Location is perfect for short stays near DFW due to being co-located with Southlake Town Centre shopping mall. This gives you walking access to shops and restaurants and is a lovely place to hang out.

It was clean,the staff was friendly , the beds were very comfortable. The room was very spacious They had a breakfast Buffett that many hotels provide free. The buffet was $10 for adults and $5 for children. There were lots of places to eat nearby. One restaurant was in the adjacent parking lot. If you don't like franchise restaurants you can drive down Main Street where there are several local restaurants that looked good. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely go back

For the price the breakfast buffet was overpriced. My 6 year old doesn't eat $5 worth of anything

It's was nice very comfortable

The Gaylord Texas was a great stay. We had problems when I got to the hotel (but not with the Gaylord Texan) we called the front desk and they moved us into a larger king size room, large enough to fit two roll away beds for the kids at no extra charge. After this problem the vacation was wonderful.

When I booked the hotel room I put down 4 adults where I thought their would be enough room for all four but when we got to the room it was a standard size king room with only a king size room. I was expecting a pull out bed or at least couch for 4 adults. I would suggest showing a room layout for the consumer so someone doesn't get confused with what they are purchasing.

I loved everything there was to see and do there. Gorgeous! Everyone was very friendly.

The room was tiny.

It was in a good location near restaurants and about 10 minutes away from the grapevine mills mall. The pool was very clean and the room was clean.

In 4 days I needed to request new room keys 6 times. The shower faucet handle broke in half when I tried to use it. They did not have a bottle-opener to lend, (which is annoying but not a deal-killer), but when asked they suggested I go to the Wal-Mart to get one. But there was a convenience store across the street that had some. Overall they were clueless/indifferent.

The room smelled like smoke.

The staff were great! We had a group of teenagers camped in front of a broken vebding machine. After I informed the staff they promptly restocked the vending machine and fixed it. A few cons, as with anything. Overall, the hotel has a good location and I would recommend this hotel to future families passing through DFW.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for my children. In addition our room was very warm. We set the thermostat as low as it would go and we still could not get the temperature below 71. Since we were only there one night we did not have it looked at. However given the attentiveness the previous day I have no doubt it would have been looked at promptly.

Clean! Service was great. Check in was fast and easy, and the clerks actually were smiling and friendly at 10:00 PM. You don't get that very often these days. Location was great.

Location is the best feature of this hotel. Next to Grapevine Mills Mall and right across the street from Embassy Suites, the Hyatt offers a relatively reasonable rate and accommodations for business travelers.

Although it offers breakfast, options were limited as well as seating, which restricts the movement and space. Concurrently, they had one of their shuttles down and they kept saying that you needed to request it in advance.

The location was great close to grapevine mills and bass pro shops. Lots of restaurants close by. Motel was clean and great breakfast

Refrigerator in room would not cool. Treadmill was not working the whole time we stayed. Pool hours not late enough.

The front desk was helpful and fast getting me checked in. While the front desk person checked me in. The other person standing there got me directions to the State fair. Love the kitchenette. The room was clean. Love the breakfast!

The bathroom could have been a tiny bit bigger but that's really grasping at straws.

The hotel is fine, although under construction room renovations, it was a little bumping noises at odd times of the day.

the night manager wanted to give up my room to another guest to had a bad room. then that manager stated there were no other rooms. So that I would have a bad room. the night manager did not want to resolve the issue just pass the problem to another.

very very unprofessional staff .we were woken up by our door being violently banged by the staff at 10am Sunday morning followed by the staff opening our room despite having a do not disturb sign and check out at 11 am .very disappointing

I was impressed on the room very spacious and beds were comfortable and service was very friendly. The bath was amazing and the room was very clean.

Can't think of anything bad just that there was construction around the hotel but that's really out of their reach.

Other hotels in the area were much more expensive than Comfort Suites. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked with food to begin a busy day.

Staff was super friendly. We are a young couple from Louisiana. We visited to go to Six Flags. Not a bad drive to get to the park. Clean rooms, fairly comfortable beds, nice breakfast. There was a little league team staying and the hotel was pretty booked but it wasn't a long wait for breakfast. Right across the street from a delicious Mexican restaurant with amazing margaritas. We also visited the hotel bar and they made yummy drinks. Overall great getaway!

Elevators were a little slow but nothing terrible!

Very modern and comfortable. But the towneplace suites next door gives you more bamg for your buck. My room was pretty click tho. I liked it.

The bathroom floor hadnt been well cleaned. There were still hairs from the previous guests. The bathroom tub was sticky.

Room was nicely decorated. I like the welcome to Bedford mural behind the front desk too.

I loved the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness. The bed was the most comfortable in my life!

I wish they would've had an outdoor pool to enjoy the sunshine as well as a hot tub for my aching muscles after a 10 hour drive. It would've also been nice to have a plastic laundry bag in the closet as my suit didn't dry all the way overnight.

We were very impressed with the quality and affordability of the Hotel. Will definitely stay again!

I like the location.

The whole carpet in the hallway stinks, there were no staff to help with house keeping, our room was not clean the house keeper came at 8.30am told her we still sleeping and have a baby so to get ready will take a few. At 9. 30 she came back i told her we will be out at 1pm to visit friends n for that day our room wasn't clean and when i call manager Patel on duty he said i will have to come downstairs and get the sheets n blanket and make you bed as there is no one to do it. Also the ironing board was broke i called n called promised to bring another but failed. The breakfast was nothing besides bread and tea. Its was more like a roadside motel experience for me. I will not be putting myself n my family in any of properties again.

Price was OK but not for the quality of hotel. Bonus points for breakfast included but don't expect fruit at all...

This was a last minute reservation and I will definitely will research more in future ahead of time. Room was generally clean but looked so tired. Bathroom looked worn with broken tile, gross color bathtub with patch of paint over the base (probably as a bad touch up for damage or ware and tear), Light in the room is inconvenient: main switch at the door turns on that door light, there is a lamp for unknown reason right above TV and you will have to manually in the dark turn on all other small lights. I wanted to make a tea that I brought and coffee maker looked like it was a comfortable nest for spiders with some web inside of it. Bed-sheets looked worn or who knows when washed, there was no clean feeling to them that you would normally get & I had to sleep in my clothes.

The sheets were worn. There was a dark, black hair in the shower (not ours). The paint was peeling off shower walls. There was no coffee maker in our room like advertised. They had no extras when I asked about it. Pillows were hard and flat, and no extras

The room was large and very comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and personable.

The location was not optimal and some of the guests looked like rough characters. However, this is not the hotel or management's fault. I also did not like that there was no plug to take a bath and a shower was required instead.
