Had a good evening. The room was clean and comfortable. Used the exercise room and found it typical of most hotels. the hotel met our needs and the staff was extremely cordial. Roger There was nothing that I found inadequate or did not like.
easy check in, pool area and lazy river are nice, like the seniors buffet and close to old town Bay St Louiswhich is a great place to walk around and check out shops,resturantats and historic train depot . tap water is not very good
The time I spent asleep I left my wallet in Atlanta 500 miles away, was waiting for Amex to deliver a card. Hotel wouldn't let me check in even though I have $2000 cash on me. Because they couldn't take a $100 deposit off a credit card. NO EXCEPTIONS so travelers who have their stuff stolen or lost aret Welcome! Head to Beau Rivage in Biloxi, lost my Id years ago they checked me in and gave me a room holding the keys to my car until I got to a bank the next day! That's customer service.... will never stay here again!
The entire staff is friendly and eager to assist with all needs. I was not too happy to find smoking allowed in pool and lazy river area. Cigarette buds were floating in the water as well as just thrown on the concrete near water.
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have always been pleased. As we are on our way to the hotel, my husband has to be rushed to the hospital. We tried multiple times to get assistance to either transfer dates or cancel the reservation. The hotel told us they were unable to help us and gave us a number to call. After 30+ minutes on the phone going through numerous prompts, we were finally connected to a customer service representative. The CSR was very difficult to understand and stated she was also unable to help us, even after providing all of the requested information. After googling to locate an alternate number, and making yet another call, we were told nothing could be done and was charged the full amount. Thankfully, my husband is going to be ok. I understand having a policy but there should be exceptions for extenuating circumstances.
The room for the price was a good deal. It was clean and the location was very good. My husband and I were not expecting much more than what we got. The staff was friendly and efficient.
There was nothing about Knights Inn that I liked. It had a dirty feeling. It smelled horrible. The office smelled like pinesol. This was one of those hotels that they might tent by the hour. It was gross! Couldn't take a bath because it was stuck on shower, the tub didn't drain well. The room was so hot. Air condition didn't cool.
