line for a tip the receipt. Also the air conditioning in the room was terrible. By day 3, I would say it finally got to 74 in the room, after being set to 65 the entire time.
No drinking water in the lobby. Beds not comfortable
The Anna’s Rocked
We experienced the sweetest women at the front desk, both named Anna. One even kindly gave us a room with a view at no additional charge since it was my boyfriends first time to DC. She recommended some great dinner spots which we loved. Also, the gentleman outside the next morning were so friendly, we chatted with them for a while before our Uber came. Kudos to everyone for welcoming us home after a long trip abroad. Made us feel so happy to be back.
Hair dryer could use an upgrade but was definitely sufficient to get the job done.
very comfortable bed and room
Most of the staff was excellent but one person was not friendly and didn't make effort to upgrade the room since the door of the room they gave me was broken. A second person immediately changed the room for the better.
I liked everything. The room was modern, well appointed, with a comfortable bed, and spacious bath. The staff was as pleasant and helpful as any I have encountered in some time. The location is great! I ate in the restaurant once and I enjoyed my meal. I look forward to my next visit.
The closet space in the room I had was limited and would probably be tight for two people. This is a very small fault in an otherwise very pleasant stay.
Saying Bon jour doesn't cost 180 a night ...
Location, excellent door men.
No premium channels. Broken toilet that was "fixed" twice but I had to fix it myself a couple times. No water pressure. House keeping only left us with 1 towel. View of a brick building 6ft from my window. Bar staff were disruptive and joking loudly with doormen while people waited at the bar.
Everyone Was Helpful
The people at the front desk, the concierges, the doormen, and the housekeeps were truly concerned about my comfort and seeing that I had the best possible time in Washington. Your concierges are extremely knowledgeable and took the time necessary to help me find stores and restaurants; making phone calls for me to get things done. My own family doesn't care for me that well!
Cannot think of anything. Oh, there is one little thing, the front door to my room, number 302, sticks. I meant to inform the front desk, but it was so insignificant compared to everything else, that I forgot.
The staff and service was first-rate and the location made walking easy to the various monuments and museums. Also the train station was in easy walking distance.
I can honestly say that there was nothing bad about this trip...my wife and I had a wonderful time!
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Miscommunication in the lounge regarding a wine selection, and subsequently being overcharged.
Location and cleanliness
A very nice stay.
Staff was very friendly and the room was clean, comfortable, and dark at night. At check in my wife asked about a refrigerator since she is pumping and the young lady had one sent to the room.
The refrigerator was broken. We were able to make due with ice from the hall.
