excelent quiet location very attentive staff
New, good standard, comfortable. Good breakfast. Nice playground for the children.
Breakfast was poor.
Very nice hotel, close to the center of Bielsko-Biala, room very clean and breakfast wonderful. Prices of the minibar very good.
the staff were very nice. we were charged 50 zlote (12 euros) for toast for 2 people and when i questioned the bill to see was there some kind of mistake, i was told there wasn't. i would not recommend eating in this hotel unless you want to be ripped off.
Everything, the staff were friendly and all spoke English.the hotel was warm and welcoming. The restaurant food was good and reasonable priced.the beds and pillows were comfy. No English TV channels exept International news buts thats usually the case in Europe.
Luxury and quiet. Great place to relax and recreation activity during your business trip. Nicely located near the Szyndzielnia mountain.
wonderful location , caring staff , cozy smoking in cafe areas
Service great, room very nice, food in restaurant very good. Location fine so long as you have your own transport
Definitely the best 3 star hotel i've ever slept it. Food delicious - invoice value was not..
A delightful hotel with an amazing spa and a first-class menu, including Chateau wines at great prices. Delightfully located in the a green, well-to-do neighbourhood just outside the non-descript city. The only thing that detracts a bit from the comfort is the knowledge that it's less than 20 kms. from Auschwitz,,, But that's not the fault of the hotel... As elsewhere in Poland, people have difficulty making themselves understood in languages other than Polish (and Russian). But the yonger generation is correcting this in a hurry.
Pool was lovely. Comfort rooms spacious. Pool only open from 3pm. (Not sure if it says on your website, and it was not relevant to us, but pool only for over 12 years old). Staff did not try to sort our requests in a satisfactory manner.
I found this hotel on booking.com but all the reviews were in Polish (I think). This was a very special trip involving finding family that had not been met before. All the hotel reviews that I found in this location had foreign language reviews so it was a lucky dip. What a good choice. The hotel was excellent choice and is highly recommended should you wish to visit this area in Poland. All the the services provided by the warm and friendly staff were excellent. The food was first class. As we do not speak Polish it was important that either the staff or the menu should have an English translation. We were impressed because both was true.
Excellent value for money even at 3.3Pl to the pound. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The price of the room should be quoted in the local currency otherwise hoteliers can wait until you arrive and set their own price.
There is no access to outdoor cafe . Smoking is allowed in the hotel lobby.
Good service and cleanness, value for money
There was no gym. I am training for a 1/2 marathon race and there was no where to work out. I had to run outside and there was really no where that was conducive to running outside either.
Gabriela and Joanna were so helpful and friendly, they were able to communicate our wishes to Taxi drivers and gave us very good advice on places of interest to visit while we were in Poland, they made our stay very welcoming and we were very Happy there. the staff were very helpfull and friendly and spoke good English. Would return again.
the staff were extremely helpful, the breakfast was lovely no
excellent breakfast, room clean football match cripted
Cousy place with rather fantastic chief & kitchen
The staff were fantastic, always polite and very helpful. All the staff seem to speak English and acted very professionally. The rooms were nice, but a double bed is made of two single beds, also the bed linen was made for single beds.
Excellent room, good price, Free WiFi, friendly staff, central location. No gym (I used good gym in shopping centre for 15Pln - don't forget a towel). Limited choice at breakfast
The room was very comfortable and furnished with style (even though a little small), the breakfast excellent. Very good quality-offer ratio for the offer I got.
Good value for money
Central location, good standard of decor Traffic noise at the front of the building. Lack of air-conditioning would be a problem in hot weather.
Hotel Receptionist, particulary on arrival, was very helpful. Let us change rooms as we preferred to be on the quiet side of the hotel. Location was good, both for visiting the area generally, public transport and also convenient for town and restaurants. Free Car Parking. Breakfast was a very limited choice, same minimal warm food every day. Had to ask staff to refill serving bowls almost every day. The lack of Air Conditioning meant the room was too hot as outside day temperature was over 30 degrees which made the room uncomfortable at night. Air Con is supposed to be ready for September! Wedding Reception on last night which was very noisy untl 04.30 am. No advance warning was given.
The room was very comfortable. The restaurant was a lovely place to eat breakfast and the breakfast itself was excellent.
Really nice. Not a single slice of cake available at breakfast.
Excellent facilities and very friendly staff. The location close to the railway station makes the hotel a good base to explore the Beskid Mountains
Very nice room, heigh ceiling, friendly staff. The breakfast was good but extremely limited choice. I felt Like I was eating the leftovers.
Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and modern. All the staff we met were helpful and we were impressed by the quality of the food in the restaurant.. We thought the hotel was in the countryside and were surprised that it was right next to the road. It would have been nice to have something to drink provded in our room and some outdoor seats apart from the restaurant terrace where we felt we must buy a drink.
The standard of acommodation was excellent and the staff were very helpful. An organised group stayed in the hotel when we visited. It was disappointing to find that a disco had been organised in the main restaurant on Saturday night which meant that dining facilities were only available as room service. The hotel's only bar was also located in this restaurant and consists of six bar stools.
Nice people, nice place, near the river Wisla restaurant closes friday night before 22:00
Nice swimming pool and sauna! Unfriendly staff, poor hotel room (very small, in front of the kitchen windows)
The restaurant The SPA and wellness
Spa and Sauna Facilities The coffee in the breakfast bar....ranks with the worst in europe!!!!
a very pleasant stay, could not fault in any way. Looking forward to going back. recommand to anyone
Rooms were exceptionally clean and well appointed. Food was amazing and the dining room stayed open for us long after closing time. Views were amazing. The first and second nights, the hotel was really quiet. However, on the third day, there seemed to be a large conference which resulted in a horribly noisy party in the ballroom right under our rooms. The party continued until 4am and we were thoroughly disgusted. All this despite the request that we would have quiet rooms. The hotel was largely empty except for our small group and the conference group. We could easily have been placed in another wing of the three wings and heard nothing. My suggestion that we should not be charged went unheeded. I will not return.
the location of the hotel - the views were spectacular. the hotel was very quiet - needed some life injecting in to it. Lack of tea & coffee facilities in the bedrooms.
The friendly and service minded staff
This was just an overnight stay for us on our trip from Czech Republic to Warsaw. It is really a ski resort and its prime time is winter. The staff was someway laconic with us, didn't tell us there was an elevator, etc., probably because we arrived at 7 pm instead of 4 pm and they had to wait around for us. A nice breakfast. Attractive place, a somewhat redesigned former Soviet hotel we think.
