I felt like I got good value for my money. The room was nice, the staff were friendly and the location is excellent.
The only thing I’d have liked to have seen that was missing was a laundry room of some kind.
Paid for parking
Even the website saying parking was included, i guess when you book a reservation trough expedia or another website parking is not included.... they ripped me off 40 bucks when the week before it was included... Shady
Great location, staff, service
The facility may look like it's slightly dated, but it is definitely well maintained and clean throughout. The staff was exceptionally attentive and I felt like they cared about me and my business. One example: Parking is paid, but I asked if I could park before checking in, and they ok'd it. But the card to the garage did not work. A staff member saw my problem immediately and came over and let me in. I truly appreciate that kind of attentiveness.
Best DC for the money!
Location is awesome though not right on a metro line. Clean, great pool, good staff, rooms and bathrooms clean whenever I've stayed here. And for the price? Crazy good.
Not being right on top of a metro wouldn't be good for those not able to walk a little bit.
We loved the lobby and how friendly everyone was. The cleaning ladies do a great job as well.
It was pretty inconvenient that our room didn't have a microwave. And having to pay for parking seemed absurd.
Everything else. Got what I paid for with extras!!! WILL BE BACK!!!
Would be great if each room have a microwave
Warm, freindly, and inviting
The staff was very freindly, bed's and pillows were very comfortable, breakfast was delicious. Grear location in our Nation's Capital.
Great Hotel. Great Location!
From the moment we stepped out of our rental car the hotel staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. We had just come in to DC from two days of flying and driving and right away the hotel staff made us feel right at home. They carried our bags, helped us with transportation in DC by pointing us in the right direction, and even gave us apples on our way out for the day. We had never been to DC and have 2 small children and did all the sight seeing we could pack in for 2 days. The location of the hotel was great. One night the weather was great and we all enjoyed the walk through the city back and forth from the Washington Monument. It is quite the walk, so if you are not up for it we also took a cab and used Lyft in which every place only cost about 10.00 to get a ride to and from the hotel. I also feel compelled to mention that maybe it was the look on our faces when we stepped out of our car after the long traveling experince with 2 small kids, but whatever it was they upgraded our room to a balcony! I think her name was Elena that offered the upgrade, and it was very much appreciated!
Great hotel for price
Rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Very nice outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs, an outdoor bar and poolside table for eating. Parking at the hotel was perfect.
Bathroom was slightly small but very clean.
I liked the location, the staff was very friendly, and the complimentary water.
We had issues with our air conditioning which we told the staff about but nothing was fixed and our room was muggy and damp.
Close to attractions
Microwave access would have been very convenient.
