Pros: Liked the upgrades they have done in rooms. Staff said only curtains remain to be upgraded. Was glad could be moved to lower level queen eventhough reserved a king room, for no extra charge. Due to having chronic pain and couldn't do stairs. Location was perfect for us as we were there to take care of our grandchild while her mommy in hospital having her little sister. Rioms were quiet, and trains really aren't that bad barely heard them in evening. Toom was very spacious.
Cons: They really need to look into adding an elevator to accomodate. Not everyone who can't do steps requires a handicapped accessible room.
I would have located the front desk along the wall where the food counter is and move the "breakfast room" to the knook located where front desk is now. Walking into a lobby and seeing a few tables and chairs and counter of food first and not the front desk kind of awkward.
The "new" beds are rock hard. For someone with chronic pain made it worse, was like laying on concrete bed. Would have like to have a binder/folder of local information like most chains have in each room. The folded paper with channel list and wifi code was out dated. Had to contact front desk for wifi code. Didn't have any idea of what sit down restaurants were nearby only could find fast food. Free breakfast should also be changed to continental breakfast. Only hot food was if toasted waffle,or bagel and coffee. Milk was empty when we got there our last day.

Pros: It was very quiet at night, and right where we needed to be! The hot tub felt great!
Cons: The A/C in room 118 didn't work. There was a dirty bath towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door.
Pros: Location, arrangement of rooms, cost
Cons: Breakfast was minimum adequate
Pros: Clean, comfortable. No problems at all. Would stay there again when in the area.
Cons: It was outdated & did not feel clean. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing & there was nothing for the kids to do; nowhere to hang out.
Pros: The rooms are very nice.
Cons: Other than the rooms, everything was dated and worn out.
Pros: Not a lot to say that is bad, great price for a good room.
Cons: Only thing that needs to be updated are the pillows and blankets!
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained.
Pros: We've stayed at this hotel before. Have always been satisfied with the room and staff.
Pros: Easy to get to, no traffic getting to hotel
Cons: Pillows are terrible, a lot of noise from upstairs and hallway.
Pros: It was nice, met my expectations.
Cons: The sauna was broken, it would have been a better visit for me. Broke my leg in June and wanted to soak.
Pros: loved it. Clean, huge room, surprisingly good breakfast. Friendly stuff.
Cons: cannot think of anything
