Pros: The breakfast was very good. The bed was very comfortable after a long day of driving.
Cons: The bathroom was a little dated with paint peeling off the tiles.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff.
Pros: It was clean and had a nice breakfast.
Cons: There was only one person at the front desk and the wifi didn't work in the hotels. The lights in the hallways were not well lit.
Pros: the receptionist at the hotel  was one of the most considerate and polite receptionists that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was especially thoughtful with my 82 year old mother. We felt very welcome there and would return.
Pros: The managers friendliness.
Cons: The lack of lighting in the room. There is no ceiling light in the middle of the room. Lamps didn't light the roomost enough.
Pros: The breakfast is great. Hot breakfast. Rooms are nice and clean. Quiet
Pros: Every member of the staff here provides exceptional customer service. They don't just respond, they OFFER to help! The free breakfast is always good and the free internet/wifi is a bonus. Also, every area is immaculate at all times.
Cons: I spend weeks at a time here and do wish they had pay-per-view movies.
Pros: Wonderful staff in a fairly new and extremely clean hotel. By far the nicest in Brawley and much nicer than I hoped to find in a small town. I can't say enough about the staff. I was there 12 days and everyone was great!

Cons: Price was different than quoted on kayak website when redirected to book the room. This is not the first time this has happened with Kayak.
Pros: I was disappointed. We would not stay at the Brawly Inn anytime soon or the near future. The bathroom faucet leaked during our two day stay. We reported it the first day and they sent someone up to look at it, but didn't repair it. This is in room 208. You think they would have taken care of right away. We left our room at 7:30 am, returned at 11:00 pm to a uncleaned room and no fresh towels. We brought this up to management and they did nothing about it. I would give there customer service a zero rating between 1 - 10.

Pros: Desk staff was helpful at all times. Room was neat and clean. Information provided about surrounding area was helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was the typical waffles, donuts, and breads. Would have loved to have a meat/vegi option. In fact, there was really no restaurant open nearby that served up a good breakfast.
Pros: Room was super clean. I think they shampoo'd the carpet before I came. It was a big room, with a king bed. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was hot; you can make your own waffle. Coffee served all day. Fridge and microwave in room.
Wireless internet. Ample parking. Windows were insulated; almost no sound from outside. Indoor pool made me wish I'd brought a bathing suit. Big flat screen TV on wall with cable
Cons: As an oasis, it calls in the bugs. They had a pest control guy in the building on my second morning there. That night while watching TV, I swatted a juicy bug crawling on my arm. My room was right by the lobby on the first floor and the door was thin, so I would wake up about 6:00 every morning to doors slamming and guests yelling down the hall. Towels were scratchy. Had to unplug lamp and clock for phone charger. Had a coffeemaker in room (why?) when there was fresh coffee in lobby. Light switch in bathroom that did nothing.
Pros: Great value
Pros: Really nice for the local, expected a dive place after seeing the rest of the town
Pros: convience to where I needed to be ,good service and location
Wouldn't stay there again.
Pros: It was remodeled nicely and plenty of rooms. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Cons: You can hear every noise possible and very noisy as they had a group of young people who were loud and inconsiderate to the wee hours of the morning and a girl screamed at 2:30 am and thus the police were there. No sleep that nite.

Pros: Staff was friendly and better than other hotels in the town. Breakfast that was provided was okay, glad they had a microwave and refrigerate in the room.
Cons: Bugs in the room but only because they come from the outside. I'm not use to the desert. Not the hotel fault.
