The staff was very friendly and we liked the use of the amazing restaurant and spa on the main floor.
we love'd our stay in the resort, the pool was closed as it was fall but we still had the luxury of the out door hot tub it was lovely . the rooms where also clean and lovely laid out ...
comfort far from city
The Suite was excellent with a view over part of the lake which we did not expect. The hotel had excellent access to wineries. The one thing I would find that needed attention was the restaurant - not the food or service which was great but blinds are needed - maybe only this time of year but definetely needed!!
Excellent in every way
staff were bright and friendly I paid the seasons high rate and they put us in a room in the bowels of the building right next to a laneway and noisey plumbing pipes. I was shocked that they would place any guest in there.
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot. Liked the extra sink outside the actual bathroom. Flat screen tv with many channels. Good Wifi. Pool and small fitness centre. No microwave or fridge
it served its means. holiday inn is not keeping up with other hotels in looking out for their customers. stand alone coffee maker from 4-6 pm / their attached restaurant was terrible for food.
It was quite. Close to restaurants. Staff were friendly. A bad a nice view. No safe in the room.
Seems to be the cheapest deal I could find Older than it looks in the pictures, a bit dirty, weird smell, hotel entrance is tricky
It was quiet and the black-out shades were a nice touch. Good value for the price we paid. A little confusing finding the entrance The mattress was a little soft.
Easy check in and friendly staff. A wine glass in the room would have been great as this is wine country.

Lots of pillows. Hot shower. Comfortable bed. Flat screen tv. No microwave or fridge. Should be standard
Comfortable bed. Lots of channels on flat screen tv. Hot shower. Clean room. Additional sink outside bathroom No microwave or fridge. This is 2016-all hotel rooms should have these conveniences.

kids loved the slide. location.clean new. bit worried about safety of slide. Think there should be more signs warning people to stay away from bottom of slide.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was ideal as we don't care for cooked breakfasts. Well situated for restaurants. No
The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was sufficient The hotel didn't have a dining room or bar and was not situated close to many facilities
Great Breakfast each morning, friendly staff, nice pool, rooms were clean the hallways were very cold
the room and hotel were very clean and new! nice design. the lighting was to be desired (very dark) but large rooms. Everything (nature's fare grocery store, restaurants, beer and wine etc...)was very close by so we were left to just enjoy ourselves and relax! There is free wifi which was handy too! THe workout room is great - new machines - and the pool and waterslide were great too. Would absolutely stay there again! lighting of the rooms
accomodating staff, good service, excellent breakfast, modern, clean rooms, fridge & microwave in room was excellent for our family stay. It was a little new to us to have to put a $200 damage deposit down for each night, however, we did get this back so it turned out all right.
The hotel was very clean. My daughter enjoyed the waterslide.
The Bed. The room was exceptionally clean. Brandy was the only attendant on when I checked in but she had great poise and excellent customer service while on the phone. Even with the line up and phone ringing constatntly she remained in composure. The wait to check in was long only 1 attendant
The staff was very accommodating and super friendly. The open breakfast worked out perfectly for us. The rooms were decorated beautifully and the beds were very comfortable. I loved the big comforter but my auntie and mom who are in their 70's found them too much. Everything I needed to do in West Bank was completely handy. I liked all the little stores in the parking lot too!
We came in late and were able to have a good meal at a nearby pub, a swim in the pool, a restful sleep and a quick breakfast before setting off again on our onward journey. Ideal for our purpose and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Pool was not open very early in the morning.
Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful if you can talk to them. I have to call 4 times to confirm my reservation. Staff had to check back and forth with booking.com and put me on hold and drop line 3 times. It was very noisy as my room was very close to breakfast room.
Breakfast Breakfast didn't start until 7am, and pool/hot tub closed at 10. That doesn't work when you check in late and have to leave early! We got a coffee to go because we had to leave before breakfast started, and all they had was powdered coffee whitener and no lids for the cups!
It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Thet only problem was the hairdryer didnot work in our room and the front desk did not have a replacement but they let me use another room to dry my hair.
Checking in and out was quick and easy There were no elevators for the elderly.
The room was very well equipped with a kitchenette so if we had wanted to self-cater it would have been brilliant - as we were visiting realtives in the area we didn't need to. Telephone and internet facilities were great even if you didn't have a laptop, and the swimming pool was a treat. Thanks - we would certainly come again particularly with the family next time as such good value and better than an RV! Only that the receptionist on arrival couldn't find our booking, stating that booking.com had not made it with them. I spoke to the manager who was excellent and helpful, and he did eventually find the booking.
