Pros: Additional power plugs and USB ports near the desk which are important for the business traveller. Also, kitchenette and location just outside the airport is better for food outlets. Clean rooms and undercover parking for the car rental was good.
Cons: Signage how to enter the car park and press intercom to let you in needs to be displayed prominently.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ideal for a stay before flying out early. The room was great value, worth more stars than the costs would suggest. Room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Within walking distance of the domestic airport, restaurants and a $24 cab fare the international airport Would recommend to anyone with an early flight
Cons: Not much, pillow was not to my liking but that is a universal issue with any motel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff are the best. So helpful, friendly and very kind with accommodating our special needs. We can't thank them enough for the help we receive every time we stay. Room is clean, beds are very comfortable and we love how the tv is at couch height rather than attached up on the wall where it's uncomfortable to look up to watch.

Cons: Nothing loved it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was close to the airport and Mascot station. The property was clean and well appointed, great for families and couples alike! Staff were helpful and great after stay service. The shuttle to the airport was easy too!
Cons: All was great! Restaurants are a little walk (a small block) but a nice easy stroll.

5.5 Okay
Cons: StAff at check in
7.5 Good
Pros: I love the hotel it’s so lovely and clean and in a perfect location.
Cons: I hate how there are car spaces there which you can pay $30 per carapace but if there is a conference on those spots are taken for the people attending the conference which I feel is a complete inconvenience to the guests who have driven there and are willing to pay for parking but instead we have to park a hourly paying car park station up the street. The car spaces should be for guests only and the people attending the conferences should park at the car park station up the street, it’s happened twice now and I’m not sure I will continue to stay at Skye.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff were good. Breakfast was excellent and a great selection. The young fellow in the bar area late on Saturday afternoon made a great coffee! Pillows were lovely.

Pros: Service was excellent. The location was very convenient to Westmead Hospital and the railway station and Parramatta Park. The room was very comfortable as was the bed.
Cons: There was a slightly stale smell about the room when I entered and i thought the pillows also had a bit of a smell about them. I could not open the window to get some fresh air, but later a staff member helped open the window and that was better.

Pros: Clean room, room service was great. Quiet place even thou right near children's hospital didn't hear any traffic at all.
Cons: That staff didn't explain were my room was or how to get to it from the car park
7.0 Good
Pros: The parking, location, and rooms.
Cons: The price is slightly too expensive, especially for cumulative nights.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We didn't have breakfast as we had to be at the Hospital at 5.30am However we did enjoy the dinner at night. It was very convenient as it was so close to the hospital. The staff was very friendly & helpful, except we were first told on phone, we had to stay 2 nights, then online was able to book for 1 night. Rather confusing! The new boss,( I think his name was Cameron?) was exceptionally friendly & went out of his way to chat about the origin of the hotel. Congratulations on your 40th anniversary- what foresight for Rev Gloster Udy, whom I met when I was just a teenager. Memories!!
Cons: It was a bit noisy at night, folk in other rooms with their TV rather loud - we needed to sleep ready for an early start next day. Otherwise location very convenient.

9.5 Excellent
Cons: Nothing
5.5 Okay
Pros: The owners were very good hosts...they'd provided towels, etc and cooked breakfast for us as well.
Cons: Cutmore cottage was extremely unprofessional! We had booked in Highclaire house and requested for an early check in since we'd landed after a long flight and with 2 small kids! They sent us a last minute message changing our place of stay. The staff present were so unwelcoming and unhelpful. Charged us so much extra for our 2 year old kid without even giving his breakfast. Very rude staff! Would not recommend Cutmore Cottage at all!
5.8 Okay
Cons: The beds were uncomfortable. You could hear every step and creak from upstairs and we could hear the man across the hall snoring
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The accomodation was perfect for where we needed to go the next day which was to the SGAC for gymnastics. We have been using Cutmore Cottages for several years now and are happy to recommend them to others.
Cons: Sadly, our sleep was disturbed by a car alarm which was set off more than 3 times. But that doesn’t have any reflection on the accomodation.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location nice and close to the event I went to Sydney for.
Cons: Map showing local area was poor, we thought supermarket was easier to walk to than it actually was. But the long walk was probably good for us. Only annoying that an easy shortcut wasn't shown. Not a serious problem.

Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very clean & cosy, very homely feeling. Communication very good

Pros: Staff were always willing to help. I was very impressed with Jai. I had my clothes stolen from the carpark (after I accidentally left them when unpacking the car. He took the time to review security camera footage, approach the guest that was seen trying them on, and then having them returned. He then had them cleaned for me and they were waiting for me when I got home at the end of the day.

Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Cons: I think there should be some more training for the bar staff or a revamp of the drinks menu. The cocktails were not very nice, not made with fresh ingredients and substitutes were used (eg apple juice and bitters in place of cranberry juice.... which isn’t the same at all) everything else about this place is great but the drinks menu could use work
10.0 Excellent
Pros: cleanliness buffet

Pros: Price was great. Making arrangements was simple. ... instructions clear. Location near Castle Hill suited us.
Cons: Central heating went off overnight which was a good thing but we were there on cold nights . ... there were plenty of blankets but perhaps an electric underblanket or small heater would have helped. Cold around the head. Adequately clean but could do with a deep clean/spruce up sometime soon

Cons: The rooms could do with an little up dated and differently a better shower head.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Lots of parking. Staff in restaurant were lovely.
Cons: Old hotel that is in desperate need of a major update. staff had to get up in the ceiling to change the fan speed of the air-conditioning which was so loud and kept us up at night. Rundown elevator that shakes and sounds like it will breakdown. Reception staff were terrible and never answered the phones. I cant recommend anyone stay here when there are newer hotels/apartments in the area.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff, comfortable rooms, breakfast was delicious!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money and the staff were so friendly and could not do enough for us. The restaurant was excellent value for money for dinner and breakfast and my mother and I loved sitting in front of the gas log fire with a drink after our outing, it was a wonderful touch after such a big day. The bus to the venue for our outing was such a godsend and very well worth it - definitely keep this going! Found our now "go to" when needing to stay in Parramatta!!
Cons: No complaints whatsoever.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Maggie the receptionist was extremely helpful to us. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The location was very good as far as the train station and Westfield were concerned.
Cons: By the time we got back to our hotel it was late and all we wanted was a cup of tea before bed. We had paid for 3 people to stay in the room and there was only 2 cups and the milk was frozen and curdled by the time it defrosted so needless to say we weren't impressed. Glad breakfast was included in price so we could go straight down in the morning for our coffee.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hospitality of all the staff thus; receptionists, waitresses, house keepers and kitchen staff were amazing.
Cons: The floor carpets or floor rags on the wall way is not attractive but the reception designs were perfect.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good proximiaty to transport to get to RFL State of Origin Stadium.Paying for parking
Cons: Paying for parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, prompt room service, efficient check in and out, great rate.
Cons: Nothing, all was all great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to public transport, shopping and had a generous buffet breakfast. Nice to have a choice of soft or hard pillow on each bed in the room.
Cons: Due to the nightclub/pub across the road, and staying on a Friday night, there was a lot of noise into the early hours of the morning. This is obviously not the hotel's fault, but good to be aware of if staying here on a weekend.
7.5 Good
Pros: Everything

Cons: Bed and pillows were too soft. Restaurant wasn't open.
7.5 Good
Pros: The chef doing omelettes etc. complimentary parking. Comfy bedding. Quiet rooms.
Cons: Lack of staff detail in buffet breakfast. Things not replenished cold etc. drinks run out . The entry doors in the rooms on level 5 all slammed shut
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Handy location for our needs. Comfortable bed and very clean.
6.8 Good
Pros: Breakfast is great!
Cons: Room amenities are so poor.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room was clean and (whilst small) the gym and pool facilities were nice - although would have been cramped if anyone else was using these at the same time. The buffet breakfast was quite nice, although it could have been kept warmer.
Cons: The Hotel’s restaurant (Champs) was incredibly overpriced for what was offered. Service was completely lacking once our order was taken. We were not once asked how the meal was and then we waited half an hour hoping that a waitress would take our dessert order. Needless to say we did not order dessert, having regard to the many unhappy people around us due to the lack of service and attentiveness of the staff. For $90 we should have gone elsewhere. We ended up driving to Woolworths to satisfy our sweet tooth, which was frustrating as all we wanted was a relaxing night away from home. The “extra large double bed” as advertised was nothing more than a regular double bed and was bowed in the middle. It was an extremely uncomfortable sleep. There were no “fresh juice shots” as advertised as part of the buffet breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean comfortable free parking
6.8 Good
Pros: Good location , room rate and comfortable room
Cons: They had 4 painters on the second floor for the hallway - we were put on the second floor. The fumes from the paint were terrible and I was not able to sleep then had a headache all the next day. I should have asked to move but didn't want to complain. I did tell them thought and they really should minimise putting anyone on a floor where they are painting. It was very bad
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was bigger than expected
Cons: The bed was a little soft for me
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The motel was inviting and well located for my needs.
Cons: I had booked two nights (3-4 August). I called early evening of the 3rd to advise that i would be late to check in. I was told that i didnt have a booking for the evening of the 3rd and the motel was booked out so would need to source accommodation elsewhere. upon review of my online booking I had received an online booking confirmation of the 3rd and 4th at Rydges. this was frustrating and needless to say not acceptable. Access to the car park was down a narrow street. the heating in the room was not working. I reported this to the Duty Manager prior to dinner and was informed following dinner that it had been fixed and was working. This was not the case.
7.5 Good
Cons: The breakfast Buffett was running very low on food. The staff were run off their feet trying to keep up with high demand of patrons. Perhaps they needed additional cooking staff and wait staff. The staff that were working were very pleasant

Pros: A good quilt on the bed which made it warm in the bed for me to suit the cold weather. A comfortable mattress and good pillows on the bed were good for sleeping on. There was an air conditioning system which was very effective for to heat the room air. The buffet breakfast was very good.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, bed was great, free foxtel, close to Rosehill races
Cons: Bathroom abit dated, parking on premises should be free
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything The room smelt like Indian curry Bathroom full of mould & taps broken Washing machine full of mould from the inside and rust on the outside The bed would be 20 years old plus the carpet is super dirty and disgusting can not walk barefoot Kitchen utensils were so dirty l couldn’t use them Not sure how this hotel has a 4 star rating It’s more like a 2.5 star at most So many better hotels around it was a massive mistake staying in this dirty old hotel l would of been better off sleeping in my car
7.5 Good
Pros: We were attending the "Knife show" at Rosehill Gardens so the location was perfect. Only the Rydges, across the road, would have been closer but the Nesuto beat it by 50 metres. The staff were pleasant.
Cons: Firstly we booked a 2 bedroom apartment well ahead of time and paid with the no return policy. A few days later we got a message saying that there were no 2 bedroom apartments available and that we would have to take 2 one bedroom apartments instead. The 2 bedroom apartments came with king sized beds and the 1 bedroom apartments came with queen sized beds. We do not book rooms with queen sided beds as we like our comfort. (Don't forget it is no refund so come in spinner). They offered us free parking to compensate for the inconvenience. When we checked in the receptionist tried to infer that they were doing us a big favour by giving us the 2 apartments instead of the one that we actually paid for. Secondly the showers were ridiculous. You need to be 7 foot tall to get over the bath wall which is a lot taller than normal. no handrails for support and the floor of the bath was so slippery we asked for a bath mat but they did not have any. Someone will slip in those baths and cause a serious injury. Water pressure and supply was almost non existent due to the water saving head which was ridiculous. Thirdly the restaurant was closed on the weekends. The rooms had a bit of road noise from James Ruse Drive.
