My children enjoyed the Pool very much. They had a great time. The facility is very well kept. Nice and quiet.
Location Dirty bed, rude employees
Consistently clean, comfortable lodging at a reasonable price. I booked my stay through Priceline, paid upfront and received a confirmation number/email. However, upon check-in I was informed that the reservation was NOT in the Hilton system and that I could PAY for the night. The desk person's attitude was "Tough luck" and no help even though I showed him the confirmation email. I called Priceline and fortunately, their Customer Service person (thanks Manuel!) corrected the situation by calling the Front Desk and paying for the reservation. I was lucky the hotel wasn't sold out or I would have had to look for another hotel.
Very nice hotel; staff exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms were beautiful and well cared for. Lots of kids ( ranging in age from 4-10) in lobby running around and using the computers. The front desk had to ask them to let me use one of the computers, after repeated attempts by me and they would not move. Something that should be controlled by parents, not front desk.
It had a pool. The room looked tired. We were given a handicap room and neither of us are handicapped. The room was through Hotel.com and I think they looked at us differently because of that factor. The room was cleaned but they didn't replace the toilet paper roll in the dispenser.
The food! Thumbs-up to the Blue Room! Nothing I can think of.
Bed was comfortable with good pillows. Room was spacious and had nice work area
It had a comfortable bed and a convenient location The elevators took forever and it was kind of dingy. They seemed overwhelmed by the number of people checking in at one time.
Friendly stay and very comfortable beds !
I like that they had a restaurant & bar in the hotel! They also had lost of outside sitting areas that was great Needs renovations, and updates pool area wasn't so clean! Lots of people complained about there key cards not working, also when I check in the hotel they gave me the wrong room, and it's nothing like the pictures online!
Loud guests. Children running in the hall. No consideration for smokers. The room was advertised as a smoking room but the whole hotel is nonsmoking. I was overcharged and my money wasn't refunded. I'll never stay there again or use booking.com.
We got a room with a king bed and sofa bed and were pleasantly surprised to see that it was a full-size sofa with a double bed. Pool was nice. Staff were helpful. Toilet continually made dripping noises--never fully stopped after flushing. Bed was really hard! No free breakfast--especially with having 2 kids with us this would have been great.
Very clean, comfortable beds, beautiful lobby, helpful staff, good location. The woman on the evening shift had to reactivate our card and she was very unpleasant and rude. But the rest of the staff were very friendly!
The hotel served us well on an overnight trip to the Philadelphia area. Hotels in the city were hard to find and your location and price met our needs. Thanks.
Location to my event. No complimentary breakfast
rooms were large, clean & comfortable. room service food was good the halls & stairways were in bad shape.the ice & soda machine were literally gutted & broken with yellow hazard tape wrapped around them
Dirty stained sheet with blood.. Can you not afford to throw dirty stained sheets away ? Blanket / sheet was stained not sure if even washed
Room size and overall facilities Small tv, bath shower in need of upgrade
Almost Everything Fans loud
Not too far from indoor waterparks staff was awesome rooms super clean indoor pool are was very clean pool was very warm great overall experience
Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend this hotel to everyone
Good location, dog friendly and great price. A little outdated but the staff is fantastic which makes the difference. Outdated, security is lacking
Front desk was very accomodating very dated. not close to nice restaurants.
Hotel room was clean and bed was comfortable Breakfast ended too early
Tub enclosed shower.
The staff was very friendly and they had a very comfortable bed. The TV was difficult to operate, the remote had what appeared to be melted marshmallow and chocolate on it. The water in the shower was very hard to turn on and the water was barely warm.
the beds were really soft. the room was the best we ever stayed at be able to take are dogs
Fairly easy to get to/from Philadelphia. Room had lingering smell of smoke, though in a non-smoking room.
Clean room, night staff was nice and accommodating. Bed was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good, it is close to Philly, and there was minimal noises from the neighboring rooms. We asked for a late check out and they only gave me a half hour and did not communicate that to the housekeeping staff, so the housekeepers kept knocking on the door while I was trying to pack.
nice room amenities great parking Comfortable bed broken bathroom door
Internet coverage and appliances in the room Towels - only one very small towel each. Rooms are very noisy and you can hear everything going on in all the rooms above and either side of you - argument next door went on for hours. Breakfast hours should be until 10am on Weekends
close to area ahopping.
Very efficient check in process. Very generous with razors and shaving cream. Wish breakfast was available for a longer time.
The room was dirty, esp the bath room. The tub I had to clean myself. I. Wanted a bath but the water is in filthy particles run the tub is in filtered. The is no washer on the spout. One of the towels had black spots. Thebed itched, floor itched, and room smelled like cigarettes.
I liked the personal check in, the breakfast, and the pool looked nice.
It was a nightmare. The card entry for the door didn't work the entire time I was there. There was no phone service in the rooms (I stayed in several, thinking it might make a difference.) I had to use a cell phone, but had brought none, so I had to borrow one from family. There was no light between the beds. There was a light fixture, working bulbs, a working outlet, but the lamp was broken, there was virtually no cleaning done in the room during my stay, and the hot water ran out any time after 7 a.m. I left nothing in the room worth stealing, so the "maintenance" personnel had to steal things that weren't worth stealing: a 10 year old walkman and a 20 year old Timex watch that I left in a plastic pack in my suitcase.
Bed was okay Staff was rude, found a roach on the floor!
The comfort and cleanliness. The location is nice and is close to many stores and restaurants. The staff is always willing to help, the rooms are nice size. They also have a delicious complimentary breakfast. The only think was breakfast ends too early, some guess miss out because of the timing. Some guess like to sleep in.

The hotel front desk staff and cleaning house keeping were courteous and profressional. Checkin/out and was efficient. I was assigned a second floor room (currently 9 mos pregnant) and had to repeatedly climb the stairs as there wasn't a guest elevator. My room also had a lingering ordor of cigarette smoke although the facility is 'smoke-free'.
Hotel staff and manager are very pleasent. Rooms are nice and spacious beds are very comfortable.

Neat, clean room. Kind and friendly staff. Tasty, free breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. I haven't slept so well in a long time.
The hotel is attached to a vacant building. If you can get past the surrounding area the hotel is nice inside. someone attempted to enter our room. Office advised they gave the janitor the wrong room number. Housekeeping was rushing me to leave my room both days. Hotel gave us a free night for the problems
Close to turnpike, clean room.Comportable bed. Laundary room is located next to fitness center. I could exercise while I was waiting. Thanks for the detail. I need more time to think about the bad thing. Maybe nothing.
Location was good. The one TV channel we would have wanted to watch was not available.
Older property but in good location and clean. Very close to everything you need when business traveling. NA
Every employee I encountered was more than nice and helpful. They weren't phony nice either, just genuine nice people. Only complaint is the shower was a little gross but not the worst.
Convenient. Was able to get into a room by 1pm Room was spacious, bed and pillows comfortable. Room had a musty smell. Wifi did not work.
Right location for me
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hallways were quiet. Bar was roomy with a nice variety. Indoor pool was a nice size and did not get too crowded. walking distance to some stores and variety of restaurants within a mile. 10 minutes to sesame place. Surprised it was not more expensive. Great value! Shower in the room was very basic but served the purpose.
Proximity to Sesame Place It's old and smells. In desperate need of renovations
Heated pool ; good bar; excellent location; friendly staff; trendy
Price compared to others in area Unique room layout - not designed like all others Bed comfort was 6/10 Other Aloft hotels I have stayed in had nicer showers with 2 outlets etc. expected the same but didn't have it.
I like to get a printed receipt fornmy expenses. Please resend my receipt I didn't get an email
Easy access to Philly, Modern well-designed, friendly staff Stains on room carpet, bedspread, missing iron, blown light bulbs in desk lamp and bed lamp
Great location, friendly staff, good live entertainment. Pool stays open later than other hotels Pool very small, Lots of young children unsupervised in pool area/fitness center. Very hectic in pool. No staff member present to enforce pool rules. Rooms had no microwave, food/snack items were pricy in comparable to other local hotels. Breakfast was not complimentary. Not really worth paying the price with no incentives to be there. Expensive for nothing.
Racially discriminated against and racial profiling took place at the Aloft tonight I stay there very poor customer service skills people not wearing uniforms are badges so that you know who they are just a very poor and horrible experience all together
I like the staff. They are very courteous and friendly. For the price, the room wasn't as clean as during my last visit (the bathroom, bedding and towels were fine but the rug and chair in the room had stains). Some lights in the room didn't work. There are cheaper hotels in the area that are cleaner.
The hotel is located in a quiet group of other small hotels and small businesses. The roads around the hotel had little traffic so that running was possible. The major road Rt 73 required the use of a jug-head for turn-around or one could drive through the small roads to Attium Road which allowed left turns. Located near restaurants: On the Border and Sage Diner. The room and nearby guests were quiet. The internet access was good. I would stay again because it was a good value for the money.
WOW! This hotel was so clean and the staff was friendly. The room was very large and had all the amenities you could need. The only trouble we had was keeping the temperature in the room comfortable. We would definitely return to this hotel!
Absolutely pleased in every way. Staff very pleasant. Room clean and modern.
Stayed here for a weekend visit to Philly with a GOOD BUY deal. Great place. Clean spacious room. Upscale room decor. 24 hour bar and food (limited) in lobby. Nice breakfast, although ends early for a Sunday (10am). Easy access to Philly. Right off NJ Turnpike (a little hard to find at night - in a corporate business park.). Chilli's a walk. Other restaurants in area.
Great place. Located in a great area with lots of other things to do. Staff was helpful and the rooms were kept clean!
I was visiting cousins in Philly and the Jersey suburbs and this place was very convenient. There are many hotels in the area but I wanted to avoid the 'over used' names since it is at a very busy crossroad area of America. This Hyatt Place was about the same size as most roadhouses, but it's a class apart. The room was more like a suite, very modern and nicely laid-out and furnished. It had a wet-bar area and generous work desk plus a giant screen TV with a wrap-around sofa viewing area. Big comfy king bed with extra pillows. Classy breakfast and goodies included. Very friendly and attentive staff. I would go back in a heartbeat.
it is the best hotel in mount laurel that i have stayed at. will stay there on my next visit.
42 in TV flat screen -great for watching sports and playing video games -bring your own play- system. Comfortable queen size bed. Sitting area-perfect for entertaining friends. Snack / coffee bar appeared to be finished but not in operation. Used the compter /printer downstairs in nook near lobby area at no charge. Overall, a good comfortable to stay. One resturant within walking distance.
Not uch offered on what they call breakfast. You are lead to believe that they have a hot breakfast. It is not FREE, you will be billed for it. Nice rooms and updated though. Cut back services since they updated.
Proximity to places in the area Noisy, difficult to communicate with staff, handicap room
I asked for service from the front desk, and each time the gentleman followed through and was kind. The toilet seat was so loose, that it moved sideways every time you sat down. Also, the toilet would not turn off. Once you flushed it, it would fill and turn off, but then it would turn back on and stay on. The water drained very slowly in the shower.
We booked this hotel because we went to Sesame Place. I was searching for a hotel that had a pool and free breakfast and this hotel had it all with the bonus of a playground. Also, they had a balloon animal maker and a face painter during breakfast. Staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was "non smoking" but definitely reeked of smoke. Also, the pool was closed. Huge bummer since that was why I booked this place. There were areas of the room that were not very clean. Made me wish I had my own cleaning supplies.
Our room was comfortable. I felt the breakfast options were good considering it's complimentary. And being able to spend a day at the hotels pool with my daughter was relaxing. Although it's not the hotels fault my biggest complaint would be the construction going on on the main road in front of the hotel. You have to go a little out of your way to get to it because of it and when you don't know the area that can be a bit frustrating.
Liked Nothing. We did not realize rooms were rented out to long term tenants like apartments. So although there were only a dozen cars in the parking lot, every room was occupied on our entire floor (100 rooms on 2nd flr). It was NOISY even past midnight with crying babies, children, people outside. Only positive was that we weren't robbed in the night, and our vehicle was not broken into. Way too much hair on bathroom floor, chewed gum on bathroom floor in two different areas, dirty towel hanging on back of bathroom door. Fridge motor rattled, we unplugged it. Broken bed /frame, we couldn't wait to get out of there. We chose it becuz of its proximity to Sesame Place and didn't like the Sheraton at Sesame where we stayed during our visit last year.
As I was up most of the night during Storm Stella determining how it was going to impact a facility I run in the area I was happy to find out that the bed was comfortable and that the blackout curtains were well adjusted so that I was able to sleep that next day. The cleaning staff woke me up in the morning telling me that I was supposed to check out even though I was registered for another night. . One main reason I had chosen this hotel was that it had on onsite restaurant/bar so that I would not have to go out in the blizzard. Unfortunately the restaurant did not open for the 48 hours I was in the hotel. The water pressure was very low and the water only moderately hot. The rooms really need to be updated. In this digital age I shouldn't have to pull the sofa away from the wall to get at a power outlet.
Restaurant on site, although I never ate at it. Staff was anything but helpful especially when trying to extend my stay for one more night. I ended up leaving to stay at a different helpful despite paying for a room there anyway. Hallways were extremely busy and loud at all hours.
if.you're on your way to somewhere else and have small children, you can't really go wrong. its a solid stop over. Hotel staff were great. cleanliness needs to be upgraded. the "water park " was great but not for thr price charged ($20 per person).
Unfriendly staff that couldn't be bothered, broken fixtures in the bathroom, room door had large air gaps letting in hallway noise
Loved the room, very comfortable and clean. Loved that they provided shaving cream and a loofa sponge, nice touch There was no coffee pot in the room.
Room heater didn't work, we were not accommodated for it. Also places like that should include breakfast.
Staff was very friendly. There was a problem between Booking.com & Sheraton where the hotel did not have the reservation, the staff handled everything and worked it out. I was very impressed. None
The hotel as wonderful. They accomodated me when booking.com did not put through my reservation even though the hotel was full.
Room looked newly updated. Friendly front desk staff. Hot tub was out of order. Pool looked dirty.
The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was very close to Sesame Place. Free parking! There was no fridge in the room and it costs 20$ to have it included.
Friendly staff I didn't like that our reservation was never booked, whne we arrived and were forced to stay in a smoking room.
Seemed nice at first glanse, some staff were good. Nice pool in basement. Don' ge caught! They say it cones with breakfast like most normal restaurants; It does NOT. MANY other customers were offended by this (including the tables all around us). Felt nickel & dimed, humiliated. We complained and they made it up to us by throwing in breakfast (as advertized), but one guy at the front desk tried to stand by his guns, insisting that they made it clear on their website (ie that the customer was wrong).... Went back and checked.... Kayak had nothing about no breakfast, and Sheraton Bucks County had FREE BREAKFAST INCLUDED -falsely. Felt so sorry for the guy at the table next to us who was a returning vet & also got duped by them-- except he jus coughed it up and got ripped off by them. He also mentioned that the discriminated against him as a returning war veteran by offering him a more expensive price if he said he was a vet. When he complained the said it was just how it is.
nice facility, nice hotel, but small restaurant, breakfast was hugely expensive, no menu, room was empty. (food was good but overpriced).
location Doesn´t look like a Sheraton Hotel...
I really liked the fact that I could check out by noon. It gave my girlfriend and me a chance to hi the pool and the gym and relax before having to bustle out the door. The complementary breakfast was awesome in terms of saving some extra cash, and was good quality. Overall the hotel was extremely cleans and efficient as well. The fitness center is truly limited in what you can do, keeping you only to the basics, and the pool has WAY TOO MUCH chlorine in it. The water was cloudy with chlorine and we decided not to stay in too long for fear of our clothing and eyes. Also, if I am being picky, the shower water pressure left a little to be desired. Not big problems; the trip and hotel was overall great!
room was ready on time, was clean and smelled good, air temp. just right. Very helpfull and curtious desk staff. Pool was a pleasant thing after a six hour drive. We left with a smile on our faces. Perhaps the breakfast offering could be expanded slightly.
We;ve stayed at this hotel (4-5 nights/year) for many years. About 3 years ago, the ownership must have changed because they started taking furniture out of the room, replacing with really cheap stuff, down graded the amenities, etc. We won't be going back to this place
I was starving when I checked in - ordered a prime rib burger - came out looking like a spider. Very small. The roll was steal and probably 3 days old - the. Usher was so dry that I did. not have enough ketchup to cover the horrible taste. Went to room, and the mini bats are empty
Absolutely one of the best hotel stays I will definitely return it has a pool and a basketball court I loved it and so did the kids
Location, room size, accommodations, clean and exceptional staff. We arrived earlier than anticipated and were able to get a room immediately. Staff helped us with additional reservations. We will be returning again soon. Minor noise from a small child jumping off the furniture in the room above us however that soon stopped. I assume that the parent got rapid control of the situation. Minor incident and only happened once during our two day stay.
Everything. This was by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at on all levels and aspects of what a hotel should be

The room was really nice and clean The pool has a lot of clorine.
The free shampoo. They did not accommodate my request for a pet free room and non feathered bedding even though I called two days in advance.
very clean and large room no
Really nice rooms Very poor layout, a lot of walking every time you left your room. The rooms smelled like smoke.
Good experience No. nothing wrong to report
The room was comfortable and clean. Although the website said 'Pet Friendly' and I found them through a 'Hotels that accept Pets in Mt. Laurel' search, when registered, we were told there was a $100 fee for my 5 lb. Toy Poodle that I was not told before. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!
The room was large enough for my husband, myself and my teenage boys. The staff was very nice and willing to make us feel welcome, supplying those "left at home' items. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Check in and check out was a breeze. I just wish breakfast was not so expensive. I did not like the pillows, they were very uncomfortable.
Convenient location and great staff Expensive with no perks. Breakfast and dinner were very expensive for so-so food. Beds were ok, pillows were awful.
the room overall was good. nice size beds and counter space. that there is no refrigerator in the rooms and there is no iron either. and this past time that we stayed there the ice machine was out of order in the front of the motel and we had to walk all the way to the next building on the top floor to get ice. and the front office did not know that the ice machine was out of order.
clean nice smell nice size bed was a little chilly didn't have heat just air.
Close to the main road, shopping and the Pa. Turnpike. The fact that I stayed one night and left and there was no refund for the additional two nights.
I thought the price was great! I can't think of anything I didn't like.
Price was reasonable and staff was friendly No hair dryer in room and it took 3 tries to get a working iron.
The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, flat screen cable tv....best deal around for staying at Parx casino
